First
off,
let
me
say
we
had
stayed
at
this
hotel,
almost
every
time
that
we
have
come
down
to
Jacksonville
to
visit.
We
decided
to
take
our
son
to
the
airshow
on
October
21st
2023
we
then
went
to
our
hotel,
and
weโre
trying
to
check
in
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
extremely
rude
and
made
it
a
very
difficult
process
to
check
in.
Our
luggage
cart
had
a
flat
tire,
which
made
it
very
difficult
to
bring
our
belongings
to
the
room.
We
got
into
the
room
and
the
chairs
were
disgusting.
The
bathroom
had
no
water
pressure
and
no
hot
water
the
toilet
will
not
flush.
At
this
point,
I
went
back
down
to
front
desk
and
ask
her
to
change
our
rooms,
which
she
did.
We
then
moved
a
couple
doors
down,
and
the
carpet
looked
like
it
had
been
cut
and
put
back
down.
The
curtains
were
very
difficult
to
mess
with,
and
the
bathroom
had
the
same
problems
that
are
previous
room
had.
We
decided
to
cancel
our
reservation
and
go
to
a
different
hotel.
We
were
told
we
were
going
to
get
a
refund
and
waited
the
five
days.
We
contacted
them
this
morning
October
30,
2023
and
management
tried
to
tell
us
that
we
never
had
a
reservation
there.
The
woman
on
the
phone
was
extremely
rude,
and
they
finally
found
a
reservation
and
said
that
they
would
give
the
information
to
management
and
would
get
back
to
us.
This
is
the
third
time
that
weโve
been
told
that
our
information
would
be
given
to
management.
Do
not
stay
here!
I
will
be
in
contact
with
the
Better
Business
Bureau
as
well.
Whoever
does
inspections
for
this
hotel
needs
to
shut
it
down!
