It's not bad really. The staff are all very friendly and the service is decent and fast. Food has always been on point (so far) and the ambiance is nice and cozy. We've frequented this SR several times now and have always had good experiences. Would definitely come again.

3/1/22 buy a birthday slice cake for my wife. But service so low.. 1st my wife ask can use the 50% offer discount at the cashier, they reply yes can. 2nd after she pick slice of cake. The cashier tell my wife to pay rm10+ for a slice. Since my wife bad with math. She donno that the price were been minus already or not. then she ask the cashier did they minus the 50% discount price. It said yes but it same price as 1 slice. Then she come to me and ask me what price should be. After i go inside and ask. The cashier just tell my wife should scan id and scan the offer ticket. The thing i mad because why the cashier not asking my wife to scan when she ask the offer can me redeem .. then when time to pay, my wife ask 2nd time the price has minus with offer or not.. instead cashier tell not but they said yes.. Lastly the cashier make face at me because i asking ..

Service a bit fast compared other branches I ever went. Food is good, price is normal. Staff also nice 👍👍

Poor taste of chicken cordon bleu that’s not visually appealing (over cooked). Outlet also misrepresented information whereby AMEX card is not accepted but a sticker that says otherwise is displayed on storefront.

The staff very kind and helpful, more cake can find there from other shop or bakery.

Yummy cakes! Cravings satisfied and experience elevated by the very kind staff. Patiently guided a senior citizen through their app setup. Very sweet and friendly to us and the kids. Thank you for being so nice!

The shop located at the busy area with very limited parking space. Toilet not really clean. The rest ok

The cakes were amazing (Decadent Tiramisu was my favorite). The macaroni and special fried rice were delicious. The dishes were served hot. The chicken pie wasn't good. A little pricey for Banting, but it should be perfect for any special occasion. Overall a good experience.

Ordered the seafood medley pasta and got kacang buncis instead of asparagus. I paid for asparagus and not kacang buncis?? The taste is bad too compared to other branches

Bought fruitilicious cake for my 5 years old nephew birthday. The cake taste good but not to my liking.
