Mind blowing beauty and one of the most familiar hotel in jeddah. From the lobby to hotel dining and to the guest room, everything is amazing in every glance. especially room cleaning with sea view is amazing. its feel me like home. staff are very caring I recommend crown plaza over most of the hotels out there.

This hotel is amazing. The bed is perfcet and allowes a magnificent rest. The breakfast is great, with a big variety and tasty choices; the service was impecable, Naushad was very proactive and nice, as well as the other waiters, and i wish i could stay longer. Totally recommend it!

I read some reviews complaining about furniture and what I saw was the opposite. Furniture looks new but some stains on the carbet. Bathroom is good. Room size is quite small but I was a solo traveler so that was not an issue. I had some buisiness near the hotel and I definitely will come back. I forgot to say, the breakfast was very good.

In general very nice looking hotel in great location. Some good food options and swimming pool. Few restaurant options, nice gym and little gift shop. However, there is a dark side too. - house keeping not too great. They knocking to your door after 11pm and waking you up. Trying clean room at night. Requesting something takes ages or it never happens. Example new laundry bags. They apologize a lot when they screw something, promising basket of fruits which also never are delivered. - room service also is a joke. They are forgetting about breakfast orders. Not delivering at all and then not even answering phone calls. Twice in one week I was going hungry to work. Quite often orders comes wrong. Some stuff is missing or things aren’t order are added. - quite big choice of the TV channels but it happens that channels do not work and usually takes them two days to fix it.

Rooms are clean, and decently sized. Has all the basic needs one would want. The service at the restaurant was especially good, I was offered takeaway juice and coffee after breakfast which was a nice gesture. The variety and quality of food was excellent as well. They have a juicing station and the juices there are great! Very quiet and cozy hotel. The location isn't the best but I would still come here again as that doesn't really mean much.

Located closed to corniche, in a prime area surrounded with lot of restaurants and few minutes walk to Water fountain. From airport pick up, front office team , room, restaurant everything was perfectly good Breakfast service is really good, well managed and organized. Filled with lot of fresh items . Managers often check with you and understand the needs and check the satisfaction. Really good job 👍 I feel that the team is really customer oriented. Good job , keep up your good service

A great world-wide brand hotel, great for business travelers. Would recommend if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel in the area. The location is very close to “Albalad” a great historical are (A MUST VISIT) and the Corniche next to the known “King Fahad’s Fountain”.

The room is so clean and spacious. The whole service was amazing. Breakfast is having more option and Noushad gave is the best service. I am enjoying my stay in crown plaza jeddah. I will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you

Decent hotel, maintaining the Crowne Plaza standards overall. Check in and check out was smooth and effortless. Courteous staff and nice people at the reception. The room sizes are a little on the smaller side, considering the cost. Bathroom and especially the bathtub could be a tad bigger. Strangely, we had one bathrobe and one pair of slippers, but they sent another set as soon as we had asked. The air conditioning gets pretty cold but we did not ask to fix that. I had an issue with my key cards and they replaced quite a few times. Possibly a system issue they could look into. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Jeddah.

The Crowne Plaza is a historic, and frankly beautiful hotel. I had my Milka hosted here during the previous weekend. Some of the rooms are a bit archaic, still featuring old-fashioned electrical outlets and bathtubs instead of showers (which are a slipping hazard, in my opinion). The room service is absolutely delectable, I finished my plate every time. There is an excellent selection of restaurants to dine in and order room service from as well. The other types of services were quite prompt as well, with housekeeping occurring regularly in the afternoon and evenings, and the bellboy and laundry services being quick to arrive. The location is also excellent, with many important and useful stops nearby, including a gas station and dry cleaners across the street, and a McDonald’s and many coffee shops right around the corners. The corniche is also just down the road as well for the who enjoy a leisurely stroll, but it is highly recommended to either go early in the morning or towards the evening as the sun is setting. Be careful when using the valet service however, as they had played with some of the settings in my car and parked it in the sun making it practically unusable for a few minutes. Some rooms also have a spectacular view of the seafront, the corniche and the bakhur fountain, so please check with the front desk if you would like one of those rooms. The wedding planner did an excellent job with our Milka, the food was splendid, and the venue was also spectacular. They can really transform and manipulate the Crystal Ballroom into whatever shape they wish, which impressed me! All in all, a wonderful experience.

