Pleasant cashier ,clean store,had added a 5 $ off coupon on my card ,cashier noticed it and added ,had a couple of other manufacturers coupons and she rang me up fast ,accurately and with a smile. Was greeted 3 times while shopping pleasantly, one assisted me with locating a product. Store was busy ,but got in and out pretty quickly.

Having Harbor Freight, Publix, and Starbucks in Highlands is very convenient. JSO Sub Station is right there too, thank you Blue for your service to our community!

OMG. Can you wait any longer for your prescriptions?!! I've been here twice and each time it's been HOURS. What is going on with this place? Don't stocked shelves and all that but how many hours do they expect me to wander around before filling a freaking prescription? I'm not sure why they are so overwhelmed. Plenty of people working and just a trickle of customers. Very disorganized.

Pharmacy was super slow and there was a vehicle that had apparently been stripped in their parking lot

I pick up my prescriptions at this location.The Staff,whether in the pharmacy,on the sales floor or at the register are very friendly and helpful.Youte almost guaranteed a good deal on each visit,and signing up for rewards is rewarding..Even prescriptions,give you a reward after so many prescriptions.

Lucky charms & other cereal was 7.00 for a small box. The 20 Oz soda was 2.79. The pharmacy stays packed & they appear overworked. This CVS is open 24 hrs even the pharmacy which is good.

The worst condition I've ever seen a CVS in. Literally, a car in the parking lot with all 4 tires gone. The store is dirty and poorly stocked. I walked out.

Decent shop and restaurant selection. Questionable people that walk around here (including homeless). Fairly safe though. Security usually down by the Publix.

Pretty good pharmacy and they're open 24/7 which is very convenient. Pharmacy staff are friendly and courteous. It's my go- to.

NEVER WILL I WALK INTO A CVS AGAIN!!! In a matter of 5 days they management to completely Erase 3 Prescriptions that were antibiotics and pain medication!!! I called the Corporate Office and filed a Complaint, they called this Store to try to help get it straightened out and got 3 different answers about where and what happened to the Prescriptions. So needless to say, I didn’t need to tell her anything, because she got to experience it herself, with the exception of she wasn’t actually getting the medication.

Clean store and quick self check out. Inconvenient to get in and out the parking lot but 🤷🏾‍♀️

CVS stores provide friendly, caring, and professional service to its customers. This store is clean and well maintained, as are most of CVS stores.

The people at the pharmacy are friendly. Check out is always easy.

Loved having a huge variety of stores, however it was extremely busy. I don't like big crowds and its a week before Christmas so you can imagine how busy it was. Way too busy for me!!!

Not a bad place place to shop. You have CVS, STARBUCKS, PUBLIX. PLaces to eat, do your nails, do your hair. Close to ABC liquor, wendys mcdonalds, ups store. Pnc bank. I like visiting HIGHLAND SQUARE. BTW public transportation is right there. Really convenient place to visit.

Publix is a store I do visit a lot and keep going back, like the service's very kept up and clean..

This is a 24/7 CVS, not impressed like most CVS. I went to get some dawn dish soap and other items. I was quite shocked it was locked up and I had to get the associate. Not really any good sales. No customer service. The only good thing was impressive was the self check out getting out of there real quick.

Drive-thru is a little slow, inside service is faster🙂

Clean store. Almost always has what I need in stock. Customer service could be improved.

Estate service in great they take care of the people that they supposed to be in and how they want to be treated

It was a very refreshing place, extremely professional, the aesthetic was phenomenal. I met a very Distinguished worker named Anthony and he helped my brother out and this honestly meant a lot to me. On top of that he is very well mannered and eloquent. I wouldn’t mind stopping by in the future.

This is a pretty basic strip mall and I was here today for the Planet Fitness. It's an odd design where the buildings don't quite line up and they have an alley between so that you can still park in the back. The shopping center is in good condition with a ratchet Publix but also Family Dollar and T-Mobile and a Chinese buffet. Starbucks and Wing Stop and a Bealls Outlet. I managed to get things done without trouble.

In comparison to the CVS on Duval road and main Street that CVS over there is better equipped, better quality of items to choose from. This CVS in highland square needs to be updated terribly. I don't like going in there and will not go back until they have upgraded their store.

Hard time picking up my meds took me to the war just to get my heart meds changing my pharmacy asap

Went to pick up my child's prescription meds and they told me I had to buy over the counter even though I had a prescription. I asked if they had it in stock and they said yes. Then after going in store they didn't have any.

The zoo was fantastic I enjoyed myself there it's been a very long time since I been to the zoo last time I been to the zoo back when I was a kid it used to be in parry Florida years and years ago I enjoyed myself because it was my birthday 🎂🥳🎉🎈🎁🎊date for my birthday is May 15th but my kids ❤celebrate 🍾it on Saturday May 14 I thank God for giving me life to see another day and year older ❤and blessings 🙌to be on this earth 🌎❤I can't ask for for anything more ❤thank you lord ❤😊for your prayers ❤and blessings ❤AMEN. Thank God for giving me everything I need and love life health and strength and everyone for wishing me Happy birthday 🎂🥳🎉🎈🎁🎊that was a special day for me.

I went out for my going away party. We had fun doing Karaoke, but beware -the drinks are strong. I think I may have died of alcohol poisoning at least for a minute or two. Thank you to the staff and friendly patrons for helping my husband get me in the truck!!! I don’t remember anything after 3 shots of tequila and 2 drinks.

It's a nice plaza, has many stores there and a Publix. Seems like most of the essential stores you need are there.
