Tried Futtuccini Alfredo and Moroccan Chicken, Pasta was just ok in taste but Morocco Chicken was extremely tasty. Prices are normal too, staff is really good, place is just beautiful.

Most bland and lazy coffee I've ever had. Hot mocha with almost no chocolate and coffee itself cold, it was supposed to be HOT Mocha. 5/10. Cold mocha on the other hand was pretty good. 8/10. Overall I won't recommend it for having a decent coffee.

The coffee shop is very peaceful and romantic places for dating and dining and even smoking with friends. You can spend good quality time here. I gave 4 star because there is no♿ wheelchair Accessibility In this coffee shop and nor even any specific parking for vehicles. But the food quality and atmosphere with service is very good.

It was nearing midnight, and our craving for coffee had become irresistible. The clock had just struck 11 pm, and we found ourselves at the New York Coffee shop. Eagerly, we placed our order, which included a cappuccino, iced latte, Lawa cake, and a Spanish latte. To our surprise, the hot beverages we ordered were served cold, leaving us quite disappointed. Even the Lawa cake fell short of our expectations; it lacked the signature Lawa flavor. Being an ardent coffee lover, I've explored numerous coffee spots in Karachi and have a discerning palate. I can confidently say that their cappuccino could use some improvement. On a positive note, the iced latte did manage to meet our standards and was a delightful choice. However, the Lawa cake was the biggest letdown; it failed to deliver the Lawa essence that we had hoped for. In conclusion, our late-night coffee adventure at New York Coffee had its ups and downs. While the iced latte pleased our taste buds, the cappuccino and Lawa cake left much to be desired. As a coffee enthusiast, I believe they have room for improvement in their cappuccino offerings, and a true Lawa cake experience is yet to be found at this establishment.

They have clearly lost the charm in food taste and quality. Risotto is no more on the menu Cheese slice has shrunk to a great deal. It used to be my fav thing to order, now it's just a tiny blob 😆 Food taste was next to bland, had to use Tabasco. However the Cafe environment is still cosy and comfortable.

Do try their Mushroom and Spanish Omelette. Also they have decious pizza just loved it. Compatibility less prices than their competitors. Rs 450 for Omelette is quite ok. Place is really cozy they also allow smoking at few tables.

I love their fettuccine pasta most it's love ❤️ the ambiance is good upstairs but the bad thing is they have smoking area there too which I don't like... Rest is fine.

The staff were friendly and nice but the serving service was very poor... It took them an hour to get half the order correct on a Sunday when there was little rush... They forgot 2 items which we ordered and just served 3 items... The content of one items were not correct and we had to get it updated but to no avail... Title: Disappointing Experience at New York Coffee Karachi I recently visited New York Coffee in Karachi with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant coffee break with my wife. However, I regret to say that the experience turned out to be quite disappointing and not worth the price we paid. We ordered a cappuccino and a berry blast for my wife, along with a side of mozzarella cheese sticks. The anticipation was high, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of our expectations. The mozzarella cheese sticks were particularly disappointing. Their taste and texture left a lot to be desired, and they lacked the cheesy goodness one would expect. The disappointment only grew as we tried the other items. The cappuccino lacked the rich and aromatic flavor I associate with this classic coffee beverage. The berry blast, which should have been a refreshing and vibrant drink, felt lackluster and failed to impress. It was evident that the quality and taste of the items did not match the price tag. Overall, our experience at New York Coffee was far from satisfactory. The lack of quality in the dishes we ordered was disappointing, and the taste did not live up to the expectations that such an establishment should uphold. I believe that the management should seriously consider reevaluating the quality of their offerings, as the current state does not justify the cost. The food is good and prices are reasonable too. They were short on staff though so the service was okayish. Upstairs is a better setting - more privacy. You can smoke there too. The windows are decorated with plants and give you pleasant feels. Though it's a cafe, we couldn't try their coffee. All said worth more than one visit.

We arrived early in the morning for breakfast, our service was a little slow, the food served was on the cold side, most of what we ordered was average taste and serving size, the farmhouse crepe was the best. The staff was courteous and helpful. The ambiance was nice until they're was a crowd.

Food was okay we ordered aftari deal. I ordered creamy terragon chicken its sauce was too pepery and hot with more of a runny texture than smooth cdeamy one. Mashed potatoes were also nothing great. Dessert was also missing chocolate sauce. Wont go there again.

