one of the very few Pakistani Desi restaurants where you can have a majority of dishes in a Good Taste Range. We visit this place quite often and our favs are there BBQ Karahi's and Butter nans. This place should be visited if you are looking for a place with decent range of varieties and taste.

Our first experience in this hotel is amazing very delicious breakfast 🍳 specially Naan are very tasty 😋. The restaurant is well decorated exterior and interior. The furniture 🪑 and arrangement of tables well managed. Clean and neat inside. The staff is very professional and friendly. A free pakring is available. Washrooms facilities also available. Recommended for Breakfast and dinner 🥘.

Since my previous few visits, the quality in the family section is going down. They have separate chefs for upstairs and downstairs. Food from downstairs is much more nice and delicious. The restaurant is new, clean and tidy. Family section is big. The menu has big choice and variety. I have tried the BBQ grill and has a good variety and tastes really good. The chops could be better but kebabs, tikkah, Afghani notice and fish was really nice. Chicken handi and biryani had a good taste. From all Pakistani restaurant the sitting area is the best and food is delicious as well.

The quality has become so worse and the service is horrible.. I used to enjoy eating karahi mutton here but this time it was so disappointing The hot and sour soup was like sweet chilly sauce poured into the concoction.

It has delicious food.Its underestimated place. For breakfast Anda chana which is spicy is highly recommended along with lassi to keep things cool. Youncan order Omellet with it for a chane The food is not at all oily. But they need to work on there presentation to attract more customers Had brain masala and Daal karela which was cooked in Butter. It was delicious to go with. For winters Gajar ka halwa is a treat.

All are good... I just love all the things here, The food quality is excellent, hygiene is excellent, and behaviour is also good. Pricing was little bit high.. But according to taste, it is not bad.

A good, reasonable Pakistani hotel. that offers most of the regular dishes like Chicken / Mutton Karahi, different kinds of BBQs, some types of Daal (adas) . . .Paya, Chana and Halwa puri . . . they do offer fries, kids love it. . and Lassi for the desi touch . . their service is good. . family section is good as well. . .infact service in family section has a niche touch. . Pay chana good.

Visited the hotel late night and ordered Chicken Karachi. Taste was great and full value for money. Definately recommended specially for eating Karahi. Parking space is little congested and seating is little limited so plan accordingly specially on weekends

A pretty clean restaurant with good seating arrangements for family. We tried the chicken karahi,tikka and russian salad and it tasted pretty good. Salad is a must try for 15 riyals! Chicken karahi was delicious,just that a few chicken pieces had to be a cooked a bit more which was a turn off. The service provided was good. 👍🏻

This restaurant is known for its delicious food and it is proven. I ordered Makhni Daal Channa and found real tasty and fresh. It was preserved with fresh salad and raita. The service needs to be improved as it took about 15 minutes. However, no doubt the daal was extremely tasty.

A very clean and spacious place for dine in with family and friends. The seating arrangement is well managed and they have family section as well. The food is delicious and served in time. Even the rates are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They have also hired female staff for family section which is a plus point for those customers who are catious for their families.I will recommend everyone to visit here if they want to have Pakistani food and Pakistani taste. PS: We visited there recently again and the rates have been updated due to extra tax by government. Still they are well reasonable

Tried thier mix bbq platter & daal mash with chickpeas curry with partha. It was below average.

They are asking you to place order before sitting , then they trying to fool you as 65 SR platters , oh its only good for 2 also a half chikkan karahi they advise its for one person only . Staff are mostly Burqa Ladies who don't know urdu or english . food is hopeless . domt go there

Food is delicious but don't expect any sauce with any of their BBQ item. All of the staff is professional except the Order Taker his attitude is bad, unacceptable and totally unprofessional.

This restaurant used to be one of our favorites until today. The service has become poor, the taste has changed drastically. Mutton karahi was very bad with full of black pepper powder and chicken tikka was uncooked. No one will come to take your order instead you have to make your order at the reception and pay first before the food is served. No one even bothered to ask us whether we needed anything else. Sorry to say but we were very disappointed and will never visit this place again here after.

Tasted chicken karahi mutton karahi and grilled chicken, Chicken karahi was good and tasty mutton was good as well Grilled chicken wasn't a good one. Complimentary items were good too. One process was very annoying that you have to pay in advance which is not ideal. Staff was cooperative and requires some appearance touch ups

In comparison to the Aziziyah branch, this particular branch didn't quite capture the essence of entering a vibrant restaurant. The atmosphere here felt somewhat bland, lacking the buzz of dishes moving around tables and the lively ambiance. However, it's worth noting that the service was slightly better at this branch, except for one hiccup when our order was taken. The staff member seemed in a rush for us to make our selections and even hurried to prepare the bill right after serving the food. As for the food, we tried a variety of dishes. The Chicken Kurma, which was the main dish, turned out to be okayish. It wasn't overly spicy but also not exceptionally flavorful. We also sampled the Zamzam Tonight Special Soup, which had a decent, standard taste. However, the Hot and Sour Soup was a bit of a disappointment, as it was filled with ketchup and came across as overly sweet. On a positive note, the Kebabs were quite good and juicy. One noticeable difference was that the food here was slightly less oily compared to the Aziziyah branch. It was a bit refreshing in that aspect. Getting to the place presented a challenge, as the family section's lift was out of order, and we had to rely on taking the stairs. This was in contrast to the Aziziyah branch, which had a working lift.

This is the new + fine dine family branch of one of the older Pakistani restaurant in the city. It is our first visit to this branch and we visited the family section. The ambiance is excellent. The taste is much better than expected. They even have #ladies waiters. Food portion sizes are reasonable. Food is served sizzling hot. Buffet is planned for Ramazan. Prices are reasonable for a fine dine place. Highly Recommended.

I understand the pressure of work. But the customer is always right😥 1-The cashier does not listen to me. My order was without pepper and the quantity he gave me was less. 2- The cooks, I tell them my order is without pepper, and he does not listen .

The food is excellent here. But the management or staff is not good. Please consider on this thing. We came from bahrain and we asked them to parcel they bring box to us. And told us to pack yourself.

Worst Mutton Karahi, no taste, extremely expensive, violation of covid protocols, very crowded as well. Also you need to fight your way to get the table. The management never try to put together any effort for arranging seatings for the customers. Although in kebabs fish were good & boti kebab was reasonable as well.

Food quality is good but taste has 3/5. We came from Jubail and expecting so much but they couldn't meet our expectations. Also some staff members are highly good but the response of cashier was not having good approach of customer care.

Its a nice place to eat Pakistani food in town. The service is excellent. They have male and female staff both (something that is uncommon in most pakistani restaurants in town) Food: EXCELLENT! My favorite would be the beef kofta it had the perfect blend of spices and tasted great. I also loved the chicken ginger. It’s quite famous for it’s BBQ fish. Im not a fan of fish in general but it tasted good. I had all of this with a delicious garlic naan. Would say that the garlic naan had tooo much garlic in it, they could tone it down a lil. But overall it was a good experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try it. One suggestion tho; it’s super crowded after isha. So you should try to go earlier to avoid the crowd and enjoy it in peace
