Did not have to wait too long to see the doctor and all the staff members were wonderful and accommodating. It was also easy speaking with the doctor. He is very personable

The staff is very nice. However, I had rotator cuff surgery done by one of the doctors there and 6 months later I have to have it redone (by a different surgeon in NY.) He was also a bit dismissive when I kept telling him my shoulder doesn’t seem to be getting better. Finally he ordered another MRI which showed a tear. Also, their physical therapist kept canceling on me so I decided to do physical therapy elsewhere. I will not be going back.

I met with Dr. Ianniccone in the Jersey City office. His evaluation and treatment of my situation produced instant relief. I highly recommend that you make an appointment to see him. You, like me, will be completely satisfied and return to a regular schedule of activities. I look forward to my next visit.

Had to wait for 1/2 hour in the waiting room on doxy for a 12.30 appointment and had to called into the office to remind them about video visit it was like they forgot about the video call.

This place is a scam. They sent me a bill 3 months after my treatment was done. The conveniently ignored the copay payments I’d done. When I called to get the bill corrected, the call went to voicemail and no one got back to me for 2 weeks. And they don’t take payments online. Never going back to them.

I have been a patient here since February with many different bodily injuries. Bernie is a saint I swear I’ve been dealing with my back and knees back for over 12 years now. I’ve been to multiple PT offices before I found this location and still no relief. I finally have relief after 12 years like HOW! I can’t believe how much better I feel. I highly recommend this office ask for Bernie he’s the best!

The front desk, Bernie, and Dr. Kurdali were always incredibly helpful. The ladies at the front desk were always so empathetic and accommodating whenever I called or checked in for my appointment, Jenny and Alyssa were always super helpful and sweet. Dr. Kurdali is one of the best doctors ever! He really went over my diagnosis and always wanted to be comfortable with whatever alternatives he offered. Bernie is amazing! He was able to help guide me through exercises and really made me feel comfortable as a patient. I sprained my wrist and have been getting PT here for the past 3 weeks. I was initially seen by Falon O'Neil, a PA here who was very thorough and patient — I didn't feel rushed at all during that first visit. Since then, I've been going multiple times a week and am already noticing a significant improvement. There is never a wait, admin is thorough, the facility is spacious and clean, and the therapists and assistants — I mainly work with Austin and Santiago — are kind, knowledgable, and very pleasant to talk to. I'm usually in and out in 30-45 mins. Highly recommend!

I was in miserable pain! Tore my acl and meniscus and had no idea where to start when looking for a surgeon. Dr.Feliciano was my first stop and After our appointment I didn’t bother looking anywhere else. His office is clean and modern. His staff was professional, kind, and helpful. No wait, I was in the office at exactly my appointment time. Dr. Feliciano made me feel comfortable and confident in his expertise almost immediately. He rushed me in to surgery 3 days after my appointment. I was provided door to door transportation and was even greeted with wonderful staff at the Rockland and Bergen surgical center. No time spent waiting! First time visit forms were all completed on an iPad. My doctor (Dr. Ferdinand Iannaccone) was extremely personable. Took his time to really understand my ailment. Took images of my joint to understand the problem better. Explained my situation and the course of action he recommended. Provided initial treatment as part of my first visit. Overall experience exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Visco and his whole staff are some of the kindest most professional people I have ever met. Every time I call, whether it's been 3 months or 2 years, he is always ready to go above and beyond to relieve my spine pain. Dr. Basil Kurdali is by far the best…It’s very unfortunate for me, I have been a patient of his and the facility for a few years, however the care, medical attention and attention to detail that I receive is consistent and unparalleled. Amazing place for healing!

Michael is a wonderful massage therapist! Being a professional dancer, my body has gone through a lot of wear and tear. He’s helped relieve some pain to make it manageable for me. Always very kind and professional, and targets any areas I’m having pain in.

I’ve been having problems with my knee for 4 year’s maybe more. Took X-ray and got a bunch of negativity and warnings from different people which scared me. Never went back until yesterday. The office staff seemed to be enjoying the job. Very helpful. But the Dr D Kim was VERY Nice he took his time and explained what could be causing a lot of issues. I didn’t feel like ok here’s another one, next. No he was pleasant and appeared to me that he’s going to get some answers. I would certainly refer this office
