Got a little lost getting there, but it seemed well worth it once we arrived(there was the cutest welcome package). It was quiet and the staff was friendly. I am most definitely going back for the great treatments(my eyebrows were waxed perfectly). The cocktail service needs to be improved but overall it was a day well spent.

Wonderful treatment done by extremely professional and qualified staff. Felt pampered and would highly recommended a visit. The eye brow tint is a marvel, loved every minute of my time there....thanks ladies!

I have been to pamper haven twice for gelish nails. To be honest their nail technicians need to improve or retrain. They have no excellence. The place is nice clean and stuff professional but the nails ummmm. Second time day 2 nails were chipped.

It's got friendly staff and they're very professional ,the environment is quite serene and has world class standards.

Was offered rooibos tea which was nice in the cold weather, unfortunately it wasn’t hot. Had a hot stone full body massage but the room was cold AC not working and I was freezing the whole time. The masseuse mistakenly placed a hot stone which was too hot on my back without testing the temperature first , thank God didn’t get a serious burn. The massage was good though and the ladies polite. Towels used for removing excess oil were rough and felt like they had been over used and the water used to rinse off was wasn’t so warm or it was because I was cold 🤷🏽‍♀️
