Newly opened branch of Al baik in Ruwais with drive through facility. Taste is amazing. Al baik chicken broast is famous in ksa. Big bake was my favourite one here.it sooooo yumm.

This is the very first time Al Baik broast meal was not satisfactory. There was a nasty smell inside the chiken fry and I didn’t eat a single bite. Eventually I went to the service desk to mention these thing but the service person insult us. He understood that something went wrong and wanted to give us another meal but we refused and left the place. The service person was Bangladeshi and didn’t pronounced a single sorry which was pathetic. It was from Jeddah Park by Cenomi mall. The Arabian supervisor was nice man but he didn’t understand English. Please ensure some educated and professional customer service person. Thank you.

This branch is situated opposite to Suleman Fakeeh Hospital, a high traffic area, ample parking space for cars around the branch is a blessing. They open at 6AM, close at 2 AM late in the night, they have a larger stock of sandwiches as the customers here prefer them over the fried chicken due to office hours. This branch does not have a dining area, it usually caters to the customers of the hospital, quick service. Note - if you don’t get Spicy fried Chicken at other branches late at night, visiting this branch is a good bet.

Wallahi one of the worst service ever. The men ignored me all the time and didn't want to communicate, also they don't know the language and how to speak. The screen of the orders switched all 5 seconds. How can you choose sth? Had to wait very long till I got my order which was already ready at the back. Also other customers got very angry because of the bad treatment of the employee. The food tastet like if it was from yesterday. Very dry and hard and not tasty. Almost no fries inside and they tasted really bad and not fresh. NEVER AGAIN at baik

It’s very delicious fast food restaurant with good price.

Horrible service almost 25 minutes. Manager is very rude and slow, cant believe a fast food can be this slow when you have 4-5 people wanting the food. And the staff are clapping and laughing insidie. And when you address the staff and tell him your number he doesnt even look at you, unless you change your tone. Worst experience from al Baik
