No lifts, staircase leading to above floor is not properly designed and it's painful while climbing up. People with knee problems shouldn't go to there to attend functions.

I Stayed for 5 nights and a very good experience overall with nice ambiance and courteous staff. Room was clean and perfectly made every day. In terms of food, I had breakfast at guest house which was good with a lot of options available

I attended a dinner on second floor. There was no lift. Space was good for a gathering of 100 to 120. ACs were installed but either all were switched on our maybe during dinner they switched off some of them because it was hot later on. Food was very good in taste.

We have visited sapphire guest house to attend a nikah ceremony. Guest house it self at the main location of sharah e Faisal. Outside parking is bit conjested but have valet option so don't worry about your vehicles. Inside they have 03 ball rooms of different capacity. You may use for ceremonies, party or conferences Staff is bit courteous. Overall it was good experience but still check for the ACs specially when booking in summers

Overall the Guest house is very big and full of facilities. They have multiple stories rooms, banquet and a green area for outdoor activities. Overall good for events or parties. Only concentrating point the location which remains full with parking and without valet service no survival.

It is just like many other guest houses in the vicinity. Nothing extra ordinary. Wash rooms were over sized. These big wash rooms not required. It probably did not have its own parking. I had to park on the road while visiting.

Average place. I went there to attend an event in its banquet. Extremely tiny. Okay for small event of 30 to 40 people. Food was below average though.

It's just entrance is beautiful otherwise pathetic rooms, pathetic room service. No body at reception listen to you. If they listen then they don't take action in time. Even a cup of tea is served after 1& half hour that too after so many reminders.

Poor service and misbehaving staff .We arranged a small function in the guest house and give them more then half payment. When we asked them to turn on the Ac so they are misbehaving with us and blackmailing our guests and family that we will not allow you to get food and we will insult you in front of everyone

its a guest house, which has rooms for guest and has a hall as well, where wedding and any other ocasion can be celebrate, which have capacity to accomodate 400 people, place is good, secure from inside, in a gali, not from outside as far as street crime is concern, moreover, maintenance wise its not maintain as it shud be, its seems like it was a long time back, when they have renovated it ...however, in these days of covid lock down....its good to have private gatherings in this secure place

The place is nice with a good atmosphere..well I attended someone's dholki (wedding event) it was actually a mid night event and the staff shut down the lights and shut off the music told us not to make noice because the banquet is in commerical area. Actually it was there's fault to arrange dholki there because sapphire is the guest house I wish people understand this

The sapphire guest is located just besides the business street of karachi (shahrah e Faisal) . The place is okay for an event catering guest around 50 any guest above 50 will be cramped and people will bump into each other. There is no wheelchair accessibility and they have recently started taking bookings for as wedding venues but there cost is really high like for ground floor which can only cater 20 people in one room and 20 in second room is charged 1.2 lacs and for first floor its 1.5 which can hardly cater 80 people is charged 1.5 lacs and for 2nd floor it can cater 100 people and charged 1.8 lacs without food. The Air conditioning are not working the way they should be and the owner is highly inexperienced fellow who doesn't care about the guest relations but only care about making money.

Attended a wedding in their meeting hall recently. The place was large enough to seat 100 people easily. Their stage decor was smart, the interior over all was sober and formal. My concern however were the pillars that were in the center of hall and blocked the view of any wall completely, assuming that hall is a meeting hall and a presentation has to be made, no wall can be used as a screen that will give 100 percent visibility. The inn is easily accessible, there's plenty of parking space in the evening, although that may be an issue during the day time as the entire area is crowded with office goer's.

Excellent accommodation for families. Good service and good security for the guests.
