    Poorly planned layout with bad access road... Nevertheless it gives place for locals to own houses and rents...

    It's home to lots of ABU zaria students and also Leather Research Institute...the proximity to these institutions from the area is not far..Atimes you get to enjoy the sight of train passing by because of the rail line that cut across the area. Walking at late night is not a good option around here but recently the area has been enjoying peace because most of the hoodlums have been chased out of the place

    A student populated area, Accommodates students from ABU, NILEST and DAC. Notorious at night as some criminals waylay unsuspecting people
