Very slow services very poor we waitied for an hour to get our food and ended up taking take out instead on sit in.

Very badly cooked food. Overcooked meat, way too salty, very dry sausage & chicken. Ordered the braai platter which is slathered in bbq sauce which maybe on the ribs no problem but not on every piece of meat, chicken,beef,pork 😒. Very lazy and frankly stupid if u don’t ask or mention on your menu as i would have preferred bbq on the side as a condiment. The braai platter was very one dimensional in terms of flavour and seasoning. It was just underwhelming and a huge disappointment given the prices as well. Seating area is a little tight and outside given it was drizzling when we went not ideal as they have small parasols that dont cover the seating area adequately. Truthfully go at ur own risk 😒😒

The food was OK and prices are fair, it's such a tiny place good for takeaway, the patio seating area is is alright depending on the weather!

Visited the cafe davidos in the cbd area which is somewhat noisy as it is in the avenues it is also somewhat unsanitary however I enjoyed the sausage

Sticky Table closer to the chef's braai area, the one by the corner. Please clean tables or replace them with a new one if cleaning is too hard. Hot wings were not hot. Idk why they call them hot wings. They were not even spicy. Otherwise, the meal I had, grilled sausages, was the best tasting sausage I've had in a while.

The atmosphere is quite intimate almost a little cramped up, but I like the general aesthetics. The filling for the chicken wrap was absolutely delicious however the tortilla was undercooked and slightly chewy. I also tried out the fish and chips...some of the chips had grey parts, something to be mindful of when selecting potatoes. The fish also had an interesting egg-like taste which neither of us were particular fans of. The milkshakes also had ice cubes in them which was a first, not sure what they need to fix there. The highlight of the meal was the tacos that came with the chicken wrap, they were so so good we almost ordered more😅

The food is super good 🥰,the placement is jx top notch buh the service is really really bad🚮 no lie .how can a customer wait for 20mins b4 being attended, and wait another 1hrs for the food thts bad for business. Buh your food is great i give you tht👏👏

We had such a great experience at the restaurant, the quality of food was exceptional, the service was awesome , I would recommend this restaurant to anyone if you are in Harare. The Chef Jaison Kambarami was exceptional, the way he made the steak and the sadza and the presentation was so so beautiful. Takanakirwa in shona.

Their service delivery was good, despite my order taking quite some time (I had ordered just chips and pork chops).

Just had the double beef burger gaaadaaaamn, it was so on point. A 5 for the service and a 5 for the environment peaceful and calm. Kudos

Cafe Davidos, what can I say? We went there for a business brunch and we loved the food, vibe and environment. Definitely recommend!

Absolute extortion of the highest order, especially in the particulars of such a volatile economy... I don't understand how regulations can legally allow such extortionist rates to prevail... The location of the place is not even ideal, near a gas station wreaking of petrol just adjacent to the motorway where the vehicle noise is a torture hard to ignore disturbing the peace one expects for a coffee... An embarrassment of the highest order

Went with friends and family for my birthday celebration,I don't regret it ,the ribs and the burgers are out of this world . thumbs up to the service
