Had great experience with Team Rentokil specially Mr. Feras Alsadi a very cooperative men, respond on every complaint immediately to solve the issues in our facilities Ashwa Technologies, Naturepak Consumer packaging and Naturepak corrugated packaging.

Great service provided by them. Technician Abed is responsible for Shaza Al Madinah Hotel and is familiar with our requirements and services. Good communication and quick response from him. Amazing staff, very professional help. Simply we can say exceptional.

The worst company ever. STAY AWAY! To start they lied about availability of service appointments. Then they apologized and said we will refund you the amount you paid since we couldn’t schedule a suitable time. Ive been chasing them for 6 weeks for the refund and they said we will get to it when we have time and stop bothering us. Absolute rubbish of customer service.

For my experience Mr. Walter Sanchez one of the staff of Rent to kill is very resourcefull and respectfull to his client and we are very happy that our problems were solved with his perseverance and i am amazed by his talent and i think he is a smart person as well..
