Very pleasant atmosphere. The FOOD is DELICIOUS. OUR WAITER PATRICK WAS AWESOME HE ALSO KILLED A WASP FOR ME BECAUSE I WANTED TO SIT OUTSIDE. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND MADE US FEEL WELCOMED WE DEFINITELY WILL RETURN seafood bites lasagna and cheesy garlic bread

Man this place was great. I orders the Spicy Cajun Trio and it was delicious. I also ordered the garlic cheesy bread so, no that’s not a pizza it the garlic bread. The portion size was large and filling. The staff was excellent and very helpful and attentive. There iare about 9 tables that seat about 4 people per and a couple tables that accommodate a larger party.

Small place with a comfy atmosphere. Had the Cajun Trio Pasta and it was delicious comfort food. Would recommend and will be back if given the chance.

Found this little place on my NOLA trip and by the looks of the place I didn’t have high hopes! However man was I wrong House salad was very nice The pasta was fire The pizza was so damn good! Portions, well you won’t leave hungry and you have plenty to take home for a weeks worth of left overs. Glad we found this spot!

Before an hour drive home we stopped at this quaint restaurant. We like to try new places and Olive Branch Cafe was our choice today. We enjoyed a "home" like atmosphere, with people saying HIi to each other and the servers recognizing repeat customers and greeting them like old friends! Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. We had the Savory Cannolis as our appetizer, to try something new. It was delicious!! Served with pasta salad and marinara dipping sauce! I could have easily made this a meal for myself. For our entrees we had Wow Luau pizza and Meat Feast Calzone. Both were scrumptious!! Both had plenty of toppings, great flavor and perfect dough!! For dessert we shared Mini Canolis, so decadent! Prices were reasonable!

On carnivore diet and had to request meat only plates. They were very kind and let me order some meats a la carte. Everything was great, I will be back after my 30 days of carnivore is up!

The Shrimp Carnival is one of the most memorable meals of my life of 59 years. It has been 2 years since I was there, and I'm still thinking about it. Highly recommend! Can't wait till I can return and enjoy it again. Good thing I don't live in NOLA. I would gain 100 lbs filling up on that pasta every day!

Me and my husband stopped here after our Good Friday service at church and it was incredible!! He got the chef Mike calzone and I got the barbecue chicken calzone- both were cooked perfectly. The staff were all attentive to customers entering and exiting, the waitress was attentive, the food came quickly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We would highly recommend!

We stopped in for lunch, got the shrimp and corn bisque, citrus salad, citrus chicken wrap, and Mediterranean sandwich. Everything was delicious, and quick service. We were first in the door, but within 30 minutes there were almost no seats left empty.

I was excited to try this restaurant because they had some unusual pasta dishes. My boyfriend and I ordered the Pasta Jambalaya, the grilled Redfish Medley, and a spinach cannoli for carry out. When we got home, we saw that the instructions to replace the pork with chicken for the pasta jambalaya were not followed. To olive branch’s credit, they dealt with the issue swiftly and offered to remake it or refund us. Overall, the food was good but felt overpriced. The restaurant has a casual vibe and atmosphere but with prices like a more upscale white tablecloth establishment. The juxtaposition is a bit jarring and makes the food seem rather underwhelming for the price.

Tonight was the first time ever eating from this establishment and I must say that the Veggie pizza was dynamite!!! The pizza was made with fresh ingredients and was delivered piping hot!! I have a new pizza spot!! Absolutely delicious!!!

Hidden treasure!!! My mother-in-law offered me a slice of pizza she had from there the night before. I was very amazed so, I went there for myself. I had the hummus, shrimp and corn bisque, and a piece of bread pudding. I was beyond happy, everything was great. Definitely my go to spot and I guarantee it would be yours.

It was the first time to return since 2020 (covid outbreak). We weren't disappointed. The pasta dishes were plentiful as was the large Greek salad (which we shared). Mainly the food was fresh and delicious. Didn't realize we had "points" from previous expenditures that gave us a $20 discount off our bill. The food along with our BYO bottle of wine from Spain made for a great local night out

I will never eat here again. Two years ago the Shrimp Carnival was fantastic. Now it's a joke. A few tiny slivers of sausage, hardly any green peppers and the shrimps are smaller. And it just doesn't taste right. A complete waste of money. I will never eat here again.

I checked this place out since it was close to my new job. General DeGualle location. Ordered the muffaletta calzone. An excellent idea by whoever is in charge of the menu. Much more a calzone than a muffaletta, but it definitely works. Staff was organized and friendly. I'll for sure be calling in another order for take-out.

My mother and use to love OBC, but in the last year things/quality has changed. The cheesecake is grainy, there were missing ingredients/sauce in my calzone and the last pizza I ordered had no flavor. We will no longer be ordering.

This 1/2 chicken pesto and 1/2 combination pizza was too good. Cooked to perfection. More than better than expected...

Our local owned pizza place of choice. They are really nice and the good is good. They have gluten free options which is good given that my husband has celiac disease.

Cute lil place with a screened porch and ample parking. My party of three greeted by staff as we entered. Our waiter was fantastic. Nice young man who new his job well and had that special something in the treatment of his guest. Very friendly and casual but not intrusive. The manicotti with seafood sauce was fantastic as was the pizza. The salad was fresh . The cheese used in preparation of everything was of good quality. Very reasonably priced.

Delicious food EVERY time I purchase from them. You can't be disappointed with all the variety of food. They have a great point system as well to earn discounts and free food. Algiers' best kept secret.

I love the shrimp carnival. I ordered it a few weeks back and somehow it got mixed up and it was so hot (spicey) I couldn't eat it. I came back this day to get my replacement shrimp carnival, and they gave me my whole order for free. They are always friendly and this made me Love them even more.

Delicious food, great service, large portions and well priced. We always stop at the General Degaulle location and today was no different. Visiting family members wanted to sit down and eat after some sight seeing earlier but was having a hard time finding a place in town open for dining in. OBC was on the way home so I called and they said they could accommodate us. Dining in was great as it had been a while but we also appreciated the efforts they put in to maintain social distancing protocols and wear masks. Thanks OBC.

This is worth the trip if you are on the Westbank (local lingo for Texas side of the Mississippi River). I cannot vouch for the pizza because I never tried it, but the "Signature Saute Pasta" dishes are outstanding. I have only ordered "take out" a couple of times so can't review dine in service. Consequently I don't offer photos as take out containers would mislead.

Recently moved to Algiers and we've been trying new places around us. So glad we came across this restaurant. We were missing mid city pizza, and were looking for good pizza places, olive branch did not disappoint. We've started trying other menu items and everything has been really good!!

Homemade and fresh/hot to order. Laid back atmosphere and quality food. Tastes amazing! The blackened catfish pasta and homemade mozzarella sticks were SO good!!!!!

Olive Branch Cafe offers dine-in: a pleasant comfort in a world of take-out. There are probably half the tables from previously - it made the dining area actually feel more comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful and the food? Delicious. If you haven't tried them, I HIGHLY recommend the Pesto Bites for your appetizer. Everything is good on the menu: try something you haven't tried before - you won't be disappointed.
