It is a 3 stars served hotel rooms but it seemed to me as a 5 stars hotel in other places ( such as Istanbul) The positive points are: Nice and clean, we stayed in a flat of 2 bedrooms and a living room with 2 bathrooms. The beds were big and comfy. Daily cleaning service is available. Daily supplies of water and coffee table. With an electrical stove,cooking tools, a fridge, and a freezer. Breakfast is included, which is nice and different daily. The negative points The cleaning stuff doesn't clean well. No service is close to this hotel if you are a tourist without a rented car, such as grocery, laundry, or stationery. The air conditioner was cold all the time no matter how much we tried to adjust the temperature to the highest and my little son got cold coz the extra humidity in the room and the cold air form the A.C But the stuff was amazing, helpful, and smiling all the time If I go back to Jiddah, I'll definitely book there.

Superb rooms: good size, clean, quite, modern, wifi working, even having microwave to heat the left overs of the lunch / dinner. Breakfast with a view. Reception and the manager Mr. Ahmed, all very professional and professional. Only minor things: Desk could be wider Plug at the desktop is hidden for aesthetics There is a tiny gap in the door of the room and light from the corridor can pass in the room

Very beautiful and charming I felt like I was in my own home. Every work time perfect and fantastic location and beautiful and good cleanliness.

The rooms are quite clean and well furnished. The prices are reasonable. The staff is great. The breakfast is good. The location is great, right in front of the biggest flag pole in Jeddah. North side is the corniche 20 minutes drive and south side is Albalad historic district 10 minutes drive. However, the gym is horrible!

Hi the bed sheet was dirty ,not change from last visitor ,we’v arrived at 1:30am and so tired then we asked them to change it , there were flies in the bathroom , and security guy was impolite and attacked my husband , last time i will be there horrible stay . Thanx

A great hotel in Jeddah, near the main flash square, Al Balad and the central fish market on/main fountain. We stayed there for two nights on our first trip to Jeddah and frankly we like the city more because of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. The hotel is new, with nice facilities. We had the standard room, and it came with everything we needed, even scales... There's a gym/ pool area that can be booked (sadly only one hour per room per day for free, and women can use it too), and the breakfast is included and great. If we return to Jeddah, we'll definitely stay there again.

If you want a place to stay for a short period for business. This is one of the best places. The food quality and availability is not recommended. The rooms are very clean and provides very good quality service. The front desk are very good and they are helpful.

Cleanliness & hygene were excellent for the room, WC, kids area, pool & restaurent. Team were totally helpful. Breakfast were very good & full of varities.

A nice hotel to visit on holidays

The property i will have to accept is the best i have come across...its modern and luxurious. But they have to work on the service/hospitality and kitchen and then they would be world class. I believe they have the potential but need the management to work towards the points i have raised. It has the potential to be the best in Jeddah....

Clean property Excellent front desk but admin need to be professional

The place is clean and with a good smell, rooms got washing machines and cooking stuff, the location is nice, near a mosque and that’s very great, receptionists are very well mannered and have such a professional attitude.

The hotel receptionist, Saleh Al Ghazali made our stay very very special. Thank you Saleh! Everything else was very nice. The shower was slightly tricky with the hot water modulation - but I didn’t inform the hotel as my stay was short. Thank guys and once again to Saleh

I had a fantastic experience the first time and stayed for four days. So good, I came a second time. The second time I came for a flight layover and they said they had a room. When I arrived they said it had been booked. They then gave me a room on the first floor, it was so noisy I could hear everything at the concierge. I couldn’t sleep and the shower water was cold. Then when I checked out the receptionist accused us of not paying (we showed the payment through the bank) because the previous receptionist didn’t log it into the system only on paper. It was quite humiliating. Staff need more training to not wrongfully accuse customers, & do not stay on the first floor. Other than that it is a very good stay.

Over priced , rooms are much much smaller what’s seen in the photo. I visited them once and found that the toilet smells like cigarettes and they didn’t even care

Excellent hotel, stayed 2 nights, very good buffet breakfast and sitting arrangements, very clean, good room service. The reception person needs to be trained better though. Stay was convenient. Recommended.

One of the best experiences I had ! Great price/quality value. The Staff was nice and professional. We were welcomed by a cup of Arabic coffee and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms are very clean and elegant. We stayed at the 3rd floor and there was NO noise even though the room overlooked a major street. Buffet breakfast had a huge variety for every taste and plenty fresh food even for the late risers! The pool and gym are good size. I highly recommend it for a short or long stay. We'll definitely go back. 👍🙏
