The best outdoor mall in the heart of Jacksonville. The open concept is a welcome change of environment from the former mall concept. The area of shop and dining choices are all full sized, and it's nice to spend time strolling around in a city that usually requires a lot of driving to get to your destination. If they ever opened a rollercoaster nearby, I would be there practically every day.

RH Rooftop was dynamite! For a limited menu, the Ah jus was out of this world. I also had mushrooms too. A wonderful glass of red wine and fresh baked cookies for desert. I highly recommend this place.

Visited the Cheesecake Factory here today. I'd plan to sit in and do some shopping thereafter, but had a last minute meeting come up so I had to get it to go. I was scared that it wouldn't be the same Cheesecake sit down service, and quality in taste. I can say EVERYTHING was what I expected and MORE. My salmon glazed to perfection with Asparagus tips that were not overly cooked and seasoned with just the right amount adding flavor with each crunchy bite. Lastly, the Cheesecake was THE BESTEST!!!! Wonderful take out experience with curbside A-1 customer service. 💚🔥❤🔥

I can write a book for St Johns Town Center and still is not enough. The architecture is beautiful and even a walk makes you feel at peace. There are coffee shops and restaurants that I enjoyed here. There are places for kids to play and high ended stores. It is the first place to bring friends when they come to town and everyone will love it. What I love the most is that you can enjoy walking like you're in Europe!

Beautiful, clean and many shops to browse, wide sidelong for walking and window shopping if you are not in the mood to shop. Beautiful center round about with conformable seating overlooking the beautiful stocked Koi pond and gorgeous extra tall DECORATED CHRISTMAS TREE ALREADY UP....A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO VISIT OR SHOP!!!!!

Lots of variety, lots of specialty shops, and many food choices. It's pretty spread out, so definitely plan on driving from place to place. It is quite a bit too far to walk unless you already know that the next shop on your list is just a couple doors down.

I love shopping at St. John’s Town Center. They have a good selection of brands, stores, and restaurants. The outdoor environment is great for walking and there are plenty of parking spots. The area is pretty safe as well even at night.

Great shops! Parking is a nightmare. They close WAY to early. Especially on the weekends. Not sure how this decision was deemed a good one. 🤔 They decorate for Christmas yet close so early I'm not sure how anyone can really enjoy it. Several restaurants here makes closing early yet another reason to stay open later to shop after eating. Beautiful place to walk around and stroll if you aren't grabbing dinner first. Br prepared there is a LOT OF WALKING from parking to shopping and back. Trying to get from one store to another on opposite ends on top of it. All before closing is something to take into consideration.

This place is always such a delight to go to. They have a cute little pond area with turtles and koi fish in the center. When I needed to refund some purchases, the staff within each store was polite. I take my dog here to walk and train, as well, and it is definitely a great place to take a well-trained pooch! The Barnes & Noble allows dogs, and a few of the restaurants have outdoor seating arrangements! A great place to spend the day.

Tons of great shopping options and more coming! The green spaces and grounds here are well-maintained and clean. This is one of the best open air malls or shopping centers I’ve visited. You will find so many shops as well as tons of food and dining options.

Good gracious. What can I say! I've never experienced an outdoor mall, and the St. John's Town Center is absolutely beautiful. I've been to it several times, but decided to finally go ahead and give it a rating, and post a comment. It's grown a lot since it's inception. I always like going there. It's kept up real well, and there are many nice restaurants and places to shop. Sometimes, I enjoy just going there and walking around!

Nice place but it's a little on the pricey side. It was nice to walk around and look at things that you can't really afford. But it was nice and a small nature area

Love love love St. John’s Town Center! I’m a frequent visitor of Nordstroms, Nordstrom Rack, and the Vans store! Great and friendly staff at all 3 locations. Sometimes the parking can be a nightmare, but it’s definitely worth always staying up to date with fashion trends!

This Town Center is conveniently located in the middle of town and has a little bit of everything for everyone from upscale shopping to a Dollar (and a quarter) Tree and a wide variety of dining choices. Traffic can be rough sometimes but I am always able to find everything I need for the week here. They have a Costco, Aldi, Publix, Target, and Sprouts for your grocery needs. They have a Total Wine and ABC Liquor store for your weekends. They even have emergency health care in the area! I'm not sure if Top Golf and IFLY is considered to be a part of the Town Center but they're there too! Overall, convenient and a little something for everyone

The Town Center used to be one of my favorite places to shop and dine out. It has gone downhill lately and several of my friends and family members have mentioned an obscene amount of trash in the parking lots and dying vegetation. I hope they will turn it around because this WAS a nice place.

  • 1/5 Jay L. 7 months ago on Google
The town center over the past few years has gone down hill. Its was nice a few years ago but then place as not being taken care of, dirty, trash everywhere, plants are doing, bushes are not being trimmed. Need new maintenance people.

  • 1/5 Debbie T. 7 months ago on Google
Terrible parking.! You must anticipate having to park Far from your destination& you must be prepared to get caught in the rain, with our Fla weather. Who ever designed the parking for the Center was an Architectural IDIOT, that never shops in a mall setting!

  • 2/5 Prime79 7 months ago on Google
bunch of pretentious people around, nothing but snobs, doesnt help that the places around cater and love those kinds of people. most of the locations are nice, honestly id do more walking than driving, but keep your eyes up, all the karens and kevins cant keep their eyes off their phones and are likely to run you over given the opportunity.

