Airport pickup and transfer is available upon coordination beforehand. I find this really convenient. The owner himself did the pick up 🙂 He is a nice person, accommodating, professional & reliable. The staff at the hotel were all also nice. They deliver breakfast to your room. AC is working. This is most important for me. Soap and shampoo were provided. There is a bidet (thank God). Bed was comfortable. It isn't similar to 5 star hotels of course but the price I paid is worth it for me. I also feel safe around the staff even though they are all guys because they are really nice people. The staff also went extra mile for me. I needed a padlock for my baggage. One of them went to the market to buy it for me. Location-wise, it is not hard to find. It is available on their inDrive app. Also, there is a Delhi Sweets at the corner. If I ever visit Karachi again, I will definitely book with them. 😊

Best hospitality in low prices as compared to embassy IN and galaxy hotel

After contacting the owner of the hotel to get a letter of invitation for pakistan, I arrived directly as soon as I disembarked from Europe at 4 am the hotel guys were waiting for me awake..the hotel has all the comforts of a large hotel, with a very efficient restaurant service, friendly and welcoming staff .. I will definitely be back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The WORST hotel I've stayed at. SMELLY rooms, DIRTY bedsheets, COCKROACHES everywhere, HORRIBLE staff. I had written confirmation for 3 nights and on the third day they asked me to check out because they had a new higher paying customer with a longer reservation. I've never seen this never of unprofessionalism at any hotel, anywhere in the world. HORRENDOUS.

Tried a few hotels in Karachi and ended up trying this due to location of a family event. My stay was excellent. 2 nights stay. (1 double bed and a single in one room). I checked the rooms first and they were spot on. Clean and not smelly. Toilets are so so but it was clean. The staff were very good , Noor and his team helped me out alot. Good bunch of lads and the owner and his kid were great too. The security guard was the man. Got us parking all the time and washed the cars at a reasonable price and kept us informed of safe areas. Also you can ask them to switch on the boiler for hot water but don't expect boiling. This is one to try. Am from UK and am fussy and this done the trick. MY TIP. Ask to check rooms first and also get them to knock a few rupees off. Which they will do if u be nice and stay a few days. Washing, ironing p,parking and breakfast available

Owner is very courteous and reception was helpful. Though, I did book from booking.com and kept calling and sending messages. It wasn't answered. However, hotel was fully booked, and owner came himself, and offered another hotel stay with his reference but we actually found the other hotel. Hence he offered a drop off himself which is very rare and very much Honorable stance for the guests. I strongly recommend it to have faith in their customer services

Near very renowned Delhi Sweets... Karachi Food is just at walking distance where you can have Haleem and Lots of good food combo. Very gentle man people, Owner Zaib Afridi is very humble and Cooperative guy.. Safe place, security is fine... no hassle to reach and move...! Near to Tariq road for One of finest New Zahid Nihari of Karachi ..Must try. Just 10 min drive from Burns Road Food street where you can have Karachi's No.1 Haleem from Mazedar Haleem... Had good Iftar in Ramazan..! Recomended..!

My stay in Diplomat Inn was excellent! I brought my family for my sons marriage in Karachi and thus booked a family room and some other double rooms. The rooms were clean and ac were working good with back up generator. Their restaurant provided good desi and continental breakfast and even cooked meals as per our request (less oil and spice) for some guests. The location of the Inn is also in city centre and they arranged good cars to move us around the city and dropped us at airport on our return. Thanks to Mr Afridi and his hardworking staff. THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL! I came from Lahore and stayed with my family for several days and my stay was nothing short of perfect. The owner, Mr. Zaib, was extremely kind and courteous, and always went an extra mile to accommodate us. The staff was extremely professional, trained, and active. The service was instant, no matter what our request was. They even served us breakfast late because we forgot to ask for it. Cleanliness, amenities, WiFi, power backup, and everything else was 10/10 given the economic prices. By Pakistani standards, the hotel met my expectations! The room and bathroom are clean, there is a common room with a microwave, staff can handle English, card payments accepted, laundry service available, wifi works. A nice smiling security guard with a machine gun takes care of safety! Affordable prices !!

Low price high service credit goes to Mr Zaib Afridi a wonderful person and a host .. editing post the more I experience the Hotel the more I feel at home. Anyone travelling solo and dont want to be worried for anything this is the place to be, from lower to upper staff seems competiting in providing there best services.

