Since two days I am continuously trying to contact PIA offices in jeddah via call but no body is not even pick up the call. I am residing in RABIGH saudi arabia and want to travel to pakistan on emergency basis. From rabigh to jeddah the travel is one & half hour so before go to PIA office jeddah, i want to confirm the availability via call as i don't have conveyance to travel. But pakistani crew is so so irresponsible even in this critical situations of covid-19, they are not panic to help their own people. Is this the type of relief the PIA is providing to overseas?

Staff behaviour is very Good and Cooperative

I have visited the office on 10th January, 2021 to enquire the status of ticket refund and had very good experience with PIA officials in the Booking office, located Mishrifah, Madina Road, Jeddah. Their dealing was polite and cooperative.

Nobody received a call. Non cooperative staff.

For any help or support consult Mr. Imran sb, Great person always dealing professionally and ethically.

I am not sure if they relocated, but when I visted their office at this location 2 months ago, it was such a bad experiance. The place was way understafed, there was only one customer service agent. The ticket system to determine whos turn it is to serve was not working and the agent was relying on his memory. The waiting area was vary limited, I was standing the entire time.

Absolutely professional staff!! Mr Abdul Ghani, Mr Imran Hameed and Mr Raja Qamar Sb. Role model for any company!! They go to every extent to make sure that our experience with PIA booking is easy and convenient!! Hats off to all staff!!

Flight was delayed multiple times and not once did any representative of PIA come to apologize to the passenger or offer any update. They acted like the passengers were at fault and were being unreasonable when they questioned the staff.

They don't answer the phone calls. They pick up the phone just to hang it up without answering. When I visited the office, the two guys were chit-chating, sitting, and doing nothing as if there were no clients. No need of this office,as it is a burden on our aconomy. There are many private agencies that give efficient and satisfactory services.

Very bad Airline and not good service I try to call no one reply I have fight to Pakistan No732 fight time at 22:00 than they inform to 23:00 now they say unit now the plan not come from Pakistan unit now whose responsibility this

don't use this airline very dangerous and always delaying flights even i don't want to give star because of no star i cant post

The new smaller Office has a limited but very professional staff.

Incompetent staff. Time pass staff.... Worst service... Fraudi Raja on front desk..
