The staff especially, Cami, are exceptional in Liberty Harbor. She is so accommodating and her responses to issues and follow-ups are highly commendable. My fiancee and I are so grateful. Besides responding to issues, she is extremely nice and caring. At any given time, you can just message her, which makes us feel good. Thank you so much. So happy we live here.

Can share that Cami Weissberg, who assisted during the application process, tour on the building, apt, etc. was super responsive, guiding throughout the process and really worth highlighting. Edit: After living 1 year in this community, I can say it was a great time. I'm only moving for commuting reasons. Building has nice amenities and staff is great. You have the chance to know them by name (and vice-versa) because the building is not too big, and this makes a all the difference. During my move-out process Anitra was great at providing the necessary support and paperwork.

I've lived in many apartments over the years but this is by far the best one. It's super well managed and always kept clean. Unlike other apartments with paper thin walls, I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Between weekly food trucks, friendly front desk staff and monthly events, I love living in this building and being apart of the Liberty Harbor community.

Great place to stay. Beautiful building and surrounding area, with parks, walks, shops and a great community with several events for all tastes! I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Wade, Mike and Hazma are extremely helpful and always smiling, thank you!!! Nicholas and Jose also helped me a lot throughout the year. Shiomy keeps the place sparkling and always says hello with a smile. Thank you!! :)

I had a really great experience with Liberty Harbor. The office was friendly and easy to get in touch with when we needed to, and the apartment itself was wonderful! I want to make a special note of our move out process. Everything was seamless and efficient. Oscar specifically was extremely helpful in getting us the information we needed when we needed it. He went above and beyond and was kind, reliable, and very accommodating during a hectic time with many moving parts. I definitely recommend working with Oscar!

Liberty harbor and 50 regent in particular is the best. I never write reviews but my entire experience living there was amazing. Staff is always cleaning, doormen are so friendly and helpful, always felt safe. Such a great building and great neighborhood! And always so many community events.

Fantastic place to live for a family of 3. Wonderful front desk staff, quiet inside the apartment, close to the light rail, parks, and the Statue of Liberty. Great property management staff as well, and quick to resolve maintenance requests. You also get access to the 88 Regent (heated) pool and hot tub, which are divine!

Cami Weissberg helped us throughout the entire process to secure an apartment in 50 regent. Good places in Jersey City go so quickly so we knew we had to act fast. She was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our questions. Been living here now for 2 months and it was definitely a good decision.
