This hotel has become worst in every aspect! The receptionist clerk Amjad, other than not even knowing the ABC of hospitality business and hotel industry, doesn't even know basic civilized manners which is clearly a result of lack of upbringing at the very basic level! We are never going to stay here again, and advise everyone to not waste your time and money by staying at this hotel.

I cannot say much as i was supposed to stay for a complete night but due to delay in flight and later change in destination i only stayed for a couple of hours. But looked good. I had breakfast there but was a disappointment.

The place gets good ratings for location, as a lot of food options are around on a walking 🚶‍♀️ distance. But the rooms and service need a proper lift up. There were flies in the room, and the shower wasn't working. But the good thing is ACs were working fine in the rooms, which is a blessing in hot sultry weather like Multan. Breakfast is served 😋 at 7:00 am, which is good. But served in a pretty unhygienic way 🫣. Seriois issues of cleanliness everywhere. Overall, I would rate it at an average 🏨 hotel. But appreciate the courtesy of staff at counter.

2019 (08 Nov -10 Nov ), just remember this name for the best hotel in Multan . I have stay for a few days first in March 2019 and then for my wedding in November 2019. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing as Hotel offer buffet breakfast which is best in terms of qunatity and quality . The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists and specially Karachi people because i know the standard of Karachi people who want to go to Multan. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Okay. I've stayed in many most expensive hotels of Multan but this time when I picked Hotel Avalon. The experience was worth it. Everything was up to my expectations and it wasn't that much costly too. I'll be too glad to pay a visit again.. thank you hotel Avalon

Poor experience. Pathetic environment, noise came from every room, cockroaches running on beds in night. Poor arrangement for breakfast and even put pressure on guests to leave room or hotel just to accomodate their friends and girls. Totally unhygienic. Poor and threatening administration behavior. They just need girls and want to accomodate girls just. Desperate people

Super and luxurious hotel with awesome rooms and furniture. Cleanliness and attractive healthy environment.

The staff there portray to work hard but services were below average. They have a leakage issues in their washroam. It tooks hours for your requested food to be delivered

Pathetic hotel. All comments please read in reverse. Smelly and highly unhygienic. Room was not clean.food they bring from local restaurants. I prefer not to eat to stay safe. Lizards and spiders they keeping away by spraying in room while customer is inside.

I stay here from UBL Training spent time here such an amazing time with batch mates. This hotel provides excellent service and also provide quality of service. Every man of hostel treat such an amazing way. I appreciate who train this mans of hotels I prefer if you want to enjoy you just live here. Excellent place Thank you UBL

Very pathetic & highly disappointed by the management. my booking was confirmed through booking.com, but when I reached hotel for check-in, Hotel manager told me that our hotel is already fully booked. We can accommodate you in other under construction Building. under construction building was not livable too much dirty, labor was working, Construction material was scattered everywhere. No reception, No Staff & Security available in that building. So, in mid night I again booked my room in some other hotel and moved there. If there as any issue management should call me on time. I travelled 600 Kilometers and then hotel manager is telling me that either live in under construction building or move away. We have no other option. I requested him to cancel my booking but he said that we will look into it by tomorrow. Hotel management don't know how to treat a Guest. Very very rude behavior :-( :-(.

It is said that a place is judged by its washrooms. The door lock of washroom was broken. They also have very less parking space, no shed for car’s whatsoever. I stayed here for two days with my friends. Over all the experience was satisfactory.

Hotel,rooms & location is peaceful too. Services needs to be improved like dinner timings, cleanliness & intercom response etc.

Hotel Avalon suites we staying at 4 nights and 5 days. Amazing experience hotel service is really nice. Staff behaviour is also very good and cooperative. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Washroom are good and they provide soap and shampoo and other things on daily basis. Water bottle and everything provide daily. Bearkfast in Ayesha Hall they provide good food.

Because of a technical fault with Gulf Airlines, we were put up in this hotel as temporary accommodation for the flight the following morning. Coveniently located in the city centre, with designer shops close by as well eateries such and KFC, Hardees and Gloria Jeans with a reasonable walking distance. The hotel suite did not have any lifts, so inagine trying to carry a 30kg suitcase up two flights of stairs if you happen to get a room on the first floor. The room doors have no peep holes, so you don't know who is knocking on your door. The door keys were a bit fiddly. The room given to us had no complimentary tea, coffee or water. There was no clean bar of soap and no toilet roll either. The headboard seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There also seemed to be miscommunication between the airline reps and the hotel staff because we were kicked out of the hotel at 11pm and transferred back to the airport for out flight which was at 7am the following morning. Would I stay there again? Probably not. There are much better options in Multan.

An excellent place for stay in multan. In the mid of the city. Best place for corporate sector meetings and seminars. Good quality meal and services. Saloon services also present. There's an issue regarding parking of cars.

Very nice. Value for money. Excellent service for training and workshops in southern Punjab. I must recommend this place for organizing training, workshops or similar events. Food Quality can improve though.

When I visited Multan, I found this place to stay for 3 days. I missed their halwa which they serve for Breakfast 😄 .

Hotel was premium class and nice with highly educated and well trained staff. The offer you rooms in your budget no matter how big your family is. Food was nice and yummy 😋. Overall the experience was wonderful and I'll highly recommend others to pay a visit specially for families, it was the one of the best places I have stayed in.

I like this place a lot and the rooms were super clean. The washroom was a little smelly and dirty.The breakfast was excellent 👌👍.

This hotel is losing its popularity by showing lack in services which i observed after every visit. Rooms are ok but there is always a problem in bathrooms as their taps leak and become messy after every shower. Location is good but there should be working on lackings.

Bed was broken and some bricks were placed below the bed to support it. Mattress is old n uneven when you lie down. Hence you don't wake up fresh in the morning. It needs investment on furniture and a good Manager!

Everage rooms. Cleaning is Everage. Bathrooms need to be clean and hygienic. Water flow in shower 🚿 very low.

An average hotel experience overall, the clean rooms and an ok bathroom were appreciated however a lingering smell of an out of order toilet on the 4th floor was very off putting everytime one had to pass it and with limited breakfast options and overly nonchalant waiting staff means that one would have to think twice about returning.

Very very bad services no management, no cleanness, miss commitment plus in two days they have changed our room thrice not recommended at all.

Pathetic experience rooms were dirty , beds were broken. Seepage in rooms . 1/10 matress were smell , same hotel i stayed 18 months back it was well maintained at that time . Now it had bad experience.

Their rooms interior is quite elegant and well designed. But some where services are sometimes compromised. Overall they provide a good stay with a positive attitude.

The hotel is located in thr heart of shopping and eating Hub of Multan and in walking distance of some of top brand shops and food outlets . The reason to rate it 3 stars is because of maintenance of rooms . The rooms were dirty and smelly and they need to redecorate them as well. We asked for a room change and new room was better . Cleanliness requires constant reminder to the staff.
