Great food, always fresh and delicious. Tons of menu options. Wraps, soups, sandwiches, all kinds of unique creations. They have a bunch of different desserts as well. This location is smaller than San Marco, but it’s still nice, with outdoors seating. The waitress was very friendly and funny which we loved.

Shout out to Becky for the rockstar service this past Friday during lunch! My Dad had the Club and I had the Reuben sandwich. The sandwiches here are next level. I’m sure everything else is too but I have only had the sandwiches and their incredible desserts! Love it - love it - want some more of it!

Nice place overall has german food as well as amarican. Great sandwiches and hot dogs. Kids love the penutbutter triple decker sandwhich. There are a lot of cakes and some good beer in tap.

Very tasty time. Lots of seating and we were not rushed. We got there before 7 and so were able to take advantage of the happy hour special 2 for 1 drafts. The service was very good. I was also surprised by the take away cookie and cake selections.

Great little gem, very nostalgic type feeling to it. Has almost a vintage feel and I can't get enough of it. This place really came thru for me in my time of need. My mother was in hospice at Saint Vincent's right near by and I needed to get away for a minute and clear my head with my hubby and we just started walking and ended up there. I usually don't enjoy partaking in beer because I don't particularly like the taste and they recommend this amazing cherry Belgian beer (I'll include the pic) it was amazing and they had the most amazing turtle cheesecake I've ever eaten in my life, hands down. A much needed pick me up, (I just loss my Dad in October and now my mom is in hospice, actively passing away 6 months later) I'm not from this area, even though I do have a friend who used to live out here on riverside and my mom recently (the past 2 months) moved here to a cute apartment close by to this restaurant and the area in general seems safe and pleasant, I will add. Really great atmosphere and the bartender (she was a kind lady with short blonde hair, she's the best! Sorry I can't remember her name, I wish I could remember it!). Seems family friendly as well, I seen families with children enjoying their tike there.

This place has been consistently delicious for years! It's such a fun environment and a great place for kids. If they get bored, you can walk them over to the candy section or look at the yummy desserts in the case. If you like beer, this is your place. They offer a massive selection of various beers from all over the world. I usually get the Blue Max and a beer cheese soup. I have never liked the pretzel bread that comes with it, so I always request a croissant for an upcharge. Even though the soup was as delicious as ever, it was a bitter thicker than before. It was almost like a cheese dip. I had no complaints because I had my croissant, but for a first-timer, it might put them off. It's also in a great location. You can walk to the nearby shops in a great and historic neighborhood. You will not be disappointed. Overall, I love this place and will continue to go back.

First time here & the food was good. My husband & I split the famous beer cheese soup, which is served with a pretzel stick. I got the roast beef & boursin which they recommend on the onion roll, but I opted for pumpernickel. It was delic! We finished our meal by sharing a slice of the Italian Lemon Cream cake which was fantastic! I'm not a huge lemon fan, but this has just enough lemon flavor. We will def be back!

Awesome beer garden vibe with an extensive food menu. The German sausage was incredible! Friend had a split sausage sandwich which she enjoyed but was looking for a flat top sear with the split sausage on the sandwich. Regardless, the draft beer selection was approachable and appropriate for the setting. A must try in riverside!

My favorite place!! Great beer... great outdoor seating, great food. And the deli meat on my sandwich this time was really yummy!! Seemed better quality and a thinner slice than I'm used to and I love it!!

Reminds me of a theme park restaurant, but with better food. Great menu and friendly service. Plenty of vegetarian options also.

Waitress was super nice, all food came out quick and was delicious. I got the turkey and bacon wrap with a chicken a dumplings soup

Wow the food is delicious and the beer choices are extensive (and also delicious). I ordered the corned beef and kielbasa sandwich on dark bread with a side of sauerkraut, a cup of beer cheese soup and a pretzel. Every. Single. Thing. Was. Fantastic.

Give yourself time if your going to have lunch. It's really busy during lunch and weekends. Sandwiches are good. Servers are great.

My favorite place in town! The staff treats you like your family. The food is tasty. The menu is a good mix where Mediterranean meets American deli. They have some great local beers on tap and the outdoor patio is a Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Inside you will find a bakery counter with cakes and cookies. There is also a fun selection of vintage candies and trinkets. There is something here for everyone.

We had a party of five during lunch on a Friday! The atmosphere was nice and calming. Our waiter, didn’t catch her name, was excellent! I highly recommend the German sausages and the clubs!

This place is unique with some different type menu items. We all had something different and everyone loved what they had. My favorite part was cashing out. You go to the front counter and pay, but that is where they have all of the goodies. Huge cookies ( I got the german chocolate), cake slices, cheesecake and all types of old fashioned and other styles of the best candies. I say that everyone should go and at least give it a try.

GREAT place, excellent sandwich, and friendly staff! When I try a new sandwich place, I always get the French Dip as a tester for quality - this one was delicious and very craveable. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food as well. The waitress was a sister we didn't know we had. Can't wait to go back!

AMAZING. I have enjoyed everything I’ve eaten here, the falafel is so delicious and I recommend the spicy mustard. They have an amazing selection on German beer, I just came home after 3 years of living in Germany and it was awesome to be able to drink it here. The cookies are so amazing. I highly recommend eating here!

This place is amazing, I have been going here since I was a little girl. Beer Cheese Soup is absolutely delicious!! Brie and Beef sandwich is my favorite but they have so much more!!! And their desserts are so amazing especially the cookies!!!

Great service and amazing food. We stopped in around 2 pm and chose a booth inside. Server was at the table promptly and too our drink orders. Drinks arrived in less than 5 mins. Food order was placed and arrived maybe 10 mins later. Great experience at a new local spot. We will be back.

Our server was friendly and had suggestions. The menu is big but everything sounded good so it was hard to choose! His croissant sandwich and my honey dark wheat hero were both so so so so delicious! Reasonably priced and around the corner was treats and goodies! We will be back thank you
