    Just as another customer has reported, I was drawn in by the hot and fresh light. However I was not given hot and fresh donuts! Very disappointed! I could have bought disappointing donuts at a grocery store for much less than Krispy Kreme Donuts! People beware, the light is a trick!!!

    Don’t get me wrong I love Krispy kreme doughnuts but the customer service here has just gone down hill. I used to come all the time and today was the last. My boyfriend couldn’t even finish ordering before the girl cut him off and told him to pull up.. he didn’t even finish saying the first thing on the order.

    Rude staff ignored me standing there in store for nearly 10 minutes but waited on drive through orders who came well after me. About six staff members o ly focused on cleaning up - obviously trying to shut down afternoon before Thanksgiving but still, rude. Mislabeled racks and she snapped "all I have is what's out" - and then said they could not take GPay for my basic box of dozen glazed even though KK website clearly says you can take app pays in the store. I left without anything and time wasted.

    This place is ridiculous! Atlantic Blvd is terrible. No cars at the window, 1 customer inside, and still waited 5 minutes to for my order to be taken. No signs posted about not accepting $50 bills. No signs about only ordering 2 dozen in the drive thru. Young girl inside putting on lip gloss rather than waiting on customers. Come on Krispy Kreme you have got to do better. The west location is so much better.

    Decided to stop on the way home from work and get some donuts for the family. Google said the store closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:45pm. I hate coming in so close to closing time because I understand the employees are trying to clean up and go home. I figured 15 mins was ample time to order. I get to the drive through and no one answers the intercom. I wait for a few minutes and nothing. I pull up to the window and see some employees walking around in the store. I honk my horn to get their attention. They all intentionally ignore me. Finally, someone comes to the window. It's now 9:55pm. There are 2 cars behind me. The woman shakes her head and says we're closed. I asked if they close early now because the store hours say 10pm online. She starts yelling and walks away. I love Krispy Kreme but I'm not dealing with this store again....

    The kids wanted donuts. Couple of cars and myself waited at the drive through for about 5 minutes in the pouring rain... no response. Drove up to the window to see 3 employees goofing off with no headsets on. They see me and then take their time putting on the headsets, then didn't open the window to take my order and instead took the order of the people behind me now at the drive through menu with their headset. Made me drive around again to take my order. Do your job.

    The best!!! Customer service was FAIR. Definitely could’ve been a whole lot better. I always usually attend the CASSAT location. But I wanted to experience the Atlantic Boulevard location. Overall, doughnuts are still the best, even when you don't get excellent customer service..

    The girl at the front counter was more interested in checking her watch for messages than actually doing her job. She was rude and got my order wrong. Customer service at this location is terrible. Dunkin Donuts is close by. I suggest you take your business there.

    I have been a customer at this location for 6 years, never a disappointment! The menu has a large selection of drink items. The coffee, latte, etc have always been outstanding! Donuts are always fresh and delicious. Purchased an Assorted Dozen Donuts this morning Saturday 08/28/2021. Brittany who assisted us, was very friendly, enthusiastic and informed us on the Special Price for an Assorted Dozen Donuts. Highly Recommend!

    I went today, early Sunday evening, to purchase a dozen delicious KK Donuts while the "hot" sign was blazing. Not only were they out of chocolate iced glazed donuts but I was sold the most inferior donuts I've ever seen. Tried to call the store manager but after many unanswered rings an automated message came on to say "we're busy and cannot take your call, goodbye". Tomorrow morning I'll be back there (9.7 miles) with a photo of my disappointing goods in hopes of an apology and replacement.

    Dounughts are always good but this ice coffee was the worst ting I've ever had there. The straw had straight syrup all the way threw it and even after mixing it. It was still horrible.

    The bathrooms I was in had no working soap dispenser, it's one of the same bathrooms the employees use. Im like How are they washing their hands??? Also my husband ordered a strawberry frozen drink and the machine was malfunctioning so the employee was told by whom I'm assuming was the manager, to open the top and place a cup to scoop out his drink all while her hand was touching the inside of the frozen drink machine..All I could think about was her hands probably were filthy seeing how the soap dispenser was out of order. They should of just said the machine was down. Once my husband saw what she was doing he told the employee he no longer wanted the drink..They offered no refund or apology. I will never return to this location!

