I’d rate 5 stars for the facilities, cleanliness, and the smart use of everything. On the other hand, the reception staff aren’t welcoming at all and their attitude give them a robotic vibe! Another thing is that one of the coaches also isn’t friendly, she came to class 10 minutes late, she checked the names for 5 minutes so the class started 15 minutes after its actual time! In addition to that, she didn’t introduce herself to new comers, didn’t give attention to any health conditions, and during the class she was like training for herself and not checking on other participants if they’re doing the correct form or not! One more thing I noticed that there isn’t any coach assigned in the weights area only for safety reasons to make sure that no injuries would happen. Hence the 3 stars are given.

Very very bad costumer service! Receptions and managers are rude and not helpful. Also every time they come up with a new rules that are not in the gym contract. I do not recommend if you are looking for a place to have piece of mind

This might be the best gym in the region. It feels safe and it’s full of inspiring coaches. Would like to thank the people behind this project for their quality of work and dedication. Such a wonderful experience 💪🏾

I like the no music rule the most, maintains a professional and holistic environment. I hope the gym sticks to it and remains consistent in everything else it delivers too.

I would not recommend joining this gym whatsoever due to the rude and unhelpful nature of the employees whether its at the reception or the coaches, i found it to be very unpleasant to ask them questions or help, i think it’s because no one is monitoring their behavior is the reason they’re rude and impolite And also uncooperative, let alone the “new rules” they imply on us every few months, as for the automatic response i will receive after i post this review i only ask of you to monitor your employees’ behavior and work ethics as it drives your customers away from your gym, and for everyone planning to join, think twice.

The gym looks great, with a hip interior. The customer survice not sure. very strict bookings policies that make u anxious, they depend to much on the system which doesn't allow for flexibility. Not friendly, robotic...

Loving my new gym, some things need to improve but we’ll see. I usually come in do my workout and leave, I don’t bare staying longer due to the surrounding environment. The community in this area isn’t my favorite but I mind my own business and try not to focus on that.

The place is like no other when it comes to the set up and equipments... Will see about customer service.

Whoever runs the IT department of this gym needs to be reconsidered. The entire appeal of the gym is that it’s a smart gym and is app based. This means class booking, personal training, in body appointments , community messages, workout and nutrition features are all included in the members’ payment and are all accessed via the app. Unfortunately, our access to the app keeps getting disrupted and it takes a long time to regain access to it usually happening again. Some members at the gym have had months without access to the app and book through the website which doesn’t always guarantee they will get the classes they want in time. For me, my contract with the gym all of a sudden disappeared and that means that I can’t book classes or access other features in the app. It also means that the classes I already booked for (which are hard to get) have a chance of getting cancelled since their chaotic system doesn’t recognize me as an active member of the gym. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to not only have this problem but to keep having it multiple times. If universities, workplaces,schools and other gyms can work in an electronic system then this gym should be able to as well. It’s their choice to keep running into the same problem and not find a better solution.
