PLEASE READ this honest review. This was my 3rd trip to Dubai and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I was leaving, the manager tried to bribe me with a deluxe room for my next stay if I don’t leave a negative review. I would not stay here even if it was free!!! 1) My first impression was the lobby was very small. The pictures online are a complete lie. The lake view rooms do not have a bathtub facing the lake. 2) Accor has taken over Movenpick so they downgraded many amenities like chocolate hour and other cool perks they used to have. Service is not the same either 3) There were times room phones did not work 4) They shut the AC off at night because we had 2 rooms and between 2-4 AM the ac would stop working and we’d wake up super hot 5) When you call and ask for something they take like 45 minutes and you have to call again for something simple like a fork or tea bags 6) The walls are not soundproof. When I complained to the front desk we had noisy neighbors at like 2 AM yelling, they said they’d send security up. They shut up for like 5 minutes and continued making noise. I complained in the morning and the reception told me “Security did not find any noise.” Oh ok? So I guess I’m just delusional, lying snd hearing things LOL 7) WiFi was a piece of junk. It was so hard to look up things online and was very frustrating 8) Carpets are so dirty 9) There were people smoking on our floor. Is that even legal? 10) Only positive was cleaning staff & breakfast staff were very friendly…that’s about it Stay away from this hotel and JLT. Location sucks and there’s nothing to do nearby you have to drive everywhere. If you are planning a trip to Dubai, stay at JBR where there is the beach, food places and shops. Stay at Downtown has burj Khalifa, metro area and Dubai Mall or stay at the Palm which has tons of places to go to as well

Mövenpick hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the metro station and 20 minutes walk from the Marina and the Marina mall. The hotel is very clean they provides you with hygiene products. The breakfast is exceptional with big selection and you can choose to sit outside or inside. The staff was superb friendly and polite and they makes you feel like home. The room was perfect with beautiful lakes view. I’m definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again myself. Thanks guys for perfect hospitality.

Lake valley has the best services

UBK restaurant located in basement is one of my favourite places to have a meal and drink, the team there are amazing and very attentive, the food and the ambiance is what you need in a weekend

Amazing experience, I have been staying here for 10 months, which is a really long stay, among all the positive things I experienced and liked here, the staff stands out and specially “ kristin”, for all that long period of time she was always there arranging and managing room cleaning, laundry, whenever any problems is happening she shows up to solve it. Its not an underestimate to say that I could have had a totally opposite experience in the same hotel if the staff weren’t that good, its not about facilities never as much as it is about good staff. And Kristin indeed is adding the value 👌🏼

We stayed for a couple days this January and it was so great to stay there because all staff was so great specially the named Kristine. Her assistance is very hospitable and lively. We can't forget how she assisted us when she was cleaning our room. It was so neat and we didn't noticed any mistake to her job and she look so expert with everything that she can do. I'm giving her an excellent job and manners for everything that she can do to help us!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathrooms are spacious and well occupied with all the amenities. Bathroom with bathtub and shower experience was great. Restaurant is huge, spacious and sanitization was happening in front of us. Feel safe and hygienically well.

We stayed last week in movenpick and our experience was great. Especially rooms are with nice balcony. We spend most of the time in the hotel especially restaurant, balcony and bar. We can see bathroom are with shower cubicle which was never expected. Room cleaned once in a day. They are very friendly and helpful. Staff in restaurants are also very helpful. Big restaurant and clean. Huge buffet options. Loved it

The hotel exceeded my expectations, which were already high! The room was spacious and had a welcoming feel, and the bed allowed for some of the most restful sleeps I have ever had. The food was excellent! All staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. And the views and facilities on the property were beyond compare! This was the best hotel stay I have ever had and I look forward to returning one day! Balu and Kristine always helpful.kudos to them

Very positive surprise! I booked it last minute, didn't expect much but actually the room were much better than expected, I liked the overall atmosphere in the hotel. I recommend definitely, very good value for money! The staff was lovely. If your room is not facing the lake you may hear a background noise from the highway during the day but this is the case for every tower of JLT. A shuttle can take you to the beach, and you can never be bored with the great dining place down the hotel with live music!

