today was my first visit and it will be my last It disgust me how Dr. Amany for women and childbirth treat her patients So unprofessional so rude with no sense of respect towards a person and mostly towards a sick in pain person coming for help. As a professional Doctor who’s responsiblilty is to have the patience and self control to deal with people like us in need, this doctor for sure does not have that aspect in her. I do not advice anyone to go to that hospital if they allow doctor do behave like that!

Reception and nursing staff are extremely rude. No one is considerate of patients time or situation. The staff require a serious training course in how to handle treating the patients.

The worst hospital in all of Jeddah, and the level of sterilization is bad for the current situation of Corona but excellent doctor, Dr. Mustafa Jaber, and he deserves a visit, but his nurse is very poor and does not know the doctor’s schedule and the patient’s reception is not improved

Very bad medical directors. These Egyptian directors or managers don’t respect people. Please put Saudi staff in their positions. The head security guard who wears a cap is more qualified to be a manager of this hospital. Please stay away from these scammers. They are charging very high prices and trying to get out of your pocket as much as possible. Please stay away from this hospital at any cost.

Probably one of the best Hospital in the country in terms of its facilities and excellent service. Facilitation by the management to the patients are well arrange and well maintained. Doctors and Medical Staff/Nurses were very accommodating and attentive to your needs. I must say that it was a good experience in terms of Medical Attention and Care that I ever had. Staff are friendly and answers to questions well and their services are prompt. Service fees are much lower as compared with the other Hospitals. Place was well kept clean, security and parking is always good and place. I highly recommend this Hospital for having Professional Doctors and Qualified Medical Staffs/Nurses.

God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs in them. May God take revenge on them and not win them, and hasten the closure of the hospital I swear to God, it is one of the worst hospitals Mistreatment of nurses and doctors covering up for them, and there is no supervisor or accountant against them The patient dies in the emergency room and 3 doctors are sitting around talking to each other and laughing as if there are patients The nurse is shouting at the patient and we only sat for about half an hour until a doctor came to us. Finally, the nurse says his word and he is not satisfied. He comes and the doctor says, “You didn’t talk to me. You don’t know who to believe.” You go down to the radiology department, the doctor is alone, sitting in the room with the door locked, and the nurse asks where the doctor is. She says, “I don’t know.” We spent about a quarter of an hour, knowing that there was no patient in there before or after us. Then the doctor appeared, sitting for about a third of an hour in Al-Seeb. At the very least, what are you waiting for? He says, “Wait for the nurse.” At the very least, see her in front of you. He says, “No.” Finally, the same nurse came out again, but he wanted to waste time And one day you file a complaint, of course, with a doctor or a nurse, and none of them are wearing an identification card, and you ask them about their name, and no one answers you. Knowing that it is written in the list of patients’ rights ((You have the right to know the name of the doctor, nurses, and members of the team supervising your treatment.)) All I can say is that God will not help whoever caused it God does not spare him the point of a needle and puts him in the worst conditions and no one helps him

I have mixed reviews about the way they handle me (dental), I want to be neutral because not all have bad attitudes, I start by updating the iqama, and I will give 2 stars, why? not cooperative for some reason, Then the reception, 3 stars, not accurate and not helpful. then, the insurance approval section, 1 star for the stair and the location (very small for waiting people) 4 star for some staff (esp. Filipinos) they're respectful and fast. Finally, the dental doctor 5 stars Dra. Rania, for being well-explained and accurate work, will not let you go if you still have pain in your teeth and gums, she gives you amazing advice esp. elder person like me.

On or about the 24th of September 2022, I went to Aljedani Hospital, AlSafa in Prince Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Street. It was supposed to be a simple procedure of doing a filling on a chipped tooth. I point out there was no pain in my tooth or my gums. The dentist in question, took an x-ray and informed me she could do the filling. After she completed the procedure, she informed me that she had done a root canal procedure. She did not inform me nor did she take my permission to do this procedure. This was completely unprofessional and unethical. My mouth, gums, and teeth were in pain in the ensuing days. She prescribed medication and informed me to come back in a week's time to complete the procedure. After a week, my mouth was still swollen and in pain. She prescribed a second cause of antibiotics - it was now evident that the gums had become septic. During this second procedure, she rushed through the process as she had other customers waiting and became irritated at the concerns I was raising. She literally said that she had other customers waiting and that my time was up - it was like a conveyer belt that she was going through. This was totally unprofessional conduct on the part of a doctor. My teeth and gums were still in pain in the weeks that ensued. On the 24th of October, I went to 'My Clinic' for a second opinion. After x-rays, the specialist confirmed that my gums had become septic and that I required root canal therapy retreatment bicuspid[sic]. Unfortunately, I could not afford this treatment of SR2500 which had to come from my pocket. This was because AlJedani had billed my medical insurance for over SR 1500 for the initial botched root canal procedure. I am left with no further recourse but to sue the AlJedani Group of Hospitals for the unprofessional and unethical malpractice of their dental doctor.

Guys, there is a doctor named Yousry Taha Desouky, a dentist. If you say hello to him, he will tell you that a nerve has been removed!! .. Even when he gives and takes with the patient, I want to explain my situation to him. He says, “I’m sorry, there are people behind you.” He made me take x-rays twice, even though the first one was clear, but he insisted on taking a second one.. It seems to me that the reason is “because of the insurance.”

But hire reception girls. I hope they have the understanding and morals of the foreigner whom your employee inspects because the one you have has no morals or respect. She rudely says that she is racist against foreigners and does not like her in the face of foreign clients.
