Good value classes (ended up being private) but Language barrier an issue, website is only in Japanese and teachers couldn’t speak English so it made it a little bit tricky to work out what you needed to do. Pots are finished and glazed for you within two months.

Had fun at our first pottery class. Difficult to communicate due to language barriers. I also found the website very hard to navigate.

My wife and I visited the Pottery Museum after researching things to do in Osaka.We were really excited to come and paint pottery and selected the Tea Cups. There wasn't a lot of English Language support but that was okay as the staff was very friendly and more than willing to act out the necessary charades to get through the process. We received our Tea Cups in the mail last night so I thought I would update my review. They were packaged perfectly and arrived without any damage. I would highly recommend the experience if you have a chance.

Took a taxi out to the Pottery Museum to take a pottery class, such a cool experience. Teenagers loved it. Would definitely recommend as a very unique experience in Osaka. Call ahead to book your spot.

Went on a Monday to visit the. Museum. It wasn't open :( The banner outside said it was shut on Fridays. Two other people were also trying to visit and they said the intercom reply from the shop was that the place was closed. In re-checking the website, it might well be that a revised schedule is now in place, closing on Mondays, Fridays and National Holidays, but that's not so easy to figure out. Also note many of the other attractions on this island have limited hours, closed or have became derelict.

We made such a long way to come here... Only to find out it is closed on Friday!! I wish it was written on your Google page with opening hours. I was so looking forward for this visit and my disappointment was so big.
