The Cheese Cake Factory at the mall is fantastic! I like that it's in the mall because you can burn off some calories while shopping 😂 We went there mainly for the cheesecakes and tried the Original Cheesecake, Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake, and Oreo Dream Extreme. The Original Cheesecake had a rich and creamy texture that was simply heavenly. The Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake and Oreo Dream Extreme were chocolate lovers' dreams, with decadent flavors that left us wanting more. All three cheesecakes were delicious and perfect if you're craving something sweet. The restaurant's atmosphere and ambience is lovely and relaxing, and it's conveniently close to the PATH Station.

Waited almost an hour for pasta and a burger. The staff does NOT wear a mask. Not even the server when they talk to you. Great job management! I will never come back. I would rather starve. Also, I got the burger 20 minutes after I got my cold fries. That’s why they are in a separate dish. Sorry. I added photos and updated review. This was December 2021 during height of omicron.

Excellent prices for such great portions. The ceiling decorations are so pretty. Beautiful restaurant within Newport Mall. You can come to eat to relax after a long day of shopping.

My first review! My go to here are the avocado egg rolls! Have them every time! This time we had the pepperoni flatbread and it didn’t disappoint! Also the regular cheese flatbread was great too! The cheese burger rolls were ok, this was the first time we tasted them. The staff was very cheerful and all decked out in the Christmas spirit! We didn’t go with dessert this time. Enjoy!

A very bizarre experience… The food surprisingly tasted good…the dry pasta complemented the flavors really well. The cheesecake was not as expected due to it’s pecan crust being so hard.. But the atmosphere there sucked as we spot a mouse across our next table…:/

This is one of our go to places. 5 mins walk from our house. Restaurant is located inside the newport mall. The ambience, the seating everything is just perfect. We have has different meals here, tough to pick a favorite. Skinny margarita and freshly squeezed orange juice I will recommend. Among cheesecakes, velvet cake is my favorite.

My favourite restaurant If you wonder why not 5 star ! First of all the parking fees of the mall !!! It does not make sense to pay even more … where many other malls has it free Also Favourite does not means perfect ! The service can change day for day even some times the food - but 90% of the time no issues , otherwise I would not come back I love the cheese cakes , and food Enjoy

We tried multiple items on the menu - Avocado egg rolls, veg pasta, pizza & the fresh strawberry cheesecake, but the only dish that was delicious was cheesecake. Rest everything was dry or not so fresh. Our server missed to get a few items we had ordered from Cocktails & when we reminded him the counter was closed. Overall it was not so impressive experience.

Quite a nice experience! Place was not crowded, even being a Saturday, and we were seated fast enough. The girl serving us was nice and patient, even we taking longer to order. The "little house salad" is not little at all! We had pasta and a steak, and both were delicious. As a plus, the music was so lovely!

Had an elaborate meal at The Cheesecake Factory a fortnight ago. Got there at 12:30 and was no waiting. Had Factory Nachos which were really good, Mac N Cheese which was too bland, Cauliflower Tacos which were really yummy and Avocado Thai Lettuce Wrap which was also quite good. For cheesecake, I went with Red Velvet Cheesecake which was super yummy and then Dulce De Leche which wasn't that good.

I was not really impressed. The Appetizer (texmex Rolls) was amazing. But the main course (Alfredo chicken & broccoli chicken Pasta) Just wasnt it! We didnt even ate the half of it, it was greasy and really not delicious. The best were the cheesecakes - BUT 1 CHEESECAKE IS TOO MUCH FOR ONE PERSON! You better share one with another Person.

I ordered the Unlimited Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake … seriously, it was incredible. That’s the real cheesecake, which it worth to travel for. Every time, I cross by, I have to stop for a chase cake at The Cheesecake Factory. PS: I’ll never ever go for any food there rather than the cheesecake. I’ve tried different options at different branches and never met any of my expectations. The only and the best thing you would ever have will be the cheesecake.

