One of the best hotel to stay in Jorhat with Clean rooms, good n tasty food , beautiful outdoor sitting area and very well behaved, polite staff.

It was a wonderful experience

Rooms have 2 single beds, which is convenient for friends to stay at. But ground floor rooms have mosquitoes, although Repelent is provided.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Jorhat but at a walkable distance from AT road. With the beautiful garden, lightings and ambience it is wonderful to spend the weekend with your loved ones.

It’s a lovely property - but sadly the staff is utterly untrained. The dysfunction of the place made our stay far less enjoyable than it could have been. For example: we had to beg for normal towels to be provided, only to find that after we received them, they had later been removed again from our room, in our absence; we unsuccessfully asked for toilet paper for three days; toiletries that were on hand for some reason were never given, until we took them ourselves; the one breakfast we had was terribly overpriced. Again - the staff is very kind but needs training very badly.

In a simple they are very unprofessional. After requesting so many times they have not provided GST invoice during Chek out time as they told they are facing talechnical issues.. they supposed to provide it later but now they are not responding my call.

1. Hospitality of staff is beyond imagination. 2. The place is so serene n prestine 3. Food is excellent. 4. Rooms are spacious n well maintained I feel like spending at least one week only in the hotel n its surroundings.

The hotel is awesome, behaviour of the staffs are nice , superb hospitality. Very nicely located and cleaned property. Surely visit again.

I would say 4.5 stars. But comparing with others and the homely feeling service... 5 star is apt. If you come to Jorhat... This is the place for you. No complaints at all!

Nice property. Enjoyed staying there. Food was awesome, rooms are clean,ambience is to good. Greenery everywhere well maintained garden.

The property is so rightly named as "Serene Park" as the whole environment is calm and soothing to the eyes. Totally enjoyed the stay with my family. Looking forward to visit again.
