It’s $13.50 for a Turkey sub you could get at bodegas in Jersey City for $4.50. They even nickel and dime you for the cheese, which is an extra dollar. Why the insane prices? It’s not like the overhead costs much—the place is like a tiny room, 50 square feet that becomes ridiculously cramped. Don’t bother coming at the lunch rush, it’s unbearable. And the place is only open until like 3 in the afternoon. Go to Villa Deli down the road if you can.

I got a turkey apple wrap and replaced the turkey with chicken. It was quite good. I say that but really I haven't eaten it yet. I go here a lot and their food has only let me down once. Looking at the batting average, I would say they are hitting .995. I recommend getting a breakfast sandwich with their chipotle mayo. It makes everything taste better. I also really like the chai latte because it tastes like Christmas. You will understand when you taste it. I would say, if you are in the area and it's before 3pm, go by and get some food. Or don't. Honestly, you can do whatever you want. But if you want good food, go here.

I love their wraps BUT the service is really poor. I wanted a certain menu item and was told that they can’t make it because all of the ingredients were put away….this was an hour before they closed!! And they already close very early (2pm).

I cannot wait for another deli to open east of Marin so I don’t have to deal with these idiots. I’ve lived across the street from These guys for 6 years and between the stale bread, miscues on sandwiches coming with toppings that aren’t even in the description; to them not doing all day breakfast (they apparently forgot what a real NY deli is). This place is in business because of desperation; not the quality of their product.

Great sandwiches. It’s one of lunch favorites. My favorite is the roast beef and 2nd best is black forest ham sandwich.. can’t miss with a side of Mrs. Vickies jalapeño chips. I tend to stay away from the shredded lettuce because it gets the bread a little soggy. Romaine lettuce for the win.

when covid hit , we worked through it and supported them by buying food almost everyday , now they are busy and cant be bothered to make u a fkn salad before 1030

Been coming here for years, and it’s always a great experience. Their staff is super friendly, nice neighborhood vibes where they remember you. Food is super solid. I’ve had their breakfast wraps, lunch wraps/subs and everything is very tasty. Quick service as well.

I had to edit my 5-star review because now that they have gotten busier, the service is not that great, and it is simply because they hired new staff with nasty attitudes. When you go and return the food you did not ask for, it is a big issue, and one young lady makes it seem like it is your fault. The manager, I can assume he is , is just as worse. The only person who I rather deal with, and she is such a sweetheart, is Rosie. A note the Hudson Grill owner service is everything, and you must train your staff correctly and make sure their attitudes are kept in line.

You buy drinks from them and they won’t give you water. Terrible place don’t recommend

The food is great the reason for the 3 stars is the closing time, on here its 4pm but in real time its 3pm... Update: Food is kinda pricey, so I wouldn’t go on a regular basis just like a once in a while treat 15.00 for a sandwich isn’t cool

The ladies behind the register/counter are superstars. I always place an order for pickup and the ladies know me by now and I can't tell you how good it feels for your meal to be ready and have it handed to you with a smile. They are so wonderful. I come back to Hudson's Grill because of the counter staff. Outstanding work, ladies!

Stopped by for a quick lunch, inside was spotless and they made me a delicious custom wrap. Everyone was friendly and they have ample socially distanced outdoor seating. Pastries looked great too. They also cater, which would be nice for an easy picnic.

I tried to make an order online through their web site, system was not working that day, so I phoned in the order. When I got there I found the price was higher than what the web site menu said. The web site needs to be fixed. 1 star for the overcharging/deception.