It is my favorite place to stay whenever I’m in town! It really feels like home from the moment you check in. The rooms are super clean, the location is convenient and the staff are so friendly. Don’t forget to check their breakfast, the food is great and the service is superb! I was served by Moien who gave me a great experience.

Arriving late due to flight delay, was quickly checked in and had a good night of sleep！ Breakfast is great with so many different choices. And the best thing is to see the smiling faces of the service people around.

Decorated with artistic pieces all around the halls and corridors. It exhibits some of the well known restaurants that service delicious food that you will never forget The location is great since it is nearby the sea, Jeddah old town and some main roads. The room service is good and the staff is so friendly. The facilities are very good as well with hygiene taking care of very well everywhere. This is definitely the hotel of choice when coming back to Jeddah again 👌

A wonderful experience. The restaurant staff is very professional and courteous and they made the restaurant experience wonderful, especially Fazan and Farhan. The receptionists were also very helpful and wonderful. An experience worth repeating. I thank all the staff at the hotel.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea. The breakfast buffet is varied and many wonderful things. My brother Naushad was very attentive and followed up on all our needs with all respect and kindness.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza and my experience with in room dining services was just amazing! Great food, very friendly and professional staff and special recognition to Mohammed Afiz who makes guests feel at home!! Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay at. Rooms were ready and we got to choose which floor is preferred. Everything was clean and sanitary. Their Breakfast buffet had a variety of food, and Naushad was very nice and of great help. Would definitely stay again for any future trips to Jeddah inshallah.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Crowne plaza, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The impeccable service provided by the staff was unparalleled – from the moment I stepped in, I felt like a VIP. The attentive waiters in the hotel's restaurant made dining an absolute delight, ensuring a memorable experience with their prompt service and excellent knowledge of the menu. The attention to detail extended to the cleanliness of the room, where every corner exuded pristine perfection. Housekeeping staff maintained a standard of hygiene that reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. The availability and professionalism of the hotel personnel further added to the overall splendid stay, making it an epitome of luxury and hospitality.

Overall this is a decent hotel choice. The club lounge is nice and the service staff is good. We stayed in a junior suite but the bathroom needs to be updated and is quite small and tight relative to the size of the room. The step into the shower/bathtub is also too high and a bit awkward. The living room area is dull, needs some additional color or flowers to brighten it up.

Stayed here during the Red Sea International Film Festival in December of 2022 and 2023. The rooms and service were very good. The breakfast was a huge buffet and the waiters were very attentive including Naushad and the entire team in the restaurant.

Crown plaza is greatest hotel I’ve visited so far in Jeddah city. Everything was perfect, staff, restaurant and room hygiene. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend such a great time. Totally worth the visit Definitely I’ll be back

A distinguished hotel in terms of services and cleanliness at a very high level, the location is very close to the markets and the Corniche. My experience with breakfast was distinguished in terms of the variety of items and the quality of food. I thank the Jordanian chef Amer for his treatment and reception and meeting the requirements even if they are not available on the buffet .. a unique experience

This is a very old fashioned business hotel. Convenient, staff very professional and courtesy. Restaurant serves very good food although towards pricey side. The corniche is very nearby and can see the fountains near by. McDonald's nor far away if you need some fast food. Also there are KFC, Baskin Robins nearby. However if you wish to go to Applebee's, TGI or Chilli's you may need to take a short taxi ride.

I stayed for a couple of days with my family. The room was confortable and clean. The place is very nice overall, but my 5 star rating goes to the room service. My kids were hungry late at night, so I decided to order from their extensive menu. It was around 10 or 11 pm and everything I picked from the menu was available. The order came fast, which was a huge plus when you have hungry kids. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and savory. Also it was exceptionally served with such delicacy and attention to detail. Excellent experience.

Try to reserve your room at least one month in advance. Their service was pretty good and specially their large business center. The concierge are knowledgeable but you have to poke them out to give you information. If you’re an American or a European tourist, check out and learn about Saudi culture and laws.

Excellent hotel with friendly and attentive staff, it has the best restaurants in town, the variety of its Ramadan Iftar (breakfast), the taste and the food quality is second to none. I hope the hotel’s management maintains the standard

The location of Crowne Plaza Jeddah is almost perfect! Near the corniche and all other restaurants, a little traffic tho. But traffic is inevitable in Jeddah! Not that bad, I can say. So, this Hotel have accommodating staff. Special mention to Muhannad for helping out💕 Breakfast is nice, they have good choices. I enjoyed it. The room is okay, nice pillows and bed size is just right. I just did not like the water spilling on the floor from shower (please have them fixed). Hotel price is acceptable. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay!

