Very bad after sales service, i sent my 2 month old TV six days ago for maintainance, I didnt receive any temporary TV as u say, on Thursday I received a call from land line, couldn’t answer it coz i was in a meeting, dialed back to find out there alotttt of extension, and i cant reach even anyone, i told customer service and they replied i missed it !!!! Like i should be on the phone 24/7 with no date agreed before The service application is a joke, and giving wrong information, and u can’t communicate with anyone your customer service are useless they keep LYING and no1 gives a single straight answer, each time i have to endure 30-45 minutes on hold just for my turn and u do nothing !!!!!!!, I TOLD THEM GIVE VE ME BACK MY TV ILL PASS BY MYSELF TO TAKE IT and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME back MY PROPERTY,

Place is nice but to get a PlayStation "(cash price 1400) on installment your salary should be 12000. Are you guys out of your mind. Why someone will buy something worth 1400 riyals on installment and his salary is 12000. Rather than this place is clean nice and if you have cash its an amazing place to buy stuff.

For amazing deals do visit extras. Easily spend 3-4 hours here. You get all electronics under one shop

Extra stores are cloned copies from each other. One downside is that, Most of things that on sale are not available.

Very bad after sales service. They refused to replace the battery under warranty because the of scratches on the frame. Nonsense! I will never buy from you again. Jarir is my choice from now on.

Bought a dell laptop four days ago, its the last one on the shop, so i got one on the display. I know it won't be 100% condition, but i can brush it off with the good deals and free gift card. The minus is, that the employees that gave me a hard time, because i got one on the display, they weren't ready for the box for my laptop, and i was told to wait a few days to get the box. In the end I went home with laptop without the box, just plastic bags and told the employees that i will get it a few days later because i have something important to do. Its not the worse, but can be improved.

Very poor customer service, I asked for travel adapter they start to wonder what is it and ask me to go here and there without having any knowledge.

Terrible Terrible. Better close the store. Employees feel they are entitled. Why pay them to sit on the chair and do nothing

This time my experience was bad at Extra near Jamea, Jeddah. We choose one Laptop staff said its only 1 piece remaining and its on Display, while we are going to Buy they said you have to pay additional 250 Riyals for extented warranty. I refused to get this and they said, without this extendes warranty we cannot sell this.

fake offers on the website..when you go to branch ,you find that last piece or pieces gone. For me 2 incidences, today i rushed to buy a nokia tablet which is labelled 487 sr, on the cashier it showed 899 sr and then ,they said that 32 gb ver is not available

I found discrepancies between products prices on shelves and there actual prices which may mislead customers if they aren't aware of the discounted products.
