Good food. The shrimp soup and fried shrimps were excellent... The bags, however, leave more to be desired. They are not bad, but not exceptional either.

Our waiter wouldn't smile, and that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The other waiters kept referring to him whenever we asked anything. it seemed like they were under training or newly hired. The food took so long to be served (around 45 minutes) They served some plates around 20 something minutes before other plates saying fried food cooks faster which forced some of us to eat their food cold as they had to wait for the others food out of politness. The only seafood I usually enjoy is fish, so although I hated my crab, I can't fairly judge how good or bad it was. My friends thought their dishes were okay. The place was clean, and the chairs and tables were comfortable.

Shrimp varieties are very tasty, although this place is a bit pricey.

Everything is good and delicious but after I tried shrimp zone I feel that the chili sauce is a bit sweet and lesser garlic which I did not like others might like it but I perfer shrimp zone (منطقة الجمبري)

Really liked it. Got Butter Garlic and Cream Sauce Both flavors were equally nice. Got this at as the “Lunch Offer” and the price was really a catch too! One little comment though: some shrimp wad too stuck to the shell hard to peel and some were too much shell and little shrimp inside. However, everything else was great Totally wound recommend to also get a side of Dynamite shrimp; was too good 💯 Quick staff quick order Had a nice visit.

Really enjoyed the meal i had at Hook!! The tastiest shrimp and the cajun sauce was so flavourful. Waleed the restaurant manager was super friendly and pleasant. Very good food with very good service. We will be back.

Your food is so delecious , but i was always surprised for the service , how come you have only one employee to serve !!! We waited for more than 15 minutes for him to ask for our order, and we asked to sit upstairs & he refused saying i am serving alone here ! This is not fair to leave one employee at such a restaurant And same comment for alsultan branch bcz i tried both , they are always late there to take the order

best shrimp I have ever had, so yummy ! we had lemon pepper and white sauce definitely going to be my go to spot for shrimp !!
