Terrible terrible terrible receptionist, very rude and disrespectful I went to inquire about an apartment he completely shut me down and didn’t give an explanation. I don’t know how someone like that can work in such position.

What I liked the most was the location, 12 minutes away from Arab Mall and Stars Avenues, and there’s a supermarket 2 minutes away from the hotel. It’s also close to a lot of popular restaurants. The same building has a good breakfast restaurant “Foul 21” which I recommend trying. The room was clean, and the staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable. The underground parking was poorly designed, finding a parking space might be difficult. I wouldn’t recommend their beverages menu, I tried the black coffee and it wasn’t good, but you can always go to one of the nearby coffee shops. During my stay the kettle in my room didn’t work, but I called the reception and the replaced it immediately. One more thing to mention, the temperature inside the room was hard to control, for some reason it still felt cold even after turning the ac off.
