Hospital is clean but staff behavior is not good except the receptionist.. they're like fed up from thier jobs, everything else was good, they have water dispenser install, ac waiting rooms, comfortable chairs...dr iram saleem was so good, my wife is fully satisfied with her..bike parking is easily available,but hassle for cars..

Worst service ever.. They dont know the value of life. Health is just a money making approach to them. My nephew is ill and he is waiting for the doctor from past 3 hours. The staff is least bothered to even attend a child. Is this healing? Is this caring? Such doctor and hospitals are the reason for detoriating health condition of the community. 20th September, 2019: the doctor was not available.. Her attitude was so rude and degrading. While we were consulting with the doctor, the guard rudely interrupted, demanding that only one attendant was allowed in the room. Despite my pleas to give us a few more minutes to listen to the doctor's prescription, the guard remained adamant and unyielding. This policy of allowing only one attendant is inconsiderate, especially in emergency situations where parents may need to be present to support each other and comprehend the doctor's instructions effectively. The lack of flexibility and understanding on the part of the guard only added to the stress and anxiety we were already experiencing. I strongly believe that a hospital's policies should be designed with the well-being of patients and their families in mind. The current policy and the behavior of the guard did not align with this principle and left a negative impact on our overall experience. Aga Khan Garden Hospital should seriously reconsider their policy regarding attendants in the emergency room and ensure that their staff is trained to handle sensitive situations with empathy and respect. The focus should be on providing the best possible care and support to patients and their families, rather than enforcing rigid and impractical rules. In conclusion, the guard's behavior and the restrictive policy at Aga Khan Garden Hospital's emergency room were disappointing. I hope that the hospital administration takes this feedback into account and implements changes that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and their families in such critical situations.

Pathetic behaviour of the staff. They charged 35k for keeping my child under observation for a couple of hours. My son was vomiting and was probably dehydrated. I agreed and admitted my son. My kid is only 2 years old and my wife alone couldn't handle everything so asked me to stay until she settles down. My son had a drip in his hand and my wife couldn't move much because of the drip. I was unpacking the stuff for my kid and the guard came in and asked me to leave. I told him i'm helping my wife settle and then i'll leave but the guard insisted that i should leave right away. His behavior was so illiterate and rude as if he owns the hospital and have the authority to throw me out. The way he was talking was quite offensive for me so i did what i had to. I went out called the cops went inside and took the guard out. Took him to the police station, tipped the police and they taught him the lesson he deserved. Coming back to the point, it was a pathetic experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this hospital, because the first face you'll see inside would be his and you will then regret your decision or you'll do what i did.

If you can’t manage to open a new building set up than donot open it until is completely functional New wing of Aga Khan Diagnostic Garden is pathetic. Building work is still not finished and it’s open for patients. Wait time is so long that people are fainting there due to no proper air conditioning Have some courtesy, people are coming there under stress and the treatment is seriously pathetic and below hospital’s reputation Management should seriously look into this matter personally and be ashamed of themselves of this poor services. It’s not just about completing your deadlines. PS. You are not delivering what your vision is about Very Disappointed

I recently had delivery of my wife from aghakhan we paid for private n got semi private after long argument bill is been adjusted. In package Child test is been shown done but later when tried to obtain report no proper guidance from laboratory where to receive it some we paid again and some test we redo. 2 days after we went to emergency for er treatment After taking brief consultation with doctor in er we were not satisfied we didn't admitted the child and wanted to leave hospital where security guards terorise me n my wife and asked to wait for co ordinator asghar the prime minister asghar came after 25 minutes and billed us 13500 rs we said what is this price for we haven't admitted the child we only did consultation AS I TRIED TO TO MAKE VIDEO OF BILL MR ASGHAR CORDINATOR ORDERED GUARD TO SNATCH MOBILE THEY PUT HANDS IN MY POCKET AFTER CREATING LONG SCENE HE RECHECKED THE BILL SCRUTINIZE IT AND FOUND ALL CHARGES ARE FAKE NOT RIGHT. HONESTLY IF YOU SEE VIDEO CAMERA INSTALLED IN EMERGENCY AT ER YOU CAN SEE GUARDS TRYING TO REACH MY POCKET. THEY ALSO USE THIS TERM THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE CAMERA HERE. I SAID ARE DOING ANY CRIME OR CHEATING PEOPLE THAT YOU AFRAID OF CAMERA. CORDINATOR SAID THIS PAKISTAN. TIMING OF VIDEO YOU CAN BETWEEN 18 date 1130PM TO 12AM 19 date IN NIGHT. This hospital is complete disaster. No proper customer service and uneducated iu nexperience doctors on other hand billinng error are at rise with excess charges customer haven't avail. And security guard are threats to customer as you cannot make mobile video while paying the bill . they snatch your phone if you try to make video.