🤩The Flavor Factory in the heart of Jersey City. The place is welcoming and the flavor is world class. Very delicious in general but my top recommendation is this. Get Avocado egg roll as an appetizer and feed yourself with Shrimp and Chicken gumbo as a main dish. Avocado protects your gut and the combination of sweet spicy flavor from shrimp and the chicken will be fantastic flavor experience! Original cheese cake is $9 but it’s really worth! Overall, this restaurant is probably the best american restaurant in town.

The food is medicore. This is my first time eating here and i would never again. The appetizers and the main course was not what I expected nor the food.I had to send back my pasta and shrimp and get somehting else because of how bland it was. I got the shrimp platter instead which was decent. The food and drinks also took a little long.We had to request a fork and water because it was not given.My boyfriend made me try this because he said the one in Queens was better but i don't know.

Bread is amazing. Nice ambience. Restrooms are ok. Place is clean overall. Staff is ok. Food is pricey but some dishes are good esp their pastas.

Can't go wrong with this spot! There is typically a wait at this location so I'd recommend making a reservation in advance of getting here. Service is great, staff is great. Place is kept clean and family friendly - I'd recommend!

Prices are a bit pricey but food is good as well as portion sizes. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there for lunch and it wasn't busy. The decor has lots of wood so it celt warm and homey. Of course the best cheesecake 👌

Saturday evening. Had to wait 40 minutes but definitely worth it. Food was excellent and drinks were good. Only wish they had more booths.

I visited Cheesecake Factory last Tuesday and m experience was horrible be it food or service. I couldn’t believe a reputed restaurant like this would deliver such substandard service. 1. An unfriendly welcome- the lady at he front desk had a grumpy face and upon asking for 2 toddler chairs she made a real weird face and just kind of kept the chairs on the serving table and went away. 2. About 30 mins later Eric (as far as I can recall the name) came to get the order and 45 mins later the food was served. Each dish being served by different server. 3. No plates and cutlery were provided and no one was bothered to even check back if anything was required or not. 4. Out of 5 dishes 3 tasted real gross. One was Avocado Roll which was bitter and tasted putrefied, whereas the Korean fried cauliflower was completely uncooked. Also, the Fried Zucchini tasted bitter. 5. Upon asking for the cheque it was not even given in a book and the server carelessly kept on water and left away. As if all this humiliation was not enough around for 20 mins no one came to receive the cheque. 6. I then thought of going to the front desk and pay the bill but the receptionist was rude and uncooperative. P.S post all the above drama I still went ahead and gave a tip for such an unprofessional attitude because I don’t want these people to stereotype a certain community.

Amazing place. Freshly baked bread is served complimentary. The food was super tasty with plenty of vegetarian options. And finally, the cheesecakes to wrap up the dinner!

I'd give this place a 3.5. The food was good but I was a bit bothered by the salted caramel cheesecake. Don't get me wrong it tasted great but It has these small black bits that weren't described at all in the description on the website (but are in the picture) and didn't add anything to the cheesecake as far as I could tell. The lemonades we had were extremely sweet. We had a reservation and were seated within minutes. The seats themselves were lacking in cleanliness. I found a small piece of lettuce beside me on the seat and when I looked under the table I saw a wet brown paper towel(the type you use to dry your hands in the restroom). The place wasn't over crowded and our waiter was kind and knowledgeable. We had to really wait on him between asking questions and realizing we had more questions towards the end of our meal. Overall an ok experience but not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

This place has an astounding interior. Very polite and attentive waitresses will leave your served in the best way. The variety of tasty meals won't leave you without a choice. In fact, I've spent 15 minutes making a decision what I want to taste first, cause it's very unlikely you will carry over more than one meal, portions are so huge!

I had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and it was good. The Guava Daiquiri was my favorite. It is a must try! I was full so I didn’t get any of the cheesecake 🫣 but if I go Again it a must try because they look so good 😊 The Bathroom was also clean to use

Fantastic place, lovely food, and everything served with a smile. Our server noted and took care of every modification that was requested. Food itself was delicious and we stuffed ourselves beyond reason.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory which is a nice go to for lunch or a date . On this visit, we parked in a nearby garage that charges for parking. We waited 15-20 minutes to be seated. Our server, Eli, took care of our order fairly immediately and everything came out in a timely fashion. We had an order of the avocado egg rolls which were delicious along with two cucumber lemonades. For the entrees we ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and the honey truffle chicken . The honey truffle chicken had little flavor but it was crispy. Overall, I would go again.

