スマートニュースで、食べ歩きされてる方の記事見て興味が湧き初めて来店。11時30分開店。早めに駐車場スペースには、到着し、しばし待機。繁盛店は、この位から何台も車あるけど、開店になっても他の子人来ないなぁっと思ってたら、開店少したつと、次々と車が!
早め来て良かったと感じる。
店は、古民家移築したようで少し暗めな店内ですが趣のある雰囲気。他のお客さんは、カップルや女性達、老夫婦と野郎二人は、我らひと組のみ。
居酒屋が支流らしく、お昼は、ランチメニューのみ。掲載されたパスタや一品料理は、夜メニューらしく、ちょっと残念。
ランチメニューは、4種類。カルビース-プ定食だったかなぁ?に鳥塩麹焼、バター生姜焼き、そしてステーキ定食!
これも興味が湧いたのですが値段見て、今回は、断念。4000円クラス。一見のお店で注文するには、だいぶ勇気がいりそう。
ドリンク付きのメニューにしてもらい1400円位の、塩麹焼き肉とバター生姜焼きを注文。
先にご飯と油揚げの入った味噌汁。お新香とほうれん草のナムル、ポテトサラダの小分けしたとお皿が配膳され、それからメイン到着。自分は、生姜焼き頼み、肉の大きさと、良さそうな断面の豚肉にちょっと感動!
旧友の塩麹焼き鳥肉も良い塩加減と味付けに満足。腹八分目位には、丁度良い量でしたよ!
味付けは、申し分ないです。
お店は、大変なんでしょうが、サイドメニューもあるとお腹いっぱいに成るのと、楽しみが増えそうです。食後のホットコーヒ-に角砂糖入れて飲んだのですか、まぁ~これも旨いん!
居酒屋さんなので夜がメインみたいなので、時間があった夜のメニューも食して見たいですねぇ
