An average level Restaurant in this town.

Very poor hygiene. Staff very rude. owner very mean. Never ready to listen the complain about dirty restaurent and flies in food and also in nan. They were cutting the salad on the floor inside when we asked they said talk to the owner. Very very dirty people.

Well its pretty average in taste with total waste of money we tried their halwa puri in nashta and every guest was disappointed by taste and all money got wasted...improve taste or close your shop

Very dirty restaurant. Very poor service and also owner sitting on cash counter who lives upstairs of the restaurent do not have manners to talk to ladies customer. Very rude staff specially owner when we complained about the dirty restaurent. They were filling water to drink from washrooms

Usman Family Restaurant is located at Central Park, Ferozpur Road near Kahan Nau. The ownee of this restaurant is Farooq bhai. He is a nice man and has got great hospitality skills. The staff is great here. A variety of NAAN is made here. Food is delicious. This winter Kasuri fish is being fried here. Recommended!

Food quality us good specially Bar BQ is best. Important thing is that they provide Halwa puri 9:00 am to 12:00 am. rates are little bit expensive.

Their food is not bad(specially breakfast) but they need to learn customer service. I went by myself and sit on a chair and one of guy came and told me to please sit inside if you’re by yourself. I said why can’t I sit outside, he replied they(probably owners) don’t like. Reason could be they prefer family to sit in this area. While I was eating one of grumpy owner came and said please next time don’t site here it’s for family, I politely told him three guys were sitting behind me and how come they were family without any female with them, he said no they were family(arguing). I understand they may prefer families sitting outside but “be same with everyone” even if that grumpy owner got frustrated/angry with me,he could have told me when I finished food or when I was paying bill not in middle of when I was eating. Other 2 owners who work throughout the week everyday are not bad. You’ll get temporary customers, but manners will give you long term customers.

Local and less costly food. A good taste. Open 18 hours a day.
