Nurses are very good , sister .eesa very kind and smiling face , but problem with mangament communication only pefer to talk in Arabic , no explanations receptionist I had bad experience .....not preferable

I had a wonderful experience with Hydrafacial with the lovely Wardiah. She is a talented, warm, and experienced practitioner who knows what she is doing. I am looking forward to advancing my sessions with her to experience new techniques, I had, only when was in London such as face sculpting & oxygen facial. I would suggest that you adjust the air conditioning in the Hydra facial room. It is quite cold in there.

A tidy clinic and a reception that opens the soul.. My appointment was with Dr. Mazen Al-Ghamdi. To be honest, I wish him good health many times, God willing, and he worked as an artist, to be honest, and the results were very satisfactory, other than the facial screen and the reception, which makes the patient get his teeth and feel comfortable 😄.. It was the first time And of course it is the last one 👍🏼

I booked an appointment through Instagram, and when I went, they told me I didn't have an appointment after I paid for the service and they made me wait! I postponed the appointment for a second day and asked the employee when the appointment was certain and that she would receive a message. She assured me that it would arrive, and when the appointment day came, she called to confirm, saying that you did not have an appointment and that the service had been used the previous day! It is an indescribable chaos and so far I have not received a solution. Knowing that it is the Eid season, there is no responsiveness or flexibility in work!
