Place is great! Has what a gym needs. Great selection of weight training equipment. Though facilities are always clean and organized, but the main thing which distinguish between this and other pre-existing gyms is the mere fact that the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming.

After years of consistent weight gain and various diet programs you start to loose hope that you will never be able to get a healthy point ever again. Sir Shahbaz changed all of that..he customizes a nutritional program and training program for every individual. In a short 6 weeks I believe for the first time in my life that I can achieve a better body and healthier life that I have ever had. He is in the process of changing my life for better everyday. All you have to follow his instruction and commit on it.
