The opening times state 11am to 7pm, it is 11:34am, there is no sign of the store opening anytime soon. There is also no updated opening hours posted on any window, fine if you open later but at least post the correct times.

I’ve walked into a 100 dress stores in all my 5 years at the US and I’d swear this is one of the or even the best-looking store I’ve ever been to. The shop gets your attention right away with its beautiful interiors and aisle arrangements. Everything looks so clean and nice about this shop. They have a variety of dress collection and the shop people must be taking extra care in arranging the right combination of colors throughout. I’ve only been to the women’s section with my wife and not had a chance to check on the ground floor for kids. They have plants(not sure if they are natural) at different spots and they add the right color and mood to the shop. The staff seem to be taking care of their own business and wish they greet and check on the guests. Nevertheless, if you are on your own, you will enjoy your time shopping here!

Waited over 10 min on a line with 4 people behind the register and 3 standing there just looking at the line. Such amazing customer service 😂

DONT you love when you ask someone if something is available and they say no…. but then actually find a whole bunch of what you asked for yourself….. orrrrr when you ask if something is available in back-stock they also say no, but when you ask someone else they get it for you… or how about when someone tells you false information about the store policy but the manager says another thing…… who is in charge here…. sheesh i never been to a more unreliable h&m in my lifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee so ladies and gentlemen what lesson have we learned here?

Careful if you go during store hours the girl in charge the fitting room will snap at you if you ask any question. She is probably hangry and needs a break. When you tell the manager how rude she was and then the manager looks like at you like she doesn’t care. Think this team needs training and maybe breaks so their nice to customers. Really disappointing experience at this store this occurred Sunday 04/24 @530pm.

How can there be no mirror in the store? Not a single one.

They had some plus size options. Cute adorable clothes. I wish there were more plus size options.

The variety is incredible, they have nice clothes, accessories and everything in such a good price

My teen boys are very finicky so I was glad to find clothes they liked and that too at very reasonable prices.

Rude. Basically found a pair of shorts on the sale rack with a red sale sticker, i purchased the medium at full price while the 2x were on sale for 50% off. When i returned to register to fix issue, was told I should’ve been bigger to fit the pair with the discount. Disgusting. Does not honor the sale stickers on items. Easily overwhelmed with customer volume. Staff needs to get it together.

H&M is great but this location sucks. The people at the registers are unhelpful, rude and slow, and apparently can’t look items up on the system or more likely just lazy to look em up. The clothes are all over the place too. Just go to a different location

Very impressive on esthetic, different from their standard floor design. Very modernly decored update and clean. No shortage on staffs and very neatly organized without over pilings on the racks which made my shopping experience very pleasant.

I'm giving this place only two stars because the cashier's reluctance to speak to customers in anything but a transactional tone gives me toxic workplace vibes. They seem very unhappy to work there and I saw other customers also walk away feeling like the cashier's were rude by avoiding any eye contact at all, and maintaining a distant and aloof disposition. I think I'll go to forever 21 instead!

One thing I like about H&M, M&S is everything in the store in their own brand. So need to comb into different brands section for same item. However there is an issue with H&M which i can see is deliberately done, is that clothes are not kept in sections. Same product in different colours are kept at different places and one can find whole thing is jumbled up. This is bad shopping experience. Whoever had that idea of humbling clothes all over should go self as real shopper and experience the pain.

Actually decent prices, compared to the other stores in the mall. Got a shirt, shoes and two ties for $70, so I guess I can't complain too much. A decent variety of selections too, I'd definitely come back again in pursuit of a good quality dress shirt.

This H&M outlet is in the Newport Center Mall in Jersey City and has some good collection of winter clothing.