We ordered Combo Fajita Platter, Chicken Jalapeno, Ferrero Rocher Pancake, Mixed Berries Delight Pancake, Chocolate Delight Crepe, Berry Blast & Cafe Latte. The main courses & beverages were okayish although food quantity was good, but the desserts were hands down the winners especially Ferrero Rocher Pancake, the desserts' presentation was also spot on, definitely visiting again for the desserts if nothing else.

The food was fresh and yummy. I ordered fish and chips, carnivore pizza and chocolate delight pancakes. I always enjoy visiting nyc coffee but I'd minus one star because the place is packed and they have allowed people to smoke. This makes it very uncomfortable for other who don't smoke. Put a non smoking sign or install a proper exhaust system so others won't feel uncomfortable.

I have been to Sindhi muslim branch and never thought to give a try at ocean mall branch because its in the middle of ground floor with a lot of people walking around you. You can have breakfast and coffee, though I didn't like the coffee much as compare to the other coffee shops in Karachi.

It was average and don't order their black burgers, it doesn't feel good eating them. And they should also not allow smoking its too close and gets difficult to breath there.

Tasteless food and quantity is certainly not enough to feed an adult.

Too expensive

Visited NYC SMCHS Karachi n 17th September 2020. Although this is nice place to spend time with friends. But on said date at 3pm. Wash room was dirty and bill they charged with 10% discount due to Meezan master titanium, although shown him that bank offers on 15% but waiter refused.

Due to the rush at dine in , I ordered chicken wings and got chicken fingers instead. Service not that good. When we are ordering the waitress was interested somewhere else and not listening to us. Food was good.

Over all, a good place. The food was yum. Tried the pasta and it was great.

So i ordered the Tarragon Chicken... Slightly cold and the Mashed Potatoes were not Mashed properly .. so i asked them to kindly look in to it which they DID for far far greater results ! So i am very much happy. The other dishes were great too though the Quesadilla can easily be improved.

NY coffee can't compete with Gloria Jeans molten lava cake. So Far GJ molten lava cake is best in KHI.

Though the food was of good quality and taste was also good. The service is quite poor not to the mark. However one of the client took my criticism well and was extremely polite and quick to act so giving an extra star on that. Otherwise rest deserves 3 stars only.

Lava cake was great although the cake itself was a little cold for my liking. Beef mushroom burger was very different from your traditional beef burger the patty was softer than usual but still a great in taste.

It was a good experience with their small seating outside. Not good for conversations as such because of the constant traffic on the road next to it during rush hours. I was there during morning so it was relatively peaceful. The staff is helpful. Food is good as in it is well made. While ordering breakfast you should request them not to brown the bread with oil as it makes it crispy brown but a bit heavy with slight oil.

Went there for breakfast and utilised bogo voucher. Their service was good interms of staff and response time however I didn't like their breakfast much. They were courteous enough to change my breakfast immediately when I shared my experience about taste and quality. This was the best response to statiffy customer. On this note, I want to give them extra star specially her staff Fatima who was star performer in terms of handling customers.

Amazing experience. We had cappuccino with caramel flavor and chicken sizzling fajita. Fajita was served with salsa, sour cream and sidelines. Mashed potatoes were creamy and sour cream had the exact amount of sourness we would've liked. Server was really helpful. Even reheated the coffee when we asked them to. Also, we availed bogo and vouch360 vouchers. Total was around PKR 2200.

The restroom in the cafe is pathetic, the service has gone slow-er. The staff is just okay. Response time is bad. The coffee is average. Internet doesn't seem to work in the cafe properly most of the time. Just an average place, given how it is overall, I'd say the coffee is overpriced based on the basic stuff they cant provide. Coffee itself taste and flavor wise, is just about okay-ish.

Overall, a good experience at NYC, SMCHS. The staff is much respectful and helping. Customer service is up to the standards. Prices are also nominal. Ambient is good. We ordered molten rock chocolate and cappuccino with hazelnut flavor. The molten rock chocolate was absolutely phenomenal and tasty. I loved the dessert very much. However, the cappuccino disappointed me. There was no hazelnut taste instead of the added flavor. As you can see the condition and presentation of the cappuccino from the photo, it was also almost tasteless.

I love this place because of its deserts. Do visit them if you're craving for some amazing sweet treat with either coffee or some other beverages.

Went to New York Coffee on last weekend and tried Moroccan chicken steak which was cold and was not fresh, we also tried their Alfredo pasta which was good and fresh. I hope you guys offer fresh food to your customers instead of this type of food. Although service was good and environment was nice.