It was such a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel for 5 days with my family. The unmached 24 h service made us feel as if we are in our own home. Everyone from the receptionist to Guard and the owner to house keeping crew, was so polite,responsive and helpful that it seemed as if it was my own place and all of them are my co-workers always ready to facilitate. I stayed there for the purpose of marriage of my son. We decorated the room, celebrated Mehendi & Dholki function there in room no 108, the bigger one, and "Sehra Bandi" as well next day. Everything, room ambience,furniture fixture, mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, bathroom cleanliness and all other amenities starting from availability of big looking glasses to the power sockets were provided and in good working condition. Un interrupted water supply and electricity was on top of that. Everyone accompanying me was happy on the decision to stay in Diplomate Inn Hotel. We payed due thanx to everyone who served or attended us there while checking out. Their hospitality will remain alive in our hearts for long. Whenever we plan to go to Karachi again, we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else other than Diplomat Inn Hotel. The only thing found missing were the Exhaust fans in the bathrooms and a bit shortage of parking space. Otherwise it was an excellent dicision and experience to stay there. Stayed 1 night in the hotel. Room was spacious and had a big bed. There were a few things broken in the room such as the plug in outlets (they were loose) and the shower was not working (used the big bucket). AC and fan both worked fine. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was respectful and hospitable and helped with things such as travel advice. Location was good, money exchange, restaurants nearby. Food & beverages can be ordered with telephone available in the room or use the foodpanda app. All in all, good price/quality ratio and worth a try.

Liked · The hotel's location was near to the main city so it was easy for us to move for our meetings and reach the airport on time. Also, the staff's response was quick and they provided what I asked for on time. Disliked · The hotel needs some improvements given as under: Rooms need dusting as there was dust on my table and tv board Washroom amenities should be increased as there was only one little-sized soap in the bathroom. They should keep at least two soaps and a shampoo bottle. My room's mesh window was broken and I was unable to close it at night for which I felt a little unsafe. It needs repair as soon as possible. There is no mirror in the room except for a bathroom mirror so I had to go the bathroom in order to get ready, make up and do touch-ups.

It was wonderful

I had a very comfortable 5 night stay at this hotel. Everything was smooth, from check in all the way to check out. The room was neat and tidy. Bathroom was great with everything such as hot water etc etc. The location of the hotel is perfect near everything you need. The staff were very helpful and looked after me the entire time. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend this hotel to anyone, one of the best in karachi.

It was very comfortable and safe stay. They very responsive on requests. Also the breakfast was complementary. I requested drop off at airport and it was also very reasonable. Staff is very friendly. The place is 8 min walking distancen from KFC MCdonalds , standard chartered bank which is very convinient for a person like me with international debit card.

According to the price the room was ok, but it could be better cleaned and the mosquitos who were inside could have been killed before that we came, especially because of the dangerous diseases that might occure. The position in the city is fine. What I did not like at all, was the owner asking us for a 5 stars review although we told him that we would have given him 4 stars, he insisted to have 5 stars from us.

I reserved a Deluxe Family Room which should have contained 2 double beds for me and my sibling. I was instead given a basic double room. Prior to my arrival I made at least 3 attempts to clarify the bed arrangement which the hotel failed to acknowledge. The managers solution was to offer me a mattress to sleep on the floor if I didn't wish to share a bed. Such great service. In the end he gave me the keys to a second room and I assumed that was a free gesture for giving me the wrong room. Other issues I faced at this hotel included. No running hot water, which meant cold showers. No working TV channels Gutter smells coming from the ensuit The air conditioning unit was not functional The cherry on the cake came at the end when I was presented with a bill for 2 rooms. According to the manager there is no such thing as goodwill as in his own words 'who gives away things for free in Pakistan'. This booking ruined the end of a good holiday. The management here are crooks and cheats. Stay elsewhere

I have spent my week here and trust me all of my 7 days were amazing! The room is a decent room with all main amenities ac, tv , its clean the management super supportive and humble no disturbance really great staff and location the biggest thing in karachi lol Its residential safe and is in prime location accessible to everything ! Really recommend it .

It was generally good, their AC was working fine, wash rooms were good, service were good as well as staff was available most of the time to serve anything you wish.. however, they need to pay attention to put clean bed sheets, pillow covers and make sure that rooms are properly ventilated

My experience was good. Stayed there from 21 feb 2022 till 24 feb 2022. Mr zaib afridi is a very nice person. Accomodation is very tidy. Services were okay. One advise for everyone: Staff is very co operative if they are informed well on time about any issue.
