Why there isn’t Ladies gym here in this branch? Please start a Ladies one.. The rest of them are too far to travel since I got kids at home.. I want to join but no Ladies gym around this Sharafiyah area

Majority of the the instruments are broken at this site. All stationary bikes are broken for last 6 months with no one follow up - if you ask the staff they get angry and do not listen

Fitness Time has changed its program structure. Other than the membership fees, you have to pay more in order to train properly. Now they have something known as a personal trainer who’s going to train with you for at least an hour every session. They will also provide you the guide to your nutrition but BEWARE, it’s going to empty your pockets as 12 session costs a whopping of 2016 riyals. There are 50 sessions as well with an increased cost. The swimming schedule has been removed and now you cannot learn swimming for free as it was before. Even for swimming you have to pay for the sessions in order to learn to swim. They have the same price which is 2016 per 12 sessions and 1300 something for 6 sessions. It’s a way to earn more money my friends. On the bright side, they have installed new treadmills and many other machines. However, the juice and corn stalls have been closed down.

Needs attention to cleanliness. Bathrooms are substandard

Poor customer service, long time member at the gym asked them for ONE free 1 day coupon which they always give out to customers, and the worker there said it’s for 110 riyals for ONE day trial coupon which is a complete lie. Will not change my review till this specific branch learns how to treat customers properly. Horrific experience. All they want is money

After renewal the gym has become great 👍 Coach Abdelfattah in the swimming pool is a very decent and experienced coach.

Very Good Ambience, very professional staff. Especially Swimming Trainer Mr Abdul Fatah Mahmoud is the BEST. Good Natured, well Mannered with swimming expertise. I liked the placed and the people. I Recommend to all those who wish to learn swimming should get in touch with couch Mr Abdul Fatah.

I entered as a visitor, the place is very excellent, clean and quality, and all the equipment you can think of is present. The center includes a basic swimming pool, a cold pool, a hot pool, a football field, also a sauna bath, and also a steam bath.

It looks great I wish I can visit

There are many complaints for the maintenance of the cold jaccuzzi, which is out of service for nearly 3 months or so... No action or attention was taken by the management to date. This is totally unacceptable.

Equipments were clean and new , bathrooms need more attention, excellent location and parking were available just one thing smiley welcoming staff will be great

The swimming pool facility is very good and trainers are very professional. My son is trained by the swimming trainer Mr. Abdul Fatah. I found him very professional, skilled, dedicated and hardworking trainer. His method of training was very good and my son learned swimming in 12 sessions only and now he can swim well. I strongly recommend Abdul Fatah if you are looking for a good professional swimming classes.

The club branch is not professional but it's a great place for training. Because of close to the sea so the weather there is wonderful.

I go here regularly. A bit crowded in the evening. Overall a great place to workout.

It has a nice view, when you use the treadmill you can see the sea. Its swimming pool just renovated.

It’s really satisfy fitness time in the KSA. There have coaches. They are very helpful. Specially coach Qaseem, coach Iron, coach baha, coach joy they are training is absolutely awesome. I like them.
