Loved
living
here
and
thankful
for
the
property
allowing
me
to
return
to
my
hometown
after
being
gone
for
some
years.
However
if
asked
if
I
would
have
stayed
of
I
did
not
get
an
out
of
state
job
offer
the
answer
would
be
no.
Reasoning
being:
The
transfer
of
ownership
was
a
rough
transition,
to
echo
some
comments
here,
some
emails
and
calls
were
left
unanswered
for
several
weeks.
The
building
is
beautifully
built,
I
loved
my
studio
and
there
was
a
lot
of
storage
and
new
appliances.
Downside
is
being
the
building
is
on
440,
I
couldn’t
enjoy
the
pool
as
there
is
a
dump
some
miles
away.
When
the
wind
blows
in
a
certain
direction,
you
smell
it.
Optional
parking
is
available
at
an
extra
fee,
winter
time
the
lot
is
not
cleaned
as
well
as
I
have
experienced
in
other
apartments
I’ve
lived
in.
At
the
price
I
paid
for
parking
I
expected
more
there.
Also
the
parking
lot
is
open
to
non-residents.
I
have
seen
individuals
who
do
not
live
in
the
complex
walk
through
the
lot
and
I
have
seen
police
searching
the
lot
at
night
and
broken
glass
which
leads
me
to
believe
break-ins
may
have
occurred
with
no
word
from
management.
Jersey
City
has
undergone
many
changes,
for
those
moving
in
from
New
York
or
other
states,
yes
it’s
a
nice
building
however
it
is
in
the
middle
of
a
city,
be
vigilant.
My
favorite
things
were
proximity
to
RT
440
and
the
windows
that
blocked
almost
all
sound.
Least
favorite
occurred
toward
the
end
of
my
term.
I’m
sure
once
management
is
settled
and
security
is
raised
a
bit
experiences
would
improve.