Hotel is opposite of a construction site, currently. All Junior Suites are reasonably affected. The management/ staff is not reminding guests to wear masks inside the hotel risking the health of other guests. Very disappointing! Breakfast is of a upper medium standard. Staff is quite friendly. Rooms and particular bath rooms are pretty old. Hotel is quite far from everything, i.e . train & taxi required (~30 min. downtown).

The room we had was huge and everything in it was great 👌🏻 I liked the breakfast especially the choices and everything is fresh... The hotel itself is very beautiful and employees were smiling and welcoming. Bandi balu was very helpful. It's great to have such staff. Concierge helped me to plan all well. First time I've came to the place and the music and food was amazing. The place was awesome and can't explain. Special Thanks to Tobias He was amazing I really thought he was a host and instead his a security. This guy has a lot of customers services and caring person. Lol. A "5" star hotel with one star service. Called them for 2 weeks almost every day to connect with the gym for a membership. No one bothered to answer the phone. Tried to connect with the manager after 2 weeks and I was informed someone would call me back. It's been 3 days and I'm still waiting. What a joke. Lost revenue. 👏 PS: You can see how bad the service is with the dumb copy+paste responses from their management (Pallavi) 😂

Rooms needs to be checked better and regularly, the first 8 floors only for the hotel the rest are furnished apartment, so you do not have the luxury to have better view. Breakfast same same every day, lots of more variety should be provided, people at the reception are fairly welcoming new comers. My experience with other Movenpick hotels are much better, that's why without thinking I booked with this branch.

The rooms are very small, old and dated. The crockery and cutlery inside the room beaks easily- tried to make a cup of tea and the cup brown in my hands as I poured hot water into it. Did the same a second time and it did it again. The carpet is old and dirty The room is full of dated, dark wood furniture Bad view of the road The chandelier in the lobby is the ugliest and oldest thing I have ever seen What happened to chocolate hour? Why is there no bar at the visitors pool anymore? Staff in this hotel are amazing, as always! They have tried to sort out my concerns as best they can but they can only do so much. This bigger problem is for the hotel owner and manager to resolve. Sort it out!

I highly recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Abdul Kader as he was very helpful and supportive. Rarely to see receptionist like him as he was very nice with us. All respect to him and to this hotel manager that choose employee like him. In addition the lady named Gulsaya was also very nice and very well trained and helpful as i called her from my room for some queries and she helped me immediately

the location is wonderful 1114 building services are up to standard, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Parking is easily accessible with valet parking. I have been living in this building for 2 years and I can say that I am satisfied

Superb service,food is great and music too. I stayed couple of times in this hotel. They are very helpful and attendive. UBK is great place to chill out. Rooms are with balcony and view. Metro is near by.

The food is always fantastic and no matter what I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite special shout-out to Stephen who always went an extra mile. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The beds were so comfy. Our room had an updated bathroom and balcony. We stayed 2 nights. The maid was in the hallway in the morning so it was easy to get more coffee and towels if we needed.

The room was nicely sized and had a great view of the city. The restaurant located in the hotel had excellent food; however, it was a little best for a hotel restaurant. The bed was definitely the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, but other than that I enjoyed staying here

