On Friday I went in for lunch and ordered a rack of ribs. The server was polite & my food was hot and quick. Mac n cheese was great. The manger stopped by to check in several times. Would definitely go back.

The service was amazing. Terri and a new manager were going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a remarkable experience. We had the crowd pleaser to start, I had the Mac and cheese with smoked sausage and pulled pork and it was of the most wonderful creations I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. My husband had the smoked wings and tried a few of their sauces, mango habanero was by far the best. Great job!!! We will be back 10/10 recommend

Wife and I normally come here every Saturday for lunch. Most of the time it is not crowded, all tvs are on sports so we sit at the bar. Bartender is one of the best in Louisville and always friendly and attentive. Food is great for the price and good quantity.

There was a 30 minute wait so we sat at the bar and Victoria took excellent care of us and made good recommendations. Everything we had was fresh, hot, and delicious! Will definitely visit again next time we are in town!

Went here as a group of about 14 for a Holiday lunch. Great service and atmosphere. A wonder server. I arrived late so needed to order something that wouldn't be served after everyone else had finished so I had their Boneless Buffalo wings. Crisp, fresh, and delicious.

Eat three times, Every time the food item was substandard and over priced. The Lady who served us a couple of times we were there, was very sweet and nice. The only reason we went there so many times even tho we did not like it is: we bought a 100 dollar gift card for $75 at costco and that was a temptation for a fool like me and then we regreted it and wanted to burn it. I would not recommend it, but hey its your money, also more crowds at bad places means less crowds at good places which keeps good places to keep their food prices down, which is a win for me.

Food is phenomenal! We ordered the Bone Fire for 3 people so we would have lunch for the next day too, but there is soo much food, a 2 people serving would have been plenty! Best date night choice we have ever made. Stephanie was our server and she made sure our experience was amazing! We definitely celebrated our anniversary with awesomeness at Smoky Bones!

I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, with a baked potato.(it was just alright) My brother in law, Lewis, makes a waaay better pulled pork/chicken sandwich! I also had a mixed drink. I think the bartender accidentally made my drink a virgin, because it tasted like straight juice. Overall; if I ever come back to Louiseville, (Smokey bones) I'll come back and try something else off the menu.

Will you just look at this. You can't tell me this don't look good and it taste just as good as it looks. Didn't have to wait in line and it didn't take long to get my food. The server Caitlin was very friendly and made sure I had everything I need. If I am up this way again I will be back. Good job Smokey Bones

First time trying this place and it was absolutely 🤩 🤩🤩. The food was cooked to perfection if that’s possible and our waiter was so good. We came in close to closing and he didn’t even try to rush us. Had almost the whole restaurant to ourselves (due to closing within an hour). The drink selection was even decent. Easy access to this restaurant which is a plus.

My food was cold and tasted like it was old and warmed up in the microwave. Meat was very dry, manager did replace but it came out the same. Used to really enjoy this spot, I won't be returning any time soon.

my daughter & I visited for the first time & we got a few appetizers and shared it all. Our server was attentive and phenomenal & super sweet. The manager Brittany came by and checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out hot & fast! We were able to get In and out before our family movie night. Def will be back. 10/10 recommend! Service and hospitality were great!

It was my first time coming to Smokey Bones and all I can say is the food and the atmosphere were great. I got a burger and wedges. The wedges are seasoned after cooking and the burger was cooked just the way I like it. The service was great and fast. If you stop in here to eat make sure you ask for Chris's section. He was a great server, very professional and such a nice person. I would recommend coming to eat there if you like burgers, BBQ or ribs , they even have steak.

Stopped in before a party. The hubs and I shared the filet medallions. They were fantastic! The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server, Brittany, was new but that didn’t seem to show. She took great care of us and got us out the door for our party. Would definitely return.

Had a great time experience yesterday evening at Smokey Bones. The food seemed an little expensive but the portions were huge and we were able to take some home to eat the next day. The ribs were amazing, fell off the bone. My MIL also LOVED the mushroom Swiss burger! Service was good; waitress Sarah was very sweet and helpful. Service wasn’t as attentive as we were hoping, especially with the slow evening. But the atmosphere was great! We loved the mason jar lights and sports games on the televisions. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a Smokey bones! Christa was an amazing server! She was very polite and helpful for our party of 6! She knowledgeable of the menu and was able to assist us with making a meal decision! The food was amazing and came out in a reasonable amount of time! I was very pleased with the service we received considering we are away from home!!

