My experience at this mall was marred by the high number of closed shops. It significantly limited the shopping options, resulted in a lackluster atmosphere, and made it challenging to find specific items I was looking for. Unless the mall management addresses this issue and revitalizes the space with more active and diverse stores, I would hesitate to recommend it as a shopping destination.

Has a v large Aeon supermarket that i think can fight with the one at Tebrau. But prices i feel Tebrau is slightly cheaper. A lot of the retail shops here are not opened. So unless ur here to do groceries i think Aeon Tebrau might be a better choice. The supermarket here has a nice dining area and lots of food selection. The sushi and the roasted meat section looks damn gd tbh.

I've been visiting this mall quite often nowadays especially during the weekends as it is located quite nearby to my condo. Plus, there is ample of parking available. Before Paradigm Mall was opened this place was the THING - it used to be packed. And now, you can find parking near the entrance easily. That's quite convenient now. 😅 This mall offers variety of food joints. My favorite is the Aeon's Delicatessen section - they have a line up of Japanese delights. The saba fish set is delectable. There is sushi, Tempura, premium hotdogs, salad, sandwiches and nasi lemak too. However, the clothing department, I find it smaller than Maluri's (KL) branch. There are only 3 to 4 brands of formal shirts available. The formal leather shoes brands are quite limited in choices too. Positive side, the mall carries a lot of other good retails brand like Sports Direct, Uniqlo , and not forgetting the eateries 😋 My experience yesterday (8jul18), there was a fly inside the bakery compartment/trays (picture at attached). It was flying around and I try to let it out but it was a stubborn fly. 😢 I think the bakery is called LaBoheme. Please ensure a staff is around to ensure such incident doesn't happen.

Good place, good ambience and a good choice to spend your time with a family. Easy to go because very near to our parents house (Ser Austin). Whenever we come back to Jb, we always come here to buy food, groceries,clothes and so on. Parking is spacious. Sad to know that Padini is no longer there and so many shops either is dissapering one by one.

This Aeon Mall is nice and a lot of things to shop compared to others Aeon.

Plenty of parking space, clean environment and a short drive from my home. The mall was quite empty, maybe due to people were busy balik kampung.

Lot of places already closed but still good place for kids to hang out with as long the Kidszoona opens and for family dine-in at Chicken Rice Shop..

don’t waste your time or money coming here, this is the sleepiest mall I’ve ever been in. there’s literally no action or traffic here

So many stores already closed especially at 1st and 2nd floor. The crowded mostly at the aeon supermarket only. Parking outdoor is quite hard due to lots of vehicle. Better go to the indoor parking inside the building. The security guard will check and cop your resit at the exit

Pity so many shops closed down but the mall have Switch! Used to love watching movies here and the dry pan mee at the food court was delicious! Now.. No more food court.. 😭

I love the MBO cinema as they cater to children, they have a playground outside the cinema an they even have a playground in the cinema and they are allowed to make some noises( although most children are busy watching the movie) and they have a bed for you and family to sit or sleep in . Their movie tickets are also cheap per pax @$9rm per bed @$18rm (can fit 2 adult n 1 child) A lot of food eateries and activities for the children ( a kids centre- bouncy castle, ball pool, pretend play area etc)

Best place to shopping and eating..the decorations are nice & attractive.. Cool place to relax..

One of the newer Aeon malls. Nice clean mall with ambient surroundings. Parking is plenty too. Unfortunately many shops had been closed down post pandemic

I have travel many places in Malaysia n overseas too but never that i saw a big mall with swimming pool for kidz in lower ground floor. Lots of shops n good foods too eat Really like this place. I hv been here quite often n wil also do. You should try to come too.

The food court offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, though there aren't many branded stores; only a few are available. However, there is a cinema on the premises.