My husband and I stayed here one night so we could attend an event in DXB. We used to stay quite often but hadn't in over 2 years. Staying this past weekend reminded us why we liked staying here. Upon arrival, Mr.Komron stopped the paperwork he was doing and greeted me promptly. He was super friendly and professional. He even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely lovely! Mr. Komron gave us a thorough overview of the Movenpick and UBK offers and amenities. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks a million, Mr Komron. Our suite was amazing! It had lots of windows that overlooked the water. The bathroom was fit for royalty! We did order room service (chicken strips and a beef burger). Both were delicious! The location is optimal! It is nearby (<3 minute walk) a supermarket, pharmacy, UBK restaurant and bar, and Jazz Pizza Express which has live performances nightly. The Metro station is also within walking distance. The hotel provides transportation and entrance to a private beach in JLT. The only thing that was not perfect about the stay was that they still have a minibar in the hotel room. I thought that with COVID19, all hotels (even 5* hotels) had done away with minibars for sanitation purposes. With such efficient hotel employees, QR codes, and room service, is a minibar even needed? Plus it impedes the check out process. The minibar has to be checked upon checking out, which delayed us about 20 minutes. We were charged for a bottle of whisky and a bottle of wine. We consumed neither. (We never consume any food or beverages from a hotel minibar for myriad reasons.) When I explained that we had not consumed anything from the minibar, someone was asked to recheck the room. Same response: 2 beverages consumed. My husband had to go back up to the room to show them that we hadn't eaten or drunk anything. The bottles that were “missing” were beside the mini-fridge. For some reason, neither person who'd checked the room had seen them. We were not upset or anything, just delayed 20 minutes. Mr.Kamron and the manager were very apologetic. It definitely was neither of their fault. It was just an overlook and misunderstanding. The hotel is still a gem! We look forward to returning soon.

We had two parties at Nosh Restaurant.. I can’t explain how happy me and my family were.. Great ambiance and excellent food.. literally every single guest complemented the food.. and for the both the parties, Mr Gokul planned everything perfectly and literally surprised us with certain things (don’t want to reveal all that 😜) that we will be forever thankful to.. and the service was excellent.. every single guest we’re made to feel special, were attended on time, were taken care of.. special thanks to chef for the amazing menu options and the most amazing food.. and the lady who made the garlic naan and tandoori roti, everyone praised you till date for your work.. overall it was an amazing experience and will definitely come back for more special events

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Overall my stay wasn’t great. First, the room isolation was pretty bad. I was in room 415 and at 7 AM there was sounds of construction work on top of my room which made me not sleeping well at all. Also I found a cockroach in the bathroom on the sink! Which was disgusting to be honest. Also I felt that the breakfast lacked food options, But the presentation and hygiene was really good.

I stayed 4nights in this room! The room was so big and clean. I want to mention about the nice hot tub and full screen window with nice view. It was the best time in dubai. Good value for money. Comfortable rooms. Excellent service. A little "on the edge" of Dubai but close to Metro and Marina Tram. Jumeirah Lake Towers offers lakeside walks and plenty of restaurants and coffee shop options.

My overall experience regarding the Movenpick hotel was nothing short of amazing! The location is very convenient since there are some great choice of restaurants, besides a market & pharmacy just right next to it. And The staff are beyond professional & friendly, from the front desk till the entrance of your room you are treated with respect and smiles your whole stay! We stayed at this hotel for a week after the Christmas break.. price was reasonable for Dubai but the hotels facilities were not 5 stars for sure. Old bed linens, not great shower and the AC system is very basic. We couldn't even control the temperature. I gave it 4 stars because the staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They changed the room.for us and helped as much as they could to make our stay better. Also the riva beach club access was a good bonus. Breakfast is not bad, a good variety and good selection of food. I came back on my birthday to find a cake in the room which was a nice surprise too.

I stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The staff is exceptionally warm and caring. A very special mention to Samuel who was perfect with us. The hotel is well located, not far from the DMCC metro, not far from the marina either. The hotel is clean and we feel good. The breakfast is varied and tasty. I recommend for a stay in Dubai.

Housekeeping Lucy and Narendra were extremely helpful. Our room was very neat and tidy. Extra towels, dental kits, bottles everything was kept up to date. The service was also very fast. Overall it was a beautiful experience

Fabulous hotel and great team at all point of contact. Breakfast is super yummy and offers a wide range of dishes suitable for vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and anyone else. Arrival is amazing and I would like to point out Mr. Ahmed Ahmed, parking supervisor who is very helpful, friendly and makes your arrival a fantastic experience every single time.

The staff is very polite and helpful ( they helped us with the luggage, called the taxi for, had recommended the places for a walk). I visited Rohini by Little Miss India in Oct 2023. Along with my friends, I loved the ambience very much. The atmosphere was lively and changes the mood instantly. Food was awesome 👌. I will give 5 stars to all food categories- veg, non veg. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks - it was also too good. All in all I would say a must try restaurant, you won't be disappointed at all.