Waited 30 minutes and no one came to us to check our order. We had to get a waiter who then told us another waiter was serving us. We watched one other couple walk out. If you’re hungry and coming on a Friday be prepared to have a wait time. That being said, the waiter we got was amazing and made sure we got our food first and fast. We were really thankful for him. The wings were delicious and the food overall made us happy at the end.

It was ok not great, the Mexican street corn dish came out a complete disaster, inedible. Had the blt which was good not great. Tomatoes were fresh. Did let the waitress know she seemed as if she wasn’t surprised. They want to charge $4 for the corn, but I got away with paying .99🙃 Used to be a good place to eat. Probably not coming back.

Great ribs & shredded plates. I really like the Cole Slaw, yummy. We use curbside service for the convenience & typically it's fast upon arrival.

Not great. It was well over 10 minutes before we were acknowledged at the table and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. My wings came out early which usually is ok but they weren’t hot so I assume I got a canceled DoorDash. I was completely done with dinner in about 15 minutes when the waiter stopped back by and asked how everything was, I asked if they we’re going to bring her dinner out. 10 minutes later it came. It was a chicken sandwich which was amazing BTW, but we like to eat together. Unfortunately the sandwich came with broccoli and the baked potato was missing, he said you wanted a baked potato, we were like yes it’s the one you asked if we wanted butter & sour cream lol. I told him to just take it off as we didn’t want to wait anymore. The waiter was “Vincent” even though the receipt says Ross and we noticed a burger on the receipt instead of the chicken sandwich, along with a 5.00 comp for a miss ring that he never brought up. We never saw a manager or any kind of apology for the slightly warm wings, or the terrible timing, or the missing items. Vincent was pleasant with a good attitude and was funny, but our experience was not good at all. Disappointed.

Had a great experience. Had 10 people for a birthday dinner at 3pm on Sun., sat In the bar area. Was quiet enough we could all talk and hear. Server and food was very good. No complaints from anyone, which says a lot for this crew. In fact I got calls from some of the ones attending, on Monday saying how much they enjoyed it.

I usually don't rate places unless they're really great and it's not a pandemic (with all the staff and product shortages going on). But we went here last month for a family birthday and were really disappointed. Food was cold and overcooked. Service was sloth like. Restaurant was cold (inside set of Foyer doors were propped open, keeping the dining room full of cold air). The staff didn't seem interested in doing anything thoughtful to make our experience enjoyable. It was pretty much the exact opposite in almost every way from eating at a similar restaurant such as Texas Roadhouse. Except for the bill. Perhaps dining there on a Sunday night was the culprit. Perhaps operating with shortages has hit them unusually hard. They have a really good menu imo. I'm sure we will try them again someday when the world returns to normal. For one special birthday dinner, however, they underperformed.

The Bacon Cheeseburger was amazing. My server “BP” was really good, patient , and always met to my needs . she did a really great job, the service here is good!!

First-time customer, ordered online for curbside pickup. We had a craving for grilled salmon and were very satisfied! The person who helped me on the phone and brought out our order was super nice and helpful. Not sure if it was the same person but the name on my receipt said "Cassie." Our food was ready on time and tasted awesome. I liked how easy it was to order online, love that they also have a rewards loyalty program.

I ordered on Uber eats. The Mac-n-cheese was very good. The pork Sammy’s had no sauce. There was no slaw like I ordered. The meat had good flavor though. The $12 banana pudding was mush. No wafers no bananas just mush. Sorry to leave this here. I was pretty disappointed. $43 for 2 sandwiches that were not prepared correctly and some banana mush… that’s not right

We tried a little bit of everything. I wouldn't change any of it and all I do is review BBQ. The wings done "bones way" were thick, juicy, seasoned well with penetrated flavor. The ribs were juicy/smokey and sauced just right. The jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage was a real surprising flavor treat and had just the right amount of spice. I'd order this again by itself! Pulled pork visually had me convinced it would be dry but it was actually amazingly juicy, tender and flavored. It really caught me off guard. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious and I kept coming back to them for another bite. Lastly the baked beans had more BBQ flavor than the meats but that wasn't actually a bad thing at all. They bit back with a bold smokey bbq heft. Would definitely recommend them.

I love coming here. This is literally the only restaurant I’ve become a regular at. I love the bar staff. Brittany is always welcoming and quick with service. Victoria always knows exactly what my order is and great with conversation. Shelby is funny and friendly. Ross keeps it real and cracks everyone up. Love this place <3

We came in to grab dinner and we were blown away by the hospitality of our server. Brittany was very friendly and attentive. She did a great job! We shared the pick two with the pulled pork and pulled chicken. We also got the corn bread. Everything was delicious! I hope to be back for another great meal and sit in her section again soon!
