I just got a 2 month old kitten from Haraj she had mites in her fur so I went to this store so that they clean her, when I asked the staff for the price for the cleaning each of them offered a different price also another costumer walked in after me and wanted to clean his cat they offered him another price than mine although they were gentle with the cat and they had nice products but it frustrated me how they tried to scam me

Never ever try to shower your cat there bad place unclean and your cat will be sick . I can say very toxic place

go there only for supplies or anything to buy but seriously dont get grooming for your cat or vet service totally bad at that but shop is good they are gentle when i visited there for grooming they asked me 70sar no worries bcuz i needed my cat get cleaned but believe me i gave him my cat my go to take my phone from my car when i returned he already finished everything i told him that its only 3to 4 mins did you bathed her he yes but my cat was totally same i gave him he said i cut her nails bathed her everything is done my cat is Turkish angora pure white there was a black dirt on her head i showed him why its not gone if you bathed her he said its her natural colour it can't be washed i believed everything and other day my hands were little wet and i was petting my cat then i saw that black dirt came out i washed her head and it was gone and the vet i visited him bcuz my was doing strange things and he took 50 he sprayed on her eyes and says she totally fine but i didn't believed him and i go to other vet he told me that she is facing anxiety and depression she really needs a male cat in her life or she'll die that's why i don't like this place anymore i totally hate them now specially that bengali guy who groomed my cat

Kind and compassionate, from the staff to the doctors. Understanding and respectful what made me choose them although they are very far from where I reside. They took care of Saadun (my cat) for 7 days, and they were very helpful for his case. Reasonable prices and great service!
