By the way in the same time another customer was waiting with his family and the same issue , we even left before him I guess he didn’t give up .. one of the female employee mentioned that’s they are new and no body trained them . And the Saudi man that is the manager on them is taking a walk around the mall .. horrible shop experience and a total waste of time .

Very bad experience at this branch I had been ever see in my life at the shops ..! As I had shoes from branch and need to change it to other one since Ramadan 2022, I contact them a lot of times and they replied to me not yet arrived , after 6 weeks I called them and they told me it’s arrived . I came to them and found the shoes not here and they told me they tried to call me and acutely this is not happened !!! After 8 weeks I didn’t receive my shoes Is it logic !?? And they said it’s arrived and sale it by mistake !! How come this happen in this brand . After one day from my last visit I contact the supervisor and the Managment team to complain they replied to me please visit the store and you will find your shoes, I did !
