Ok so this is what happened to me: -The receptionist was aggressive and not welcoming at all. -Each person I spoke to gave me a different price to the procedure I asked for. -When I asked about why the prices were different they said “don’t worry about it”, I told them “I am not worried I just asked a simple question about why the prices were different” they replied “it is just the system”, I asked a relative who works there and he said that is not true. - they spent a long time on the computer as if it is the first time they use it. -when I asked to pay the receptionist just walked away, and came back few minutes later asking if I did, I said no so we spent few more minutes -not sure why- then asked me to go to the other receptionist. -the doctor did not examine me at all. -they asked me to go and pay, and when I did and came back they let someone else inside instead of me, and when I told them that it is my turn, they said “ok we will ask them to step outside”!. -they didn’t step outside of course, so the doctor stepped out and spoke to me in the hallway without examination what so ever.

The worst service ever. PCR test results took more than 30 hours. They advertise it will be available within 12-18 hours which is not true. Absolutely not recommend, save your time and go somewhere else. People waited for hours to get their results and no one follows the instructions for social distancing and some of them have a positive result, which is madness!!

Very unprofessional staff at reception even don’t know how to open file for doctor. After one hour got the file but the receptionist asking for full amount for doctor fee. I informed him that I am covered with insurance than again have to wait for one more hour to add me in insurance, which he tried and tried but don’t know what to do. Somebody came from other department to help him. This is the frist experience don’t know what will happen next

Terrible. I booked a video consultation and I waited an entire hour for the doctor and she never showed up. I had already paid for the appointment. I tried calling the customer service number but it seemed to be automated and didn’t respond to what I was saying. Then I sent an enquiry but no response. Update: I was quietly refunded several days later. Then after a few days someone called to ask about it. I wonder if they read this review.

My experience was with cardiologist Mahmoud Mounir. He treated us badly, as if he was kind enough to serve us, and when I spoke to him in his manner, he said to see a second doctor. I am sad why I do not know the names of the medicines I am sad why I do not know the details of an operation that took place 25 years ago.

My experience was with pediatric dentist Sulafa Al-Hazmi I literally do not advise anyone to come to it because its exploitation is clear. Before it starts, it asks you how much is your insurance limit to close it, and in fact you closed the limit. .. I mean, we got it and it was perfect. We came out after two visits and it was perfect There is a gap between the years that needs to be filled to raise the insurance approval that it has been worked for years!!!!? And when we finished the simple fillings, Al-Tamah said that the next visit is a decayed tooth that we can treat for a root canal or an extraction. God made me laugh when I asked a second doctor and he told me that the tooth was healthy! Just the pigmentation is cleaned and there is no problem!??? I seek refuge in God from ugly people who have no morals

Long quee only one person behind the counter,, I did my nasal sawb on Saturday 5 pm , I received a call Sunday 5 am informing me that I need to repeat the swab , Unfortunately I repeated the nasal swab again Sunday morning, I need to come again Sunday night to take the resul as . Result came out on Mondy morning It did not apear in Tawakalna I do not recommend to do COVID Test in this center

I have done my PCR for covid-19 and they told me I am going to receive it in 24 hours and when I visited them they told oh sorry you should receive it in 48 hrs because you have done it in weekend shift which is in Thursday after 4 pm you should receive it on Saturday by 9 pm and until now I have not received anything and passed 48 hours!!!

They have no credibility and cooperation with the patient at all, but they want money and their system for sick leave, even if your condition is critical, they do not give you more than a day and tell you the Ministry of Health system even though the rest of the clinics give you according to the diagnosis of your condition.