    2 times I tried buying donuts at the krispy Kreme at Atlantic Blvd. And both times it took way too long and nobody acknowledges you to let you know they know you are there. And the place was empty (drive thru) at 6:20am. Left and went elsewhere.

    The donuts looked delicious, and they were decent/good. The service was mediocre and unprofessional. Attention young adults, it's ok to make eye contact, not have a pissy look on your faces, and it's ok to be courteous.

    I had a bad experience though the food was okay. The cashier was inpatient at the window and got my order wrong. She then whispered a joke (potentially about me as a customer) to her coworker when I came in requesting the correct order. Overall, I think the donuts would have taste better if they were patient and practiced good customer service. Crazy but true.

    Shameful service. The lady who took our order yelled at the lady in front of us after she didn’t hear her. The inside is not clean at all, it is actually quite disgusting. We had a coupon for a free donut for my dad’s birthday and they said well we don’t see it anywhere so we just aren’t going to hand these out to you. Get it together Krispy Kreme. You’ve lost our business, but for the sake of others, get it together.

    Tried paying with a $20-they were out of singles so they wanted to give my change in all quarters-I handed them 16singles to help them out while asking for my 20back-they gave me the donuts with a have a nice day and closed the window. I said hey, so they could hear me their the closing window, where’s my 20back-she told me to calm down. I wasn’t even upset until they gave me attitude while trying to rip me off! They don’t know how to handle money or be courteous to people actually helping them. FUGGEM

    Great donuts, make sure to get them while the hot light is on. My kids love seeing that red neon light letting us know that the donuts are exceptionally fresh.

    Usually the service is on point but on this Tuesday morning, not so hot.. just like my “hot” latte I asked for. Plus the cashier has very dry/rude customer service. 3 stars because I usually get excellent service.

    The windows in the building are all really dirty and cloudy. The building could use a good pressure washing. Other than that, the donuts were good. It took a long time to get someone to help me. There were plenty of folks there. Don't know what the issue was.

    You can't buy cream filled donuts without chocolate on them. Who knew. It has been a while since I bought donuts. Great service, good glazed donuts. Management desision to stop selling the basic cream fill donut. Go figure. Highly Disappointed. GO B B

    Donuts are good but if I eat too much of them I get heartburn. I am sorry but coffee is terrible. It is too thick and strong, at least for my taste.

    The cashier at the drive thru pick up window did not speak at all. Nothing, not a single word. Very odd and rude. The jelly filled donuts didn't have any filling . . . . The glazed donuts were on point!

    They are known for turning on the "hot" sign when they have a fresh batch of donuts .I saw the light and purchased me some freshly baked donuts. Oh happy, happy day!!

    The intercom was down and the worker came out to personally tell everyone. We thought that we excellent customer service and we really appreciated it. Despite the technical difficulties the line still moved pretty fast. Great location for yummy donuts.

    I am not sure if I was there at a bad time for this location, but not impressed at all. It took a very long time to get an iced coffee. I ordered and paid for a medium but received a small. It tasted fine, but don’t appreciate not getting what I paid for. Very poor customer service like they just drive care,

    I have always preferred Krispy Kreme doughnuts over anyone. Well this visit was extraordinary!!!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and served by Brooke. She fulfilled our order accurately and promptly. She also encouraged us to come back soon. In my opinion she is an excellent role model for other associates and sets a great example for them to follow. I will DEFINITELY return to this location in the future….. THANKS MUCH!!!! God bless.

    Opened the door for an employee taking in a trashcan. Unfortunately this was the same employee who came to the register to take my order, without washing his hands. Very apathetic. I asked of they had anymore pumpkin cakes donuts, to which he looked off to the side and said "honestly I don't even know. What's in the case is what we have". Turned around and left, won't be back.
