i went for hair colour.. if one is new to hair colouring or doesn't care about the details of handling hair..then you will surely get fooled!! they skip the process in between...do short cuts just to complete the work and they really don't care about the after effects of treatment. very unprofessional and they don't have sufficient staff..nor the right quality tools to do the hair and beauty job. for the kind of price they charge and try to show that its a high end salon its not.. they get started with all the clients together and then attend to them one by one at leisure... so basically one is stuck and cannot walk out in between whatever they are getting done. i visited them after reading the online reviews.. and now i understand those must be either fake or those clients never had a good salon experience.. P.S. after i sent my review..the owner replies to me saying i should contact them and they will give me a "free hair colouring".. lol. but believe me, i wouldn't get anything done here even for free. i wrote this review to give my honest feedback, so others don't get fooled and damage their hair. and as for the owner.. "Have some integrity!". people pay you for the services you offer. instead of bothering about negative reviews, kindly work on improving the quality of services that you "claim" to offer. thank you.

I tired this salon 3 times just to touch up my roots. First visit I asked Rubi to mix dark brown hair color with a little black to make the very darkest dark brown color to match my hair color. Cant do black as it is impermissible. The color came out as brown. I didn't make a big deal because what do you expect when you are paying 70 riyals. I went to her the second time and asked her to make the color darker and she did a good job of matching my hair color. I thought great she got it. Came to her the third time and explained I want the same color. Well the third time the color was lighter brown then the first time she did it. Super disappointed I left and didn't want to bother with her anymore as there is no point and again you get what you pay for. I knocked 3 stars for her lack of professionalism in coloring, she didn't discount me the price as 1 of the times I went home to wash my own hair, second time she washed it but didn't dry and third she washed it and dried it a little. She had to bleach my skin to get color off and the bleach got on my shirt, ruined a perfectly new shirt. I didn't even get a "I am sorry". Seems most people here in Saudi Arabia including the locals and outsiders lack a lot of professionalism and there is no consistency and this country wants to open its door to the world by 2030 and be at the level of the UAE 😳 Pictures are from the last time I saw her. Also there is no ventilation in the salon so you smell the nasty chemicals from other people's treatment. On a positive note ladies there seems to be very happy with her haircuts.

Extremely unprofessional. One of the girls did not know how to wax properly. She put the wax after it got cold and then didn’t properly wax the strip. The hair didn’t come out and it was extremely painful. They don’t have proper tools for anything. They were using spray for after wax oil which caused the oil to spray in my eyes. They didn’t have a stool to get on the bed and there were water droplets on the floor, the chairs and the bed. There were insects crawling and not great cleaning. They didn’t turn on the air conditioner and it was so hot. The girls were speaking extremely loud and the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. The girl didn’t know that the mask is not supposed to be kept on for more that 15-20 minutes and was sitting on her phone when I called her after 40 minutes to take my mask off. Overall, extremely bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re looking for relaxation. Edit: The mask was completely dry in 15 minutes. I checked my phone because I put a timer. At least fix the air conditioner and ventilation problem please. It was very hard to breath in the salon.

Unprofessional, ruined my kid's hair. Worst experience. .... I went today, asked for a simple straight cut for my girl. Realised it later it was so bad ,I had to get it fixed somewhere else paying extra charges.. Wasting my time and money. By the way Nobody took phone numbers..Now heights of unprofessionalism from the owner, if you want good reviews hire high skilled staff, and learn to take criticism, and fix your problem.. Don't question a customer's "intention" , THAT'S OUR RIGHT!!

Uncooperative staff! I bought mehndi from them which says on the packaging it is 100% herbal but it's actually a weird chemical formula. When I tried to return it. They refused to take it back I am replying here. I don't have your WhatsApp number. And please ask your employees one of them called you in front of me. Ask her, if I am telling the truth or not.

Not at all satisfied with the service ....inside the parlour too much smoke coz of some chemical applied on other customer no proper ventilation. customer r coughing ND no courtesy to provide mask ...just fr eyebrows their cost is 35sr which was 25 before ...looking at customer price varies from person to person

I visited this salon yesterday and was expecting for a a better as I had in past but I was highly disappointed. First of all didn't get the right haircut and secondly they don't have card payment.Not just that despite she having the change she told me to get the change from nearby stores which is highly uncethical and rude. However, I was reluctant. They should know how ro deal with costumers in a better way.

It's a mix bag. They are very inconsistent, sometimes good sometimes not so much. Hugely depends on who you get. Not all staff is equally trained/experienced.

I am completely satisfied with their service. I had fruit facial,haircut, and eyebrow threading. It was good.

I'm very disappointed with the services. Not showing any results of keratin .. I'll not dye my hair otherwise my hair is totally damaged by her treatment. By Mrs mohsin..