Excellent place were you can relax and do business as well.. The staff are very welcoming and the meeting rooms are always well prepared to host meetings.. It is located at the southern Corniche where you can find excellent view and very near to other restaurants and cafés.. The area is busy at night with lots of families going to corniche...

I chose this hotel based on the the reviews I checked before my trip. The first impression at the check in was positive and the hotel entrance looked OK. The room I was given had somewhat an old furniture that looked dull. The sofas cushions were a bit worn out and the bed mattress was hard. The praying carpet in the room was worn out too. The gym had a limited selection of equipment so if you are a regular gym goer you will find many machines missing. The positive sides are the cleanliness of the room, the prompt service, the hotel location and the front desk staff. They tried their best to provide the service quickly and shorten the waiting time and were very cooperative to give a late check out. For the staff I would give a 4 star rating. However, if the rooms’ furniture stays the same then I would probably look for other options for my future trips, especially with the relatively high rate paid.

Enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were good and what you can expect from a Crowne Plaza. Location of the hotel was the only issue for travel, it was sometimes hard to get a taxi from the area, but staff were helpful in trying to get one.

Jeddah Crowne Plaza has been absolutely the best hotel we have stayed in! From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spectacular —very clean, with beautiful decor. #Breakfast was always amazing with a large variety of food to choose from. The staff at breakfast were the best — friendly and personable. Especially Mr. Tauhidul Mr.Moses and Mr. Foyez. They made us feel special each day so much so we didn’t want to fly home. The grounds around the hotel were peaceful and so beautiful, I just can’t say enough about this amazing, Will stay here again when I return to Jeddah!!

Excellent service, with amazing staff! Specially mister Faisal and Shabaz, they took care of us with the most attention and detail during breakfast, always passing by with a smile and asking if we needed something else. We tried the sushi and it was one of the bests! Thank you for your service it was a good experience.

What a friendly hotel , the rooms are very clean and the view is marvelous . Plenty of amenities in luxury packages , the house keeping personal touch is very professional signing on IHG clean promise confirming that hotel staff committed to high level of cleanliness . Modern facilities and well maintained common areas .Spent two wonderful nights here and found the staff so friendly and accommodating . The breakfast buffet in executive lounge has a great selection and Sakura Resturant probably the best Japanese Resturant in Jedda .

Very good services and the hotel is strategically located near to all retail, restaurants and 2 mins walk to the Corniche. Clean Swimming pool also has a section for kids at the pool. Clean and well Equipped Gym and Steam room. One of the best breakfast and room service meals. They're also equipped with one of the best Japanese cuisine restaurant inside the hotel. We had a chance to Celebrate the Saudi National day during our stay. Thanks. For the experience.

Breakfast here is great! Service is awesome. Managers will always check on you. The omelette is not salty which is good for me. Fruits are fresh. Black coffee is comparable to the world-famous coffee of Dunkin Donut. It’s worth your every penny.

Not so happy with my stay, rooms were very small. We can get hotels for the prices I paid. Very expensive for the room I stayed in. Room was very small . Bathroom was a big issue. All bathroom gets wet if you take shower and water go to room also. The sink water tap is not good. You get wet , I had to change my clothes for the first time. Overall not so happy with the hotel. People working are polite and cheerful. Being IHG member I didn't get any special treatment I get in other hotels.

First of all I highly appreciate it for Mr.Sultan of his professional way of dealing with gusts at the recipient keep up your excellent job. I recommend this hotel such a beautiful place to live in for a couple days , clean, quit, good stuff, also close to most nice special areas like malls and airport and the Red Sea front.

The hotel was very clean and neat . And close proximity to many restaurants and supermarkets . The breakfast was good . mr Sudheer the restaurant manager took good care and he ensured i had my choice of food . He himself prepared coffee the way I wanted . I would definitely recommend this hotel .

The hotel is nice, very clean, and comfortable, the main restaurant is one of the best places to have a unique experience and, the chef is using an unusual menu to make sure everyone in this place will enjoy his time. Big thanks to the staff they are very friendly and service is TOP level.

I have attended 3 days training in the 1st floor meeting room#1 the facilotes are poor, room and inside the hotel is very old, the snacks are not that much reaching a 5 Stars hotel level, staff is friendly location is great.
