Been loving this place since it opened. Anytime I’m in Jax I make a point to stop in for my coffee. They are the real deal 3rd wave shop. Smooth flavor. Attention to details. Only house made syrups. With kind baristas. Atmosphere that’s on point. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You’ll become a regular 💯

Bold coffee was such a cute coffee shop. I tried the everything croissant which had cream cheese stuffed inside. It was delightful. I paired it with a hot americano with chocolate syrup and a splash of cream. This combo made my day and I will definitely try it again. Thanks for your hospitality and helping me with my order!

Super cute and cozy coffee shop! The staff was super friendly and the drinks were delicious. They have lots of seating inside and plenty of places to enjoy a drink, read, or study/work. There were a few options for pastries but more were delivered once we sat down, so it seems they have a steady supply for the mornings.

Nice coffee spot. Atmosphere is calming due to their choice of techno/smooth jazz. I had a cappuccino, extra foam. It had a strong flavor with subtle nuttiness. Overall, this place is compatible to other coffee shops. They lacked chocolate in their chocolate chip cookies. I do not feel as though I have to return.

Bold Bean is probably the most popular coffee shop in Jax. It’s a very nice spot to study or just hang out. The decaf iced vanilla latte we had was not too sweet and was very smooth. We loved it. They sell a local shop called Community Loaves pastries. Overall they are a lovely shop with high quality coffee.

Nice decoration and cute coffee shop. The coffee smells good and staffs are nice! Tried the matcha sunrise since it’s kinda unique- matcha tea with sparkling water and orange juice. There’re some other signature drinks as well. Good place for studying/ working or just chilling with friends & family.

I really enjoyed coming here. Even though there were a lot of people and a lot of conversation it was some what still very quiet. The coffee was amazing and the crescent was amazing. I will 100% be back!

Very nice coffee shop with artisanal coffee for a small detour in our trip south. Surely beats Starbucks, but that's not so difficult these days. You will feel at a place to relax with a great espresso drink, real art hanging from walls, people studying, life... The only caveat is that you may stay too long if you are traveling :)

This coffee shop has a great atmosphere! The music was great and I really liked the whole vibe. My coffee was outstanding and my bagel was perfectly toasted. I will be back!

I visited this coffee shop for the first time the other day. It is very popular! There was not a time during my visit where the line dwindled down. The staff were friendly and polite, paying attention to the details of the orders being received. There were people of all kinds there. Some on their laptops, some in groups and some with children. Everyone seemed happy with their orders and experience. Plenty of seating inside ( small tables and large tables, a few bar seats,) and some tables outside as well. I got a spiced chai latte with oat milk. They offered dairy milk, almond and oat. I also got a croissant that was delicious.

my favorite coffee shop in Jax! great coffee and atmosphere! everyone is so friendly and it's a great environment to get some work done! I love coming here to have a change of pace and do homework. they have nice indoor and outdoor seating and outlets to plug in your devices.

I absolutely loved this place. I was visiting from SC and this coffee shop was so cute. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I got a iced honey vanilla latte and it was great! I also got a breakfast sandwich which was huge. They do lack pastry options but that is okay.

Vibe is very vibrant, warm and social here. Many different coffee beans to choose from. Chose to drink the Columbia- Hermer Sánchez brew. Coffee was very strong and citrus-y very interesting and enjoyable. Most of the coffee here is made by hand pour-over so it’s made with care which I love. All the plants displayed are for sale which is so cool because each one has got its own charm to it. Loved my visit here & would come again.

Lovely cozy environment with welcoming staff full of knowledge on the coffee and items they offer from mushroom extracts to the locally grown house plants 🪴 would recommend to any Jacksonville folks and all the people just passing by! I came in for a cup of joe and left with a whole lot more to take back home:)

Great shop to grab a coffee and get some work done. Very chill vibes and they play good music too, which i always appreciate. The plants and natural lighting add to the "let's be productive" ambiance - or even just having good conversation with friends. I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk and it was super tasty. Some shops I've been too they don't get the matcha to oat milk ratio correct (it's a thing ok!) and it ends up being very blah, or too overpowering. But they knew what they were doing, and I appreciated that. Only thing was that it was $5 for a regular black coffee that I ended up grabbing for a friend. A little pricey - but I'd rather give them my money, instead of Starbucks, so not mad about it. A nice staple in the Riverside area.

One of my favorite spots. Had the chance to tour their roasting facility and it makes me have so much more respect for this company. They are very meticulous with their roasting process and I’m just so impressed with this coffee shop!

Like the absolute best coffee ever. I’m from seattle and have been around every coffee bar I can. This is the absolute best coffee I’ve had in all of Florida. So happy I found it!

I feel like I wasted money here. First, a rock solid croissant. Then I literally had to wait 20-25mins for my latte. I understand it was in the morning but baristas kept on chit chatting. Line could’ve moved faster.

Customer service was great! I love the bold bean coffee at my job and wanted to get my regular latte with oat milk here, and it was not good. Chai tea was not that good either. Some inappropriate paintings and loud music.

The cappuccinos from here are always fantastic. Perfect espresso to milk ratio and great latte art. They are often busy so it can take 10 min for a drink to come out, but well worth the wait. Wife always gets black coffee which is fantastic and the same every time we go. Definitely our go to in the area. Good amount of seating indoors and a table or 2 outside usually.

The absolute best coffee shop!! Not only does the coffee/food taste amazing, but you have the friendliest staff!! Olivia made my drink today and it was so good!! I’m in here throughout the week and they are model of consistency with making coffee and wonderful costumer service. I won’t get coffee anywhere else!!

Good cup of coffee. I had two actually, both of different single origins. For me to rate a coffee shop higher than a three, it has to be great to borderline extraordinary, which doesn't always necessarily have anything to do other than with the choice of bean that's been brewed and the way the bean itself has been treated during roasting. I would recommend this place and will definitely get back.