St Johns is one of the best mixed businesses shopping center. Get ready to walk it all open air not a in door mall. You may have to move your car a few times. Pretty much all you would need is there for shopping. Great places to eat also.

I love St. Johns Town Center! It's my favorite shopping and dining destination in Jacksonville. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and has a great mix of stores, from high-end to affordable. I especially love that there are so many dining options, from casual to fine dining. I'm a big fan of the outdoor areas at St. Johns Town Center. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, and the fountains and landscaping are beautiful. I also like that the mall is pet-friendly, so I can bring my dog with me when I go shopping. Here are some of my favorite things about St. Johns Town Center: * The wide variety of stores, including everything from department stores to specialty boutiques. * The great selection of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. * The outdoor areas, with fountains, landscaping, and plenty of places to sit and relax. * The fact that the mall is pet-friendly. Overall, I think St. Johns Town Center is a great place to shop, dine, and relax. It's a one-stop shop for everything I need, and I always have a good time when I go there. Here is a personalized tip: If you're looking for a unique shopping experience, be sure to check out the shops on the second floor of the mall. There are several boutiques that sell unique items that you can't find anywhere else. I hope you enjoy your visit to St. Johns Town Center!

Saint John's Town Centre was nice. I do know there are concerns about parking and having to walk quite a distance to the store of your choice but we went at an "off peak" time and had no trouble doing our shopping. It is pretty far from our house but there are lots of great places to shop.

Fun retail place! Lots of sidewalks for walking and options for the family including the Lego store and many restaurants. Parking can be tight but we had fun and enjoyed this beautiful outdoor mall.

Parking was super convenient... being that I held off until the last hour they were open so I could be in and out. I went to a Barnes and Noble for a book I've been searching for. They were super helpful. Normally parking is difficult during peak hours.

I love going here. It has a lot of upscale stores but also, it has stores that are very affordable. There is a great variety of restaurants as well. Something for everybody. It's outdoor, so if it rains, or when it's cold, be prepared. I could spend a whole day here and be good lol.

Great little Italian Restaurant. White tablecloths, booths & decor just makes it a great place to eat. Broad menu, good food........ friendly & efficient staff. Portions worth the price.

High-end and eclectic with shops and dining experiences. Plan at least half a day there or more. The outdoor atmosphere is refreshing and there is a great energy; noon, late afternoon and night.

We stopped here to charge our EV on the way to Disney. EVGo chargers. Pretty fast. Complaint is the parking for it. Super tight and not enough. We had to park our Bolt on the far right in a place that wasn't a parking space so we felt like we couldn't leave to go shop. St. John's Town Center, you lost money on us. Stay on top of EV Go so that doesn't happen again. Used hotel restroom.

What is there to say about this shopping center. It's perfect for us. We come here at least once a week. Even if we don't buy anything it's great to walk around. So many restaurants and great stores. It's one of the nicest centers I have ever been to. Just the right size.

Best place to shop outdoors Much better than indoor malls My favorite place for eyebrow threading, people watching and fresh air

  • 5/5 Kellie 1 year ago on Google
Awesome shopping center. They have stores for every class. I can always find what I need at one of their many stores. It's always clean, and the stores are well stocked. I'm really excited about the Marshalls we just got. Parking is plentiful, but you probably won't find one in front of the store you want if you drive down the main streets. You may have to walk, but it's a beautiful center.

Parking can be a challenge. For some reason, these horrible drivers tend to gather there. . . especially on weekends. Civility and manners are unknown to these people. Red lights are a bother, and if you do not burn rubber when the light turns green, they blare their horn! However, if you survive, the stores are nice and pretty. Be careful. Good luck!

  • 5/5 Crystal B. 1 year ago on Google
I always love visting this shopping center because it's has all of my fav stores located in one central location. Other than the stores, I love people watching; the different clothing choices are so inspiring. How the ever, the shopping center is always really clean and I love that they have plenty of seating areas and a variety of food/drink/dessert options. While there's plenty parking spaces, its also plenty visitors as well so I suggest wearing your comfy shoes because there's a lot of walking. A++

It is so fun to walk this outdoor shopping mall. It’s beautifully landscaped. I love visiting the furniture stores to see what’s new. There are benches scattered around to rest and parking is never an issue. It’s definitely worth visiting.

There's a lot going on here. I do like that there is ample parking but it's mostly at the big box stores. Cheesecake Factory is what brought us there. We parked in the corner by Dillard's and still had a lengthy walk to get there but that's ok I guess. I would return to the area but it's congested for sure. Also, There must be a lot of theft in the area because every store I went in had the anti theft tags on almost every item. Even one on a toilet paper rack!!, guess if it's not tied down some folks will take advantage of it and try to do wrong. I was also met by security guards and loss prevention at the entrance to several of the stores.

  • 4/5 Noel L. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely full of amazing stores and restaurants. Very well maintained and visually appealing. There's a few kids play areas for little friends to burn off some energy. Four stars because parking is difficult and the traffic gets bad.

  • 2/5 Johnna B. 1 year ago on Google
The stores are nice, but the traffic patterns aren't. Also, being so far off the main roads starts the confusion. Which leads me to trying to figure out where the store that I want is. It seems to take forever and endless driving to locate a specific store. If it wasn't for the nice stores, I'd never go back. Two stars for the stores that are nice and somewhat accessible.
