The maids are super nice and friendly, and the ambience is very good. A lot of the girls speak English so it is recommended for tourists!

It's so cute here! We came as German tourist with no skills in Japanese and where very welcomed. The maids are very helping and compliment a lot and also the other guests where fun. Great experience!

First maid cafe, although I was uncomfortable the whole time and probably will not try the maid cafe experience again lol, it was a interesting experience to check of the list haha. But don’t expect high quality food or goods to be honest, just remember you’re mainly there for the idea rather the food or souvenirs.

Very cute maid cafe. It was the first I’d been to, so I didn’t know what to expect. •The cafe is located on the third floor and you have to take an elevator. •The menu is streamlined in that you scan a QR and the whole menu comes up. •I will note that you will not be having many conversations if you can’t speak any Japanese, however, the experience was still very cute nonetheless. •Most people come to cafes like this for the novelty, so don’t expect 4+* food. •All the maids here are very cute

Amazing experience with sweet ladies and good vibes. We may have had to use a translator a few times (since we speak English) but they were so sweet about it and helpful! The dessert is delicious overall and very cute! A little pricey but worth it for all the things that come in a set! We got the dessert set, which included one dessert, one drink, one picture, and the choice of a gift (a folder or animal headband). Would love to come back one day!

Maids are very bubbly and cute. Klook set comes with free performance and polariod with maid. Only negative is the meats are all overcooked (゚∀゚)

The girls were supernice even though we couldn't speak the language, they cheered and tried to chat with us, the food was tasty and I had a great time. I definitely enjoyed my first time at a maid cafe. Thank you!

The girls are very nice and lovey. If you have elementary school kids they also give you free ice cream . Thank you to our maid Miyu and Izumi.

Visited with some expectations, largely influenced by Google reviews. However, our experience fell short of the hype, very expensive . Food was okay but overall disappointed.

The girls were very Nice! Needed to use Google translate for some things in accordance to rules and such, but they were very patient in helping us understand the chants and with the menu. I would definitely recommend coming here! We booked ours in advance but also take walk-ins!! You can also tip the maids and have shows and photos done for you. I would come again if I had the chance!

We went on a Monday afternoon and had no problems getting a seat. There are english menus available and the maids tried their best to communicate with us. The Desserts were very cute and also quite tasty. Sadly there were no shows at the time. Nonetheless a fun little experience.

Very cute maid cafe. Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious (and also adorable)!! English is a bit limited but they have translation apps to help assist.

Who doesn't like maids? Cute idea. Fun performances. Colorful establishment. You pay for time (starts at 1 hour). You order from the website via QR code. Some of the food has cute designs. I guess it's a one-time visit just for the experience.

Very female-friendly! A lot of maid cafes target men (force you to buy expensive drinks) but maidreamin doesn't. It's also a big chain, so it's all over Japan. The staff is very friendly and cute. The only downside is there is no dessert on their night menu.

It was very fun to experience the concept of a maid cafe. The maids were engaging and you could see that they were really enthusiastic about their work. People sometimes misunderstand what a maid cafe is, but to me, it is no different from other themed cafes. If you are curious about a maid cafe, would strongly recommend you to give it a try. You will be able to see their passion for the job and will likely be pleasantly surprised.

The magic happens when you're here for a live performance or order one yourself. But even if you're not around for that you'll have plenty of fun doing cute stuff and making your drinks more tasty.

Lucky to have seen three performances, served by the cute Megu and got a picture with the beautiful Kaori. Doki doki!

Went with my family (it was my wife’s suggestion, of all people), and was totally prepared to be weirded out by some creepy clientele. That said, there was a variety of people there and it was a fun and expensive experience. We got 4 dessert sets, which was an hour at the place, 4 EXTREMELY delicious parfaits, and 4 pictures with the maids (who were all dressed in Santa-themed outfits because it was Christmas Eve…yes, I know, my wife wanted to go there on the 24th with me and our two young daughters). It was about $110 (¥12,000) for one hour, but some random guy paid the maids to “treat the foreigners” to a dance performance, so we managed to eek out 90 minutes there on a strange technicality.

2019.10 cute theme coffee shop, a bit loud during the show. Don't expect too much on the food. Good coffee anyway. The nice part is to take picture with one of the maid if u buy the right package.

👍👍 Go to the basement floor which has all kinds of food stalls and specialty stores. Go there an hour before closing and most of the packaged food items will be discounted like 30% or Y300 off. It’s great deal for budget travel. They also have very good yogurt drinks and other bakery items.

👍👍 An amazing dinning experience available in different locations throughout Japan, but we enjoyed ours most in Osaka. Quick and tasty, but take your time enjoying the savory cuts you get to cook to your own delight at your table. Very friendly and efficient staff. Some waiting likely during dinning...
