It's a comfortable hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool and view. Food is fine. Services are ok. Staff were great and hardworking, but the management was lacking. We had a booking snafu. At the last minute, even having booked 4 months in advance, our reservation was cancelled. We had to jump on an international call to sort out the issue, which wasn't fully resolved and we had to stay in another hotel for a few nights. There are no laundry services, there is no gym. The later are not necessary, but given that the hotel it's 4 star, one would assume.

Everyone was so pleasant and cheerful that I felt incredibly valued. The hotel's view is spectacular, and the food and room service were excellent. I thought I had gone to another world. I want to express my gratitude to the team for the wonderful experiences. The personnel at this hotel was accommodating and friendly throughout my two nights there with a buddy. The location is ideal for exploring the plaza on foot. The hotel offers many locations with fantastic views of the balloons. It's a spotless hotel. The meal was alright.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, each serving delicious food. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and its attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Awesome!! Excellent historical hotel with stunning views of the Pigeon Valley, close proximity to the Citadel, and short walking distance to the town circle with eateries. With pleasant service, the personnel is excellent. A charming route that winds through the small hamlet and overlooks the Pigeon Valley is nearby, passing by houses and hotels carved out of the rock. There is a restaurant on-site for convenience, with a superb breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, courteous employees, and excellent service.

We stayed overnight at room 142. Something wrong with this Hotel. When we checked in they said my booking was canceled with no reason, however, later they said they’ll help us getting a room 2 floors down from the lobby, room with too many beds. same price but pool garden view. No porter to help walk up the stairs with our luggages when we checked out. Breakfast was awesome though.

The view from the room and attached balcony was breathtaking, but the room itself was blah! Had gotten a room for 3 with a panoramic view... extremely tiny room with absolutely no space to move around or keep our luggage with ease. Staff was friendly, and breakfast buffet consisted of a large variety of things...

An historic hotel is very beautiful place , with great views of the pigeon valley and within walking distance to the Citadel, and within few minutes walk to the town circle with restaurants. The staff is very friendly with good service. Close to a lovely path overall looking the pigeon valley, meandering through the small town, between homes and hotels built into the rock. This place is very perfect for taking pictures with all groups category people I suggest you once visit this place

Great location a little bit off the tourist path. Super beautiful views of the fairy chimneys and the balloons. Staff was great and the buffet is definitely worth the price. Lots of large tourist groups in the morning so don't expect to eat breakfast right when it opens. Beds weren't the most comfortable and it was quite loud at night would be the only complaints.

By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at ANYWHERE. Do not stay here! We stayed at this hotel in September 2023. When we were checking in, we were told that there was no more availability for hot air balloons the next morning, which happened to be on a Sunday. We then checked into two adjacent rooms where we found giant cockroaches the size of an adult finger in the bathrooms. When we told reception, they told us they were fully booked and couldn't do anything about it. We then requested a cancellation of our reservation and refund, which was rejected. Reception then magically had available rooms on the same floor and switched us. The hotel also suddenly had availability for hot air balloon rides the next day, which were told were not available when we checked in. The rooms were given were so tiny and the walls were damp and smelled. The rooms were not what we expected and did not match the photos we saw when we booked our reservation. We also had dinner at the buffet in the hotel our first night and two out of the three people in our party got food poisoning.