Every time I bought things from Aeon Bandar Dato Onn, their guards definitely want to check my receipt. Everyone see me like I stole things from the mall. Make me awkward & embarrassed. Not once but thrice. I hope management will look into it

This mall was design specifically for families. They provide us with toilet for parents to change their baby's diapers, clean them conveniently, and there's a special nursing rooms for mothers. Also got Coway for parents to make their kids milk. Thank you so much! Theres also toilet specifically design for childrens. The parking lot also give priority for families with strollers to park infront of entrance. GSC got playground inside the cinema guys! Got huge slide also. And the most special is they got bed inside the cinema guys which cost RM80. Near GSC got Kidzania. RM 60 for a whole day play. This mall is the best in Malaysia!

A good place to go for window shopping. Sadly, there's lots of shops shut down. Maybe can't sustain the price hike & the mall feels 'empty'

A one stop facility where you can find a lot of amazing shops. The staff at the help desk are very friendly. Usually not as packed on weekdays.

spacious, good parking, good toilets, good wide range of food at aeon mall (asam laksa bowl at rm9.90 is definitely recommended), and there's also GSC cinema..

Not much shop open yet due mostly because of covid. Some stores have to close but the main tenant Aeon mall is big with lots of variety. Supermarket is awesome

Not a lot of retails shop but their foodcourt area design are prettier than any other mall

I haven't been here for quite a while. * The atmosphere is nice and inviting. * Affordable clothing to choose for my children at Aeon. * Easy parking.

I love to shopping here because easy parking, not so many people, used to buy my kid clothes and my clothes here. The quality is good. Got auntie Anne's, tealive, sushi kings, the chicken rice shop, mee tarik warisan and subway.

Like the shopping here as they had items for everyone. Very nice to have seat all over. Need a rest before we can shop/eat again and again. All shopping mall should mirror this. 👍

[Visit:30102022] It was our first visit since border re-opened in April. A lot of shops/eateries are closed. It is a quiet mall now. The only good news is that you do not need face a big crowd if you go Aeon supermarket for marketing.

It seems new..and that it will have many upcoming shops. It is quite a huge and clean mall. food court is yet to open . There are only a few restaurants for now..

12/08/22 6.45 pm Had a problem with ticket today, and the information counter was empty. Went to customer service counter and they couldn't do anything. My mom had to wait for a long time and ring the bell before this guy came and settle the problem. What if a child had been missing or other problems occur? Do your job folks.

Our favourite's dining place. One of the most consistent in taste (to our tongue, of course). Very much enjoyed spicy Kue Tiaw Kungfu. The place also offers air-conditioned room, suitable for birthday celebration.

Used to be a great place to shop. now Is quite boring due to many shops closed down. But I still love to go there for grocery, environment is comfortable and the best is lots of parking space. Pls remember to fill your stomach before going to Aeon Dato On coz left only few restaurants there,I think about 5 to 6 restaurant only. Not much choice!

Great mall that's relatively new with supermarket and plenty of parking. However most shops closed due to covid19 and didn't recovered.

Same set up as the one at bukit indah, its a pity most of the shops are empty especially when u have h&m as an anchor tenant, hope to see more big brands shops coming in to the mall, wheres padini, brands and fos or even oc originals?

Not that much of things in here now compared to last time, maybe due to MCO last year - most of the stores are closed. But if you’re only planning to go to the supermarket, then this is the place - lots of parking spaces. For shopping wise, not recommended, only have H&M in it with little variety of clothes. Food - only managed to find this Assam Laksa :)

Family-friendly mall with kids cinema, outdoor playground, indoor swimming pool and even a kindergarten. IMHO this is more than I can ask from an AEON Mall, really. Wonderful! Hope the F&B n retails can be revived after the global financial damage caused by COVID-19 though. All the best!

the place is good, beautiful & clean. Not too packed, it is a place where good to go for chilling.

It's convenient and not very crowded. Can get my stuff and out very quickly.

most shop close down their business due to covid....usually will have ample shop to choose especially for garment...so sad.
