We went there for lunch. To be quite honest, if you are someone who can pay like ₹240 for Chicken Fried Rice , Noodle etc then it's a treat for you. And, if your budget is tight but you need some cool pictures to be clicked , one good thing is that you can always go to the terrace and click some photos and eat somewhere else 😜

🤣🤣🤣This is my first ever restaurant where they didn't provide me with any menu or bothered to ask me what I need.. Like I was sitting there for 7 minutes straight alone.. And it was not like the staff was veryy busy or something.. No. The restaurant was blank and the staffs were not busy. They even saw me i was sitting alone, yet they didn't ask me. When I first entered, one staff member asked me if I have already pre ordered something. I said no I didn't, I have entered just now. He said ok. Then I sat there for 7 minutes straight 🙂🙂🙂. See this maybe a small thing but 😂😂😂 who doesn't ask a customer what he/she needs? Like yes I could have called them myself but i was just seeing do they even care. Then my friend came in and he called for the menu. We wanted to go out of there yet we ordered soup thinking "khali peit ghar nahi jaate" Also I ordered extra tanduri roti 🤣🤣🤣 don't ask me why I just did for no reason. The food was ok ok. He went to pay the bill and he said they kinda laugh for the extra tanduri roti that i ordered🤣 they also took time to make the bill In short 🤡not a good experience I have been to prism for 3-4 times with my friends group. They did treat us ok. But today lmao. They don't care about customers unless it's a big group I guess.

Nice, clean interior. Rooms are spacious. Located in a quiet area. But still the main market is at a walking distance. Very good for business travellers. Complementary breakfast spread is reasonably okay in terms of variety and quality.

We went to this place for dining. Did not liked the behavior of the guy at the reception of the restaurant at all. He was totally uninterested while we were talking to him.

This should be called a lodge.Spiders are there in washroom.The toilet seat is filthy.They did not clean the room until and unless I shouted.Even there is no hot water in the tap. After all I highly discourage all to avoid this hotel.

I had an awful time, first because of the room 309 which was stinking of a dead rat before they moved me to another room 310 in which cockroaches, worms and lizards greeted me. The housekeeping staff are not trained, forgot to do their job at one go and and made a lot of noise. The footmats and carpets were filthy and the front desk guy completely unresponsive to any request or suggestion. Finally I got the manager to listen and he then wanted to move me to a better room the evening before I was leaving. I shall never go back there. The only thing good about prism is the location and the very friendly and helpful bell boys at the ground floor.

I went twice recently, but it wasn't as nice as it used to be. The food was not good. We ordered chicken wings and it had a foul smell, though they replaced the order. Additionally, the service is subpar. However, the atmosphere is pleasant for spending time with loved ones.

The staff service is worst. Regarding the food, it was good. But the working staff needs to be attentive, fast n should focus on the customer first inplace of doing their own works....

Disgusting experience. After receiving my PNR number, I get a call from the hotel saying they are transferring my stay to another hotel (with much lower rent than what we already paid) because apparently Prism no longer had rooms available! They overbooked (insisting it as a technical issue) and they won't refund the money nor were they willing/able to accommodate us. When we called the hotel informing them that we would file a consumer complaint for such misdealings, they immediately relented and promised us a room. We thought the problem was solved until we reached the hotel. We were allotted Room 410 (an employee informed that it's the most congested and infrequently used room) and it has to be the worst hotel experience we're ever had. They didn't even provide us a dustbin in the bathroom, there was no bathroom doormat and water was all over the cramped room floor, we called house keeping so many times but there wasn't a single time when they picked up. Plus, the 'employee only' room right next to our room would constantly give out smell of cigarette smoke and our room would be full of it! When I called room service to request tissues (because other channels on the intercom don't respond) they picked up and asked me to come down to the restaurant and get it myself! (I never got any tissues btw). At the time of checkout, the person at the reception even went as far as to say that since ours was a "third party booking, the hotel does not receive the money we paid - which is why we had to be given such a sub-par room" (and sub-par hospitality I guess) and encouraged us to book directly with the hotel for future bookings. If that's the case, why list the hotel then? Overall totally disgusted with the whole experience, I'm never going there again.

Hotel is good and its location is usp. Restaurant is also good for dining. Services are good. You can't find hotel better than this in Jorhat. However there is no airport pick up and drop facility available. Laundry service is not good in terms of clothes delivery. In room dining is good.

We visited the restaurant for the first time and with a toddler the staff is quite friendly and helpful. With complimentary drinks for my toddler and snacks. We enjoyed the food and the ambience too. Pleasant experience.

A good luxury hotel for stay in Jorhat. Located in posh area of Jorhat near the Tennis stadium and dak bungalow, is at heart of city Jorhat. Close to airport and other local amenities.

Scope of improvement exists in terms of House keeping. Breakfast is quite good with multiple options.

I had been to this place for my anniversary party and i am highly impressed with the arrangements made for the day.... everything was perfectly organised right from the decoration....the ambience...and the food which was highly appreciated by my guests.i highly appreciate the hospitality and the service provided by the staff members... looking forward to more such association.

One of the best hotel in Jorhat. It is located in the 3rd floor in the Reliance smart bazaar building, opposite of the Jorhat Circuit House. It is just 2 km from the railway station. Complimentary breakfast is available and so good.

I have to this place for my friend's engagement party. It was a small intimate family cum friends party and was arranged in rooftop! I am not sure about the rooms but prolly they'll be in great condition anyway cz its listed among the three star hotels in the town! The view is awesome & easily trackable from anywhere!

It is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever come across. Staff to food to rooms everything is pathetic. Courtesy, hygiene, behaviour, room service absolutely of the worst state. Don't ever think of going to prism. Mr Kuntal also doesn't reply on inputs which require his attention. Pathetic is the one word to describe Prism

Worst customer service. They even not asking for water. Also the roodtop is just a show off. I had been planning to celebrate my wifes bday in the rooftop restuarant for last few days. But this restaurant make the whole day worst.

Only thing good about this hotel are the rooms. Service is one of the worst. It is located in a building that houses a Reliance Grocery Store. The whole surrounding is filthy, stairs are stained with 'Gutka'. Please do not get carried away by the online photographs.

Great experience but the service is not that good . Specially the drink maker he is in different attitude while taking the order of the drinks. They also don't have basin inside the restaurant and have to go to bathroom to wash your hand which was so poor.

Booked for 3 days, from 08.05.22 to 11.05.22. Suddenly , in middle of the 2nd day, while we were busy making urgent social visits, we were informed over phone that the room is been booked to some other guest and our goods were kept in a seperat bay !!??

Overall, we had a great experience with the hotel Prism. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate any occasion.Thank you for the great services and facilities provided.

I stayed at Prism for 15 days, food was good, staff behaviour was also good. But there manager Mr Ahmed was very rude and on last day of stay he ruined our trip by charging us money for one cracked glass table. The crack was already there from the start and we did not used that glass table , but we committed mistake by not telling the manager Mr Ahmed . We only told this issue to the service staff. Always check all objects present inside the room at the time of check-in. Otherwise manager like Mr Ahmed will ruin your trip.

It is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Jorhat. When ever i visit Jorhat i will like to go to this restaurant with my family and friends. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. You can trust them to give a sound advice.

Nice and clean. Food is not bad. But could be better. Service is ok. Ordered north indian dishes. Taste was nice but not extraordinary. Quantity satisfactory. Good place to go with family for the ambience.

The hotel is good but the services are not adequate, especially the senior/manager at the front desk. Housekeeping as well as other staffs are also not cooperating. There was no phone in the room & washroom was also not good Staff and services should more generous and polite.