I live in g e johar, and i have many hospitals nearby , even the main agha khan hospital is very much near, but my wife have a blind trust in agha khan garden specially when ot comes to children. We always bring our children here whenever they got ill and needs hospitalization. They took good care of children and we are very much satisfied, however exceptions are every where..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Shah Dev at Aga Khan Diagnostic for Garden. His poor attitude and behavior were evident as he failed to engage in an open discussion about my child's gastro issues. The lack of detailed explanations, unsatisfactory responses, and advising the nurse to take the patient to emergency without follow-ups left me frustrated. Moreover, the prescribed medicines seemed questionable, and there was no effort to conduct necessary tests for identifying the source of the problem. Overall, a disheartening encounter that fell short of basic etiquettes and professional conduct.

Very very bad staff. Service disaster. I have a 2 year old boy vomating seriously and their treatment start after 1 hour. God bless my son.

The doctor of this hospital is a killer. My baby's nose was closed due to cough. Doctors did so bad. I had to keep my daughter in the NICU for three days.

Please beware of this place, it is a money minting place for these people in institutionalized organized manner. Starting from the Nurse (specially gynae case), to the female doctors ( again gynea case), billing staff, Other Doctor (specially Children doctors) are Money agents here. I would like to quote name of a third class dr. By the name of Shah (not so Shah) Dev children doctor, whatever he was trying to get us into with our 18 months old son luring us into admission trap may Allah's curse fall on him and on those who have taught them to Loot and misguide in this organized manner. We showed to another place more suljha hua and our son got well in few hours. My deepest condemnation and bad dua to this place and all the money minter agents here. Aameen !! PS Beware of choosing your doctor specially for your kids and your family, it is Qasayi era everywhere with long term deep disturbing effects on your health if you rely on Qasayi's.

Service Good but rates are high

It is mentioned 30 ML on Pharmacy Receipt of Ondansetron hcl (Onset) Syrup but it hardly contain 15 ML and that is second time I'm buying the Syrup. The bottle must last for 4 days with 7.5 ML Dose / Day, but it lasts for 2 days only.

I understand if visitors are not aware of keeping the hospital clean, but the staff should be instructed in proper sanity procedures. I saw a visitor spitting in the trash can next to the water dispenser, who I requested not to do it, a few mins later one of the staff came around and gargled in trash.

The staff cooperation was remarkable moreover the facility is well maintained with all the basic facilities for patients and families. Every corner was clean, and the standard of the entire process from start to end was very well organised and maintained, whereas the restroom for male attendants was outside the facility in the parking lot without proper toiletries and the condition needs attention of the management for maintenance inorder to meet the set standards of Aga Khan University Hospital

Got an appointment for 4:00 pm for the doctor but the doctor still hasn't arrived to the clinic when their when their visiting hours are from 3:30 - 4:30.

Worst hospital ever especially for children. My daughter was born at this hospital. She had a cyst in abdomen which doctors knew since my pregnancy. After birth she had 3 episodes of vomiting. Instead of referring to tertiary care hospital for cyst removal, they started antiemetics and continued her treatment for four days due to which her condition got worse. All the doctors there are non serious. I had a very bad experience there. Dont ever take your child there or trust those doctors they only want to do experiments on children.

There beds and staff are usually free at emergency but they will do dramay that we don't have any bed available They are just treating accidental and heart attacks I just want to say they should build a separate emergency for other patients who need immediate attention Specially kids