The staff have been brilliant here. Everyone is super helpful, especially Jordon in the breakfast area who has been serving us in the past week. He would go out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and always had a lovely smile on his face that made you feel welcomed. I also kindly got upgraded to a better room by the manager Raju.

We arrived early to the hotel and the staff did what they could to get us checked in early, we were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite. Nothing was too much hassle, the food and service throughout our stay was impeccable and the location of the hotel is ideal for access to all of the main attractions in Dubai. I would happily stay here again.

Brilliant stay. Staff super helpful, nice and close to media city. Stayed on business, the British style pub UBK on the lower level was brilliant. Sports bar and live music later on. Got upgraded both times I stayed there, second time to a full suite. Both times had balconies.

Love this place so much, this is my 3rd visit. Smaller than some.hotels in Dubai bit more that makes up furniture in service, food and ambience. The staff, from house keeping up to management are friendly and helpful and as always nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is beautiful and the omlette make is just the best. I lobe my mushroom omlette. Jordan, Shittal Tanvir and Samuel are always there to help and make sure we have everything we need. Muhammed Salah remembered us from precious visits and made sure we were happy with everything and we really were. The pool is small but nice ansnprivate and well maintained. But if you fancy the beach you simply must book the free taxi down to the Riva Beach Club which is just amazing. You even get a discount too. Evening meal.is served in UBK bar downstairs which does great food and entertainment. House keeping are just the best and always left.our room spotless and dealt with any requests right there on the spot. A special mention to Bablu I really hope thats right Was the best and such a nice young man. He helped with all enquires about dubai and nothing was too much trouble. The staff and.and service are what makes this place so special for me ❤️

Not crowded area which we prefer. Lots of restaurants walking distance, train station is about 13 mins walk. We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in take note there was no queue. there was only 1 person in the check in area at the time which is quite disappointing especially for a gold member of Accor. Also keep in mind that their WIFI speed is less than 5mbps surprisingly. Overall its an Okay experience. Lastly if your an Accor member apparently you can only earn points NOT a discount you normally get in asia.

Great location, good breakfast and the room is very clean. The staff are also very friendly especially Pradeep and Satish who are very helpful and attentive in coordinating the transport to the Airport for me during the peak hour. Thanks for the great experience.

Good for value and decent location. I didn't enjoy my stay , the room was not properly cleaned and even after room service it was still the same . Despite keeping our AC off, we were freezing at night. I had to get an extra blanket and called three times to reduce corridor AC, yet there was no response. The window door brings lots of noise when windy. Breakfast is amazing plenty of choices , nice place and perfect view. The gym is good , while the pool is small. Security is at level best here and simply easy to get a cab. Many restaurants are around as well. We had a very serious issue in toilet maintenance and really disturbing to us.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed (supervisor of the Valet parking). They were really quick in getting my car and were very hospitable. Very often Valet Parking guys are rough with car but they kept all well.

The staff have been brilliant arround the breakfast area Everyone was super helpful,the breakfast was amazing a lot of variety,and the security outside veryyy helpful. I was very choked about the cleaning of the room,I came late to check in the room was not ready,when I checked the room habe been not clean specially the bathroom i saw a lot of hair on the floor and inside the douche. The location was very nice there is a supermarkets and pharmacy near the hotel. After I checked out one of the staff called me to told me that i didn’t pay for mini bar as I’m a liar the way how she talked to me,instead of I paid to her colleague!! Usually the men staff was helpful and nice more than the woman’s!!!! I was a very bad experience .

My experience at movenpick was excellent and they are always consistent with their service as I have continually stayed at the hotel. The housekeeper was excellent and always maintained a clean room and very neat Lucy and kishore provided a service up to part and contributed to my excellent stay

It was great staying in Move n Pick Jumaira Towers. View from the room was stunning. Food and hospitality experience is outclass. Best thing was the Lake access. We walk in the lake area for hours. Cafe, restaurants and shops were near about.