Can never get enough of this place. Their brunch menu is Uh-mazing and we always get stuffed with goodness each time we’re there. The servers are kind and friendly. The location is perfect as you can always burn the extra calories with some retail therapy right after indulging in deliciousness.

Good ambience and place to dine in. The foods great, especially avocado egg roll in appetizers. Chicken Madeira is good. Fresh baked bread with butter is really nice Drinks and food take a lotta time to reach the table. It's a long wait and our server was kinda slow. Found hair in the parmesan mushroom we ordered, Kinda ruined the experience though the place is good.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Love that it’s in the mall - makes it easier to walk off the calories 😂 I got the Mexican salad from the skinnylicious menu and loved it! My partner got the meatloaf and also loved it but felt guilty about the calories. I wish there were a few more items on the skinnylicious menu but would still go again.

This place is always amazing! I love their food . They have so many choices and big servings. I ordered the Louisiana chicken w pasta dish and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! 😊 for appetizers we had the buffalo chicken wings with the sauce (md hot) on the side - super crispy and just right!! 🍗 I barely had room for dessert, however you can’t pass up the original cheese cake, the fudge cake or the Hershey’s cheesecake! Yum!

First time going to happy hour here. Sat at the bar, which was great! Clean, nice bartenders, great happy hour menu & pricing. I had a glass of Cabernet, chicken samosas (excellent flavor), and spinach/cheese dip w/ chips. Only reason for 4 stars is because there was only 1 server for the tables in the bar area…I didn’t think I was ever going to be served. But, I was able to order immediately when I sat at the bar. Definitely coming back for happy hour!

Excellent price with good portions. I ordered the salad and it was good. The cheesecakes were good. Just the crush seems too sweet for me. 😊 My co-workers enjoyed their pasta and sandwiches too.

Had the crispy fried cheese to start they were great. He had the chicken Bellagio and he loved it. I had the chicken Cesar salad. It was okay. The chicken was dry and rubbery. It could have had more dressing. They have Coke Zero that is amazing! The bathroom was very dirty. When I left there was a staff member going in. No toilet paper in the stalls. The fork I was given had food stuck on it. On a good note the pumpkin cheesecake was delicious.

Just like any cheesecake factory, near the mall. Wait times are reasonable. Food quality is good and portion size is really good. Interior is also good and its nice to shop by the mall and eat there. The prices are very reasonable. The bread that they serve while they make you seat is very fresh and nice to eat.

Typical of what you'd expect of your usual Cheesecake Factory. The food seems to be smaller in portion from what I remember last time, which is sad, especially for the prices, but still good. The service was okay at best, and that's for everytime we went. The servers were polite and helpful, but somehow, even if it isn't busy, it takes so long for the waiter to address our table, and was almost never around when we needed them. The last time we went, they kept forgetting to bring us little requests like extra utensils, more ice, some condiments etc., and we had to repeatedly ask. To sum it up, the overall experience wasn't the best, but also wasn't the worst.

I had the Thai Coconut Lime Chicken and it was better than I could have ever imagined. The sweet fried coconut flakes were absolutely delicious. The chicken pieces were meh but the curry was outstanding. Who would have thought pineapple paired so well with rice? I highly recommend this dish for someone with a south-east asian palate. Only 4 stars because they made us wait 50 minutes to seat us after having promised 30.

Absolutely great service and great food. However, I have to leave 4 stars because I was given to go the smallest, thinnest piece of cake I have ever received at a Cheesecake Factory in my life. I was given a slice of cake for a 3 year old. A slice of cake is $9. I didn't see how small it really was underneath all that whip cream! Please note I only took a bite of this cake before taking a pic. Next time, I will examine my cake before I leave. If it's small like this again, I will give it back and request a refund. I see the pics of cheesecakes below and their pieces are bigger than mine 😟. Check your to go desserts people!
